I wasn't feeling the greatest and was craving something warm, so I decided to try Pho D'Lite. The atmosphere is a little dated, but still comfortable overall. I went with the P1, which the server mentioned is a popular choice. The dish came out surprisingly fast and was solid--while I've definitely had better pho elsewhere, this spot is convenient and hits the spot when you need something comforting. I also tried the jasmine tea with honey, and that was the highlight--absolutely amazing. The service was excellent as well. My server was attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the experience better, so she definitely earned a full tip. I'd come back again whenever I'm in the mood for that warm, "hug in a bowl" type of meal.

The broth in this pho is absolutely incredible--rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced with a delicate touch. I tried the pho ga, which is made with tender chicken, and it came with all the classic fixings like noodles, fresh mint, and crunchy bean sprouts. As a pho lover, this dish did not disappoint. Everything was so fresh and satisfying, I could easily eat it every day! It's comfort food at its best.

This is awesome for a chilly fall day. The broth is seasoned just right. Our food came out hot and quick. Our server was fast and knew a lot about the dishes on the menu. The place is clean and great for families. The prices are fair. Perfect spot for a weekday dinner out.

Now I get why they call It D'lite because that's what it was, DEEEEEEE-LIGHTFUL!!! Took my Son and daughter as first timers last week and we were MORE than satisfied! My son took his girlfriend a couple days later. Trust when I say my whole family and I are foodies at heart and will say when food or beverage isn't good or well seasoned! Good food ohhhh almost forgot the price was right! In my Arnold Terminator voice impression, "I'll be back!" :)

Best pho anywhere. I came all the way from California just to eat it. The broth is rich and flavorful, the meat is always tender, and the portions are generous. Worth every mile.

While waiting for my order, I noticed the staff (who seemed pretty young, not saying that negatively, just observationally) loudly talking about not getting tips. Loud enough for the whole place to hear. That was my first sign that the atmosphere might be off. When my order was ready, they didn't call out the item or confirm anything, they just said my name, tossed the tied-up bag on the counter, and walked away. I watched them call other orders properly with names and items, so the contrast stood out. Regardless of how good food may be, customer experience matters. I didn't ask for a manager because I've worked in management before, and I know staff behavior often reflects internal leadership and environment. Still, it's something worth noting: even for quick-service or takeout spots, courtesy and professionalism go a long way. This interaction felt dismissive and honestly off-putting. I'm not writing this to be harsh, just to be honest. This is why I prefer to tip in casHopefully it's something the team can improve on, because small interactions shape the whole experience.

I came in craving pho, but a few TikTok videos convinced me to try the Bò Kho with noodles instead of the baguette. I started with a summer roll, and I have to say I was disappointed. I make spring rolls at home, and this one felt extremely basic. It only had vermicelli noodles, shrimp, and romaine lettuce. No cucumber, no carrots, no basil, no scallions, none of the texture or fresh flavors that usually balance a summer roll. It wasn't awful, just...flat. This was also my first time having a summer roll where I had to pick out shrimp shells as I ate it, which definitely took away from the experience. For my main dish, I ordered the Bò Kho, and the broth did not disappoint. It was rich, flavorful, and a really nice switch-up if you want something pho-adjacent but a little different. The meat was extremely tender, though the pieces were cut into long chunks, so you basically have to bite through them if you want to eat it together with the noodles. Overall, this is a cute little lunch spot if you're craving something warm and comforting. If you don't want to drive too far and just need something to take the edge off your pho craving, it's worth a try. My rating is more of a 3.7 than a 3, but for is just simply too high in my opinion. I'll be back an update my rating!

We ordered 2 orders of summer rolls which were delicious and our waters were consistently refilled. I ordered a rice dish- pork chop and egg. It came with a bowl of broth which was hot and flavorful. The pork chop was a good size and while a little tough to cut with the butter knife provided, it was also very good. Would definitely recommend coming here and I plan on coming back to try the pho but the broth itself was promising! They had shrimp in the rolls but also have vegetarian options on their menu!

