Last pizza we ordered was the last pizza. Too many bad experiences. Cold food, missing toppings, overdone or undercooked crust. Did I mention tasteless? read more

We only buy pizza once a month on "Full Moon" Day. Great food, great service, great price! We love 'em!!

This is our first time visiting any Marco's Pizza at any location. On our visit, we ordered a large thin-crust pie with extra sauce, pepperoni, pineapple, and sausage pizza. The staff was accommodating, and polite, and the pizza didn't take very long to cook. The shop looked nice and the Men's room was clean. I want to give them a 5- rating on the above items, but the pizza was maybe a 3-. Don't get me wrong-- it was made properly, and all the toppings were there. The pizza sauce just didn't seem to "cut it". I was very bland is the best way I can describe it. No offense, y'all! Thank you. ---Doc Lykins, Midlothian, VA read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. The delivery took over an hour, and when the pizza arrived, it was cold and unappetizing. When I called to inquire, I was told that the original driver had been injured and a second driver completed the delivery. While I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, no offer was made to re-deliver or replace the order. Unfortunately, the pizza did not taste good and did not meet the quality I expect. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider improving both the quality of your food upon delivery and the way customer concerns are handled. Ps they offered store credit instead of a refund. read more

My delivery order never arrived (#263) on 9/19/25. Yes, mistakes happen. But when I called to let them know, I received no apology and was only given the option of a refund or take out order. Why would you not offer to redeliver my order when the error was yours. I am a long-time very frequent customer. Why would you sacrifice what should be a valued customer? I won't be ordering from you again! read more

Always delicious and reliable good service - pick up or delivery are prompt and arrive when promised

Normal for employees not to wear gloves? While I was waiting for an order, several employees made quite a few pizzas with no gloves on. Spreading cheese, pepperonis, etc. Gross Update: apparently a manager. Not a great way to be setting an example for employees. read more

My manager decided to treat us to pizza from this location and it was very delicious. Wish I had more than one slice. Well that just means I need to stop by there and buy my own pizza next time. Now that I know how yummy the pizza is. There's nothing like a nice hot fresh greasy pizza. read more

The absolute worst Philly cheesesteak that I've ever had. Part of the bread was super hard, the other part was soggy, toppings were a mess, the sandwich was falling a part, it was not flavorful. Threw it right in the trash. One of the pizzas I ordered was overcooked and dry, the sauce was non existent. I want my money back. read more

I love this pizza BUT their logo shows pizza cut in normal slices (like all pizzas are cut)...SO why does this Marco's cut pizza in squares? Who eats pizza with a knife and fork? This is the dumbest cut in the world. I order it UNCUT and repeat it 3 X for today's youth who stay on their phones at work. I rate it 4 stars for bad order taking read more

Every other time I call this location (6 miles from me) they say they don't deliver here. Yet I have been ordering from them for 2 years. I even have a credit from this location for a wrong order delivered just a couple weeks ago ... but I can't use it now because they say we are not in their delivery area. The inconsistency is not ok. Looking for a new place to give my business. read more

Ate here tonight first stop for pizza upon moving to Virginia. The pizza arrived very quickly and I found the online ordering system to be very effective. I also like the inclusion of a loyalty program in the online program. The pizza was good and the wings were spot on. It is not the best pizza I have ever had but very good. I will most likely order again and I want to try the rest of the menu. One note too, I ordered the thin crust and it was the consistency of a hand tossed at most other places. Maybe it was an oversight normally I wouldn't care but trying to cut carbs so be advised not quite as thin as other places. read more

Delicious pizza 9 out of 10 times! Left me wishing they'd had a different cook one time, but overall a great spot for delicious pizza.

Great pizza joint, Marcos is our go to! The pizza and wings are fantastic. Delivery is pretty speedy and the staff has always been very friendly. I highly recommend read more

I really love this place! Easiest online ordering process and good rewards program. Their sauce is delicious and the pizza is cooked perfectly. Always have the friendliest people working in the place! And you can tell they use fresh cheese and not the frozen stuff! read more

We have several pizza joints in this area, Marcos is the newest one. They seem to be well staffed and on time. This may be just because they have opened, we shall see in the future. I tried their flat bread pizza, and their hand tossed equivalent pizza. In my opinion the flat bread was much better by far. They have two styles of pepperoni what they call old world pepperoni, and also what we are used to as regular sliced pepperoni. I would say their pizza is better than Little Caesars but potentially not as good as other carry out pizzas that we are used to. I would put them right in line with Papa John's and Pizza Hut on a good day. read more

Big shout out. Great pizza and community spirit. They did a fundraiser with my kids school and it was wonderful fun. Plus - better customer service than you'll get at any other pizza chain. They've earned my business from now on. read more

Always had great service and great rewards. Subs are great well done and nice to have other options outside of just pizza.

Ok, giving this place one star is generous. Awful. Authentic Italian idea perhaps but really not good Pizza. Ordered the plain cheese and a pepperoni. When hungry teenaged boys grab a slice and three bites in say, "meh", then you know it's not worth repeating. 2xl large pizzas nearly $30 and I can't convince anyone to eat it. :( read more

Originally a Maglio's loyal customer we decided to try Marco's Pizza since Maglio kept messing up our orders. Ordered a small pepperoni pizza, it tasted great! All of our food was not delivered as ordered. Food was cold. Not good at all. Don't bother! First and last time for us!

Best delivery pizza in the area! Definitely a step above your national brand places, and the woodlake pizza shop has never delivered a consistent product. Being from an area where Marco's was popular, it was very nice to see them pop up less than two miles from us. Last night, we ordered pizza to help our son's 3rd grade class at Clover Hill Elementary School. It was, unfortunately, the second time this location had forgotten our drink, and also made my sub hot when it was supposed to be cold. The delivery driver apologized profusely and was determined he make things right, even though it was school night and they were incredibly busy! He gave me his business card that was also a coupon for a free large 1-topping pizza then went to collect my drink and new cold sub. While he was gone, I noticed the name on the card read "Harry Ragsdale" and underneath it said "Owner". I was pleasantly surprised, and a bit shocked, that the owner was that much involved. When he returned, I told him how appreciative I was at what an active role he was taking, especially on one of the busiest nights, how thankful I was that he went and came back to correct my order. He was all smiles, apologetic and appreciative to hear me say those things. He wasn't even rushing to leave, which made me feel like he was actually sincere, and not just going through through the motions. This was such a nice thing for anyone, let alone the owner, to do on such a busy night. We'll definitely be sticking with Marco's!! read more

I'm mad I had been ordering pizza from Papa Johns all this time when the pizza from this place is so much better. Best pizza I've had in this area. read more

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery and when the order arrived part of it was wrong. I immediately called and the person on the phone acted like it was no big deal because part of the order was right. They then proceeding to ask someone if the correct item could be delivered. They then told me they couldn't do it. I told the person on the phone to let the manager on duty know that I would be there in 10 with the pizzas in hand expecting a refund. When I got to the store the manager of duty, Tom, said he didn't know I was coming and didn't know who answered the phone. No one really seemed to care, so I don't care about giving them my business. read more
