First off the customer service at this location was outstanding and the new menu has many new items will make eating at Panera so much more enjoyable. Several new salads are great and prices are reasonable. Service on the drive thru could be faster.

Just left this establishment, which I will not return to. I rarely leave reviews and don't care to leave negative ones. After expressing my concern about the oatmeal and its preparation, chunks that had been broken and placed in the cup and dryness of it, which is the second time in a week. The manager "Tim" as he wanted me to know, defended it and made excuses opposed to attempting to rectify it. Let's say as a manager "Tim" is beyond unprofessional making himself a spectacle shouting "My name is Tim" while holding up to bottles of tea. I'd say avoid the new and shining building based on the service, quality and horrible management, he was a poor representation of the brand.

It's been YEARS since I've had Panera Bread. This was my first visit to this location and the menu had a lot more items than I remember from 10+ years ago. What we had: PEPPERONI FLATBREAD PIZZA - Bland. Oregano, basil and a crispier crust would've set this off. MACARONI AND CHEESE - Decent in a pinch. GODDESS COBB CHICKEN SALAD - Yummy. SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH - Not horrible, but I was hoping for much more flavor. POTATO CHIPS - I'm usually not a fan of kettle chips, but these were tolerable. OATMEAL RAISIN WITH BERRIES COOKIE - Delicious. My favorite part of the meal. CHARGED LEMONADE (2) - We tried all the flavors. Fruity and refreshing. The meal wasn't cheap. Notes: RESTROOM - Gross PARKING - Lot SERVICE - Polite OPTIONS - Plentiful PRICE - Pricey __ I eat. @f.hux I thrift. @DCthriftish

One of my good followers asked me to check out Panera Bread's new chicken sandwich. I obliged. I hadn't been to this spot in YEARS, so going back was definitely my pleasure. I also wanted to see what that Mac n cheese was hittin on...Let's GO!! . Where I am: @panerabread . Location Reviewed: 2930 Festival Way, Waldorf M.D. . Menu Includes: Artisan Bread's, Breakfast Sandwiches, Soufflés, Parfaits, Fruit Cups, Oatmeal, Coffee, Hot Tea, Hot Chocolate, Pastries, Soups, Bagels, Cream Cheese, Cupcakes, Brownies, Pizza, Salads, Bread Bowls, Craft, & Canned Beverages. . Items Reviewed: Their Signature Take Chicken Sandwich (seared chicken breast with parmesan crisp, emerald greens, & garlic aioli on a brioche bun $9.79 with chips). DECENT. It was good, but lacked flavor, even with the crisp, & aioli. Their Signature Spicy Take Chicken Sandwich (with Buffalo sauce, spicy dill pickle chips, emerald greens on a brioche bun $9.79 with a fruit cup). DELICIOUS!! This sandwich was much better spicy. And their spicy isn't hot. The fruit cup was DELICIOUS as well!! Their Toasted Steak & White Cheddar (grass fed beef with aged white cheddar, pickled red onions, & horseradish sauce on ciabatta $9.79 with the cucumber, tomato salad-DELICIOUS ). LIKE THAT!! Flavorful, & meaty with some kick, and the ciabatta was perfectly toasted!! Their Small Mac n Cheese Bowl (with a French baguette $5.29). DECENT. It didn't taste fresh. Their Frozen Strawberry lemonade ($3.09). LIKE THAT!! Refreshing, flavorful, & tasty!! Their Frozen Caramel Cold Brew ($4.49). STAMP-according to my son (but he's right, I've had it before)!! . Customer Service: Excellent . Online Navigation: Easy . Parking: Plentiful . Recommendations: Get that Toasted Steak & white cheddar, with the cucumber salad & a frozen strawberry lemonade!! =STAMP =LIKE THAT =DELICIOUS =DECENT =PASS =NAH #Bigschlimsreviews

Awful customer service. Cashiers were bashing customers and complaining about cutting bagels. I just asked for two.

One thing I love about Noodles and Company...my food will be hot every single time. First time…read moredining in. We ordered the Pad Thai and Chili Garlic Ramen. We originally came to use the 2 for 12 culinary classics special but ended up adding proteins, drinks, and garlic bread so with everything (two bowls with protein, two drinks, cheesy garlic bread), the total was a little over $30. I could've done without the protein in my bowl. In my opinion Noodles and Company is one of those places that tastes better with all the "fixins", so if you can add anything to elevate your bowl I highly suggest it. However, the proteins are pretty basic and don't seem to add much pizzazz to the dishes. My partner complained that the noodles were heavy and greasy, but mine were . Not your traditional pad Thai but pretty decent for a chain. I asked for no cilantro (yuck). The cheesy bread barely had any cheese on it, was a bit dry, and I didn't care for the flavor of it, so I probably won't order that again. Service was good and our food came out in about 10 minutes. There are plenty of booth seating and tables inside to sit and eat as well. Great for quick comfort food but don't expect anything too fancy.

When I entered, the place was empty except for the staff. But it was clean and inviting so that was…read morea plus. The service was pleasant enough. The food was a bit hit and miss. I liked the simplicity of the chicken noodle soup. It was well seasoned and tasted good. I was less impressed with the pad Thai with chicken for protein. It had an odd flavor that I cannot place, but it must have been what they marinaded it with...I don't like the flavor. While the spicy Korean steak noodles had a similar flavor, the tenderness of the steak and the spicy complement helped to distract from whatever they put on the noodles that dampens the dishes. However, I'm glad I grabbed the rice krispy treat for a snack - it was yum!

For 3 people we ordered one of all the proteins we wanted && with the sides we had plenty. Photos below. We went around 1PM which was perfect timing as it wasnt busy at all. I will say i was nervous about hotpot in Waldorf but legit couldn't stop talking about it after we left. I can't want to go back again. Only suggestion i'd have is to upgrade the seats because the food is too good to be eating it on duct daped benches.

It's an all-you-can-eat experience where the food is brought to your table and you cook it yourself. The service was the highlight of our visit. Our server was wonderful, the hostess was welcoming and full of personality, and another staff member even stopped by to make sure we were being helped. That level of attentiveness is rare and appreciated. We ordered quite a variety, including squid, shredded chicken, shredded beef, shrimp, rolled beef, top steak, and several sushi selections. Most of the food was good, and everything arrived promptly. The sushi was decent, though not quite as fresh as I expected. I was also surprised that the top steak came as small cubes rather than a steak portion. The biggest disappointment was the no take-home policy. As first-time visitors, we didn't realize how much food would come with some of our orders and ended up leaving a significant amount behind. It's frustrating to see good food go to waste after you've already paid for the meal. The restaurant itself could use some updating. Several booth seats were worn and cracked, with foam showing through the upholstery. At $32-$37 per person, the dining area should feel a little more refreshed. For drinks, I had the Lychee Martini, which was weaker than expected, and my husband tried one of the Ocean cocktails and thought it was just average. He ended up ordering his usual tequila shot and a beer afterward. The drinks weren't bad, but they didn't live up to the rave reviews we had read beforehand. Overall, we enjoyed the experience, especially because of the excellent service and unique dining concept. With a few updates and some reconsideration of the leftover food policy, this could easily be a 5-star experience.