It's never crowded here and you will never have to wait for a table. In my opinion, the best dish here are what they call crispy fried squids (Muc Chien Gion), perhaps better known as calamari. The squid are coated with a pleasing (cornmeal?) batter and are touched up with bits of green onion and accompanied by a most excellent dipping sauce. This dish is really delicious and I'm wild about it. The thin-cut pork chop dish is also excellent. It comes with a fried egg, rice, salad greens and a great dipping sauce. Another great dish is the shaky beef. While the chicken pho is very good here, it does not compare to Pho 75's pho. But then again, nobody has better pho than Pho 75. Pho Factory's chicken pho comes with noodles, green onion, white/yellow onion and cilantro. You can have Pho Factory hold any of these toppings if you wish. Next time, in addition to holding the cilantro, I'm going to ask that they hold the white/yellow onion. The skinny slices aren't cooked and don't add anything to the pho. As is typical in Vietnamese restaurant, you pay at the end up at the counter. I can't wait to come back for more crispy fried squid. And those babies are what makes Pho Factory five stars for me.

The room decor is nice and music track of instrumental songs was pleasant for conversations We tried Bun Bo Hue the middle region spicy beef and pork soup, tempura salt and pepper garlic squid appetizer, and stir fry chaxiu roast pork & vegetables with pan fried egg noodle dish. Surprisingly, this restaurant has served me one of the best rendition of Bun Bo Hue , it has the right level of Unami and spice for my tastebuds to make it a return item better than others in many places I have tried in CA and NVA. The thinly sliced beef brisket and pork meat dumpling and roll were tender and flavorful to add interest to an amazingly complex broth cooked with probably toasted ginger, onion, bones, lemon grass, fish sauce, rock sugar and fermented shrimp paste. The only thing missing was the tender skin on pork feet and correct side herbs and vegetables for this type of soup. If they have these, I'll be there every week and gain weight fast. We liked the other dishes also for their great sense of seasoning and variety of fresh ingredients. Their dipping sauce for the squid is delicious. The stir fry noodles and pork tasted great to get a thumbs up from my son. The kitchen seems to know its business when it comes to taste. We will make it a point to return for other dishes as well to explore the range of their kitchen. I could see that they were a little understaffed so folks were a little impatient when the kitchen gets a little back up with orders. Service over all is good because the one waiter had to cover the dine in, carry out , and bussing the tables as well and has a chilled sense of humor to handle minor fussiness from hungry customers. People often don't tip folks in this type of ethnic restaurants even the normal 15 percent even on holidays. There was another guy there smoking outside who could have helped. This is the only pho in Calvert County, and while it's priced slightly higher than pho in Northern Virginia, it's solid, and a dependable option here in this county. That said, the restaurant was so messy on Saturday, it was likely to drive potential customers away. Clean the tables, please! The area in the back on the way to the bathroom is a disaster too, but the front tables were covered with dirty dishes, and the debris from previous patrons. Good luck finding one clean/empty table at 6 on a Saturday. The food is good but if the interior stays like this, I'm very unlikely to to return much, unless I get take-out.

Let me tell you, it was anything but good. We walked in with 6 people and were just pointed in a direction to grab a table. Instead of the side with tables big enough for six, we had to go where the small tables were and pull them together ourself. Then the host/server came with menus and silverware for five. We asked for one more and he said we have enough, which obviously we didn't. Since we just sat down we didn't know what we want yet so he left and didn't come back. We had to finally go find him after 10 minutes waiting. We finally ordered and didn't see him again until food was brought out. Once it came out and he asked if we needed anything, he left again while we ate and never returned to see if we need refills. Lot of us sat with empty glasses while eating until long after we finished. When food came out, all the pho bowls were luke warm. Considering how long it took it should have been hot. Only one plate of pho fixings were brought and we had to ask for more for the others. Once we tried the pho it was just barely average tasting. Better than waldorf location but still not great. The curry really surprised me. The curry sauce was poured on top and not mixed so it didn't look like much. After mixing it it seemed adequate but I would have liked a little more especially since the curry tasted good. There was a good amount of meat as well. The chicken salad was OK, but the chicken was burnt on the edges and was dry. Definitely disappointing in this. Couldn't return it since waiter disappeared til everyone was long done. Over all an extremely disappointing experience. Will suck it up amd make the drive to VA next time, even if it means waiting til next day.
