My sister and I had to check into a hotel after our older sister, unexpectedly passed at 50 years old. It's been a devastating time for us, and when our order said it was dropped off, but it wasn't, we called store 03823. Nicholas, went above and beyond to correct this situation. He personally took the time to investigate, and take the steps to enusre we had our food handed to us personally. Nicholas had great compassion and acted accordingly to make the situation right. Many, many thanks to this young man for making such a positive impression during this dark time. Pizza Hut should be very proud to call him a team member.Thank you again, Nicholas! read more

The Ultimate Crafted Flatzz was amazing, best pizza I've tasted in years. I know it's a short-term promo item, but it's definitely worth trying. I see that reviewers have criticized this location because of service, but the service I got tonight was great. read more

This is my review for Pizza Hut all around,,, my experience at this location was well and the people were nice, my thing is why did Pizza Hut change their recipes on the breadsticks?? I tried several locations and they all taste the same like garbage and when I say garbage I mean like a mediocre place that don't do well with pizzas and breadsticks!!! Your marinara sauce taste so sweet now, that tastes so different,,, also, how do you guys expect five breadsticks to be eaten with one marinara sauce,,, yeah I act so cheap now it's ridiculous, why can't we get two marinara sauces with breadsticks?? That is so ridiculous to me,,, we buy your food why we can't use your bathrooms,,, the cashier told me the bathrooms are locked because no one can go in there that was the one on Williamsburg road in Richmond Virginia I asked for a manager she came out and told me that she was using the men's bathroom because the women's bathroom wasn't working,,, I asked her could I use the men's bathroom and she told me no,,, really, so that's what y'all doing now??? The location I went to tonight was on Jefferson Davis highway in Chesterfield Virginia, like I said the people was nice I'm just not understanding why the breadsticks taste so much different I will not be buying them ever again I wasted my money, that's not the workers fault that's Pizza Hut fault read more

Worst customer service I've ever received. I was given the wrong order sometime within the last year, and I called them to correct it or see if I can exchange it. I was told I can just get a credit for another pizza. I asked for some kind of confirmation code. They said I don't need anything to just use my phone number. I called back now months later knowing there was the chance it wouldn't still be there because it had been a while, so I was fully prepared to just pay for my "free pizza". When I asked the guy on the phone if i had it, he said to hold on the phone which took about 10 minutes and then I was greeted with an aggressive tone, as if he was scolding me, who kept repeating how I don't have a call history and how I can't get my pizza - then put me on hold AGAIN before even letting me respond. Then when he finally came back I tried to explain how there wouldn't be a call history because I ordered it online and called the restaurant after I was home to find the mistake. He then started yelling at me saying how I'm not getting a free pizza. I'm frustrated because it's not even about the pizza, I can buy a pizza, it was about how someone told me the wrong information and made a mistake, and he needs to correct the problem with his staff so it doesn't happen again. I was prepared to pay if I needed to, but i had to hang up the phone because I could barely get a word in, on top of his overly rude demeanor. People like that should absolutely not be working in customer service. read more

Looks like they don't let you know what they ran out of so you can either choose something else or get a refund, they just guess and give you whatever they want. Never again.! read more

Only ordered here twice, haven't had any issues. Food was pretty fast, driver friendly. But it is fast food. More expensive than Dominos but not as good. Wings were extremely greasy. It's fine but... idk. Its Pizza Hut lol. read more

According to Google they close at 11PM, I called at 940 PM and was told they are no longer taking orders because the oven was broken. No redundancy? read more

Worst customer service I experienced tonight ! ... 20 min after placing the order I received a call saying they are canceling my order in time I should've be receiving it already !!! because they will not deliver ! Although that was an hour and a half before it's their time to stop delivering . Who ever called didn't bother to say sorry for inconvenience or offer a complimentary apology! This is not how service is done. Very disappointed read more

I really wish I could give this place zero stars. Walked in order said it was ready was not ready. The manager did not have her mask on properly, was making food without her mask on the correct way! We are in the middle of a deadly pandemic and seeing that is just disappointing. Talked with the district/area manager and it was even worse he was unprofessional and rude. Saw the reviews but wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt. Trust reviews. read more

No more orders for Wadsworth location for us. We ordered personal pan pizzas and one of them has so much cheese, it is not even edible! I like extra cheese but this is like half a package on one small personal pizza. I called and Diamond said she will compensate me for that one pizza ($6.00) and they can't redeliver today. She will not have an edible pizza delivered as she said they have other deliveries. I told her I know as a minimum they would need to credit me for an inedible pizza they delivered but that I still had no dinner after paying $28 for our family meal and she can't do anything else? She said the most they could do is compensate our entire purchase BUT that would mean they would have to come back and pick up the whole meal. Note, I didn't even want my whole $28 dollar family meal credited but there are better ways to deal with customers. Anyway, I called Corporate and they made it right. See pics attached. Will order from other locations but never this one again. read more

