I go to this PKG about once a week for lunch since it's close by. I usually order online and pick up times are as fast as 15 minutes sometimes. Pick-up is efficient because they line up all the orders ready to go at the counter, and there is always someone there to hand you your order. My favorite is caprese sandwich with either the cup of lentil soup, Caesar salad, or the avocado salad. I do like their kabob plates, but the portion is too big for just me, so I usually order a sandwich with the side. I've had their chicken wrap before, and that is also a good choice. Oh yes, and we got the Appetizer Combo which came with regular, edamame and spicy hummus along with Tzatziki, fresh basil, falafel and pita bread. Everything was delicious and soooo good! I understand the closing shift because I've worked in it myself before but shutting things down a whole hour early and focusing solely on closing instead of good customer service there was three tables in the whole restaurant at the time, two of which had been served already . We decided to pick up a family meal from this location to give business to a newer Panini location, and what we got were trays full of burnt veggies and chicken. I wish I had taken a photo of what was brought home, but given this was a family birthday celebration, I did not want to create a scene. The inside of the restaurant was hectic and none of the staff seem accessible unless you went to the front counter for each request. I've noticed the past few times I've ordered online through the app, dating back to 2022, no matter what time you place the pick up time for, they'll not have the order ready until at least 20-30 minutes after your pick up time. While waiting today, I saw a couple customers inquiring about wait times for to go orders and being told it would take at least 2 hours; definitely not worth the wait.