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Waited TWO HOURS only to find that our order was CANCELLED and we were NEVER NOTIFIED. When I called, the store wouldn't answer and I was redirected to customer service. Customer service got a hold of the store and transferred me. The MANAGER told me their oven was down and that she'd already called me telling me this. I NEVER received a call from ANY phone number the entire time we were waiting! I would have been perfectly fine if she had just admitted there had been a mistake and I would have left it alone (life happens). She went on to insist that we had already spoken and that she was at no fault in any way. I told her she must have spoken with someone else, because I had not received a single phone call, and she told me I was wrong and that we had definitely spoken. When I told her that it was impossible, she simply said there was nothing she could do. I'm not one to complain when it comes to trivial matters, but this was simply baffling! Stay far away from this store and pray you never have to deal with whoever manages it! read more

Decent fast delivery with fresh tasting food. The pizza rolls and the new pizza sliders are $5 each. Don't like how they tack on a $2.49 "delivery fee" (not the tip) but I guess most places do that nowadays. read more

I am extremely disappointed and infuriated with this location. I have never experienced such long wait times for deliveries like I have with them. I was treated with nothing but attitude and disrespect. I will not spend another dime here! read more

It took more than 2 hours to get my pizza delivery and I live, literally, 7 minutes from the store. And when it finally arrived it was, as expected, cold and it wasn't even that good. It was edible but barely. This place sucks. Do yourself the favor and call Papa John's or Dominoes. read more

I see bad reviews, but I have nothing but excellent customer service and great food from this Pizza Hut.

Didn't have a driver to bring my food.. So they called a hour and half later to tell me if I want it I have to go get it.. Why didn't they just say that when I was ordering my pizza.. If this is how they operate then I don't think it would be wise to even go get it.. read more

The worst! Worst! Worst! Pizza Hut there is. Takes about 30 mins to get someone on the phone and 3hrs to get your pizza if you deliver and that is not an exaggeration and the managers literally do nothing. My pizza usually taste pretty good but tonight it wasn't even cooked all the way so i have to wait yet another hour to get my food. read more

My food was delivered earlier than I planned for, but pizza and marinara sauce was cold and I only got 6 wings instead of 8.

I hate to even give one star after the lack of service I received at this location. I ordered 2 pizzas around 6:15 and was told they would arrive by 7:11. At 7:30, we still had no pizzas and when I called I was connected to a call center and was advised that the driver was en route to our house. At 7:46, I called back and actually spoke with out driver who said she was still at the store and she would be at our house in 20 minutes. She did arrive in 10 minutes, however, the pizzas were so burnt and dry that we couldn't even eat them! It was like they had been sitting around for hours under heat lamps. After about 10 attempts to call, my husband took the nasty pizzas up to the store and was greeted with zero customer service. You want to credit my phone so I get a free pizza on my next visit????? You are crazy to think that I would order pizza from this location again. Stay away!!! read more

This place is a joke! Horrible experience. Waited way too long for a pick up order because they just didn't make one of the pizzas. These two women in the back were just talking and cursing. One of them even said the "F" word while talking about a customer that had just left. This place needs to be closed. read more

I see many complaints, but personally, I've never had an issue since the past couple of months. They must be under new management?? I gave up on Pizza Hut for a while, but now I always order carryout from here. Despite the fact that I live right by the German school Pizza Hut(that location is terrible by the way, my god don't even bother, for the sake of your sanity). Anyways, the food is always hot, even when I've arrived later than my quoted time. The employees are always nice, and have given me surprise discounts. I really don't have any complaints, honestly. read more

This Pizza Hut sucks. My mom ordered delivery and we waited a hour. She called them and they changed her order to carry out then credited her card back. The website said they closed at 1 but they really closed at 12 which means they didn't feel like making the order and left read more

DONOT ORDER FROM HERE. Multiple times I've had issues with this Pizza Hut. They've delivered me pizza with cheese that looked old and because I work up the street I've ordered for carry out before and when I went to pick it up. All the workers were outside WITH their dirty pizza ingredient stained aprons on smoking cigarettes . And today for the FIRST time this year I have the taste for Pizza Hut but they aren't delivering....on a Friday night!!! Shut this piece of crap, poorly ran, unsanitary pizza joint down!!!!! Like Today. Like right now. read more

Horrible horrible service..... I don't like ordering from this Pizza Hut. I only do when my husband insists. Order delivery but expect it to be cold. Pick it up and don't think it'll be a polite experience. Just not one of the best run pizza joint. I'll order from someplace else anyway.... Try apollos they have a great selection of toppings but are a little pricy. Better then being disappointed. read more

After ordering from this location for several years, today was the final straw.
