The thing I appreciate about Panera bread is that they are consistent. Your Thai chicken salad taste the same every time, the place is always clean and the service is always great. The food is all made clean so if your on a diet this is a safe place to eat. Their coffee is smooth and flavorful and the chairs are great to relax and enjoy your meal. This place is awful .. i went there 2 times and each time my food looked awful.. the sandwiches were made by a child or someone who just dont know what they are doing .. they sandwich was dry cause they forgot the spread ....when i went there to pick up my order the food that was being served to the people dining in was great looking but the food going out was terrible.. i had to rearrange my sandwich, everything was on one side ans the soup was so salty and the bag that they packed in was to small ... well i tried twice .. i wont be going back........ read more

I found this Panera while apartment hunting.. Couldn't have been a moment too soon.. I was HUNGRY!! The lay out it the typical of the 3/4 variety but the service was (no surprise) top notch! I even saw the manager actually asking customers if they were all set and if they needed anything.. then she scooted behind the drink line to help with a few orders.. in my opinion a manager that oversees the daily routine along with run a tight ship is among the best! I'll be back to this location - even more so if the apartment nearby pans out. After all if i dont have the internet services cut on i can always enjoy Panera's free WiFi.. lol read more

Today I ordered a pick two and a soup and had to wait 40 mins to receive my food. I'm watching everybody who came after me collect their food and pull off from the drive thru, pick up, and dining room. So after watching the worker deliver food to a car that just pulled up, I ask about my order. The employee leaves and comes back to tell me that they had just started making it! 30 mins after I ordered. I then say I just want a refund. Another worker comes with a bag of food within 5 mins and tells me she through in a few cookies since I had to wait. I get home and I missing several of the items I actually DID order! So no only did my drive through order take over 40 mins to complete but they also shorted me things I paid for! Laughable! No utensil for soup or salad. No napkins. No sides! Missing both chips and bread... But I got cookies, so I guess that counts as making things right to them! Whoever is managing this place has got to get this staff to pay better attention to detail. This isn't the first time I went through the drive through and had my order jacked up. Then to add a cherry on top of this disappointing Sunday afternoon- the sandwich is swished flat and cold! Ate here today for a birthday lunch with my boyfriend and wanted to acknowledge one of the staff members. We think his name was John. F. He was the one that brought our food. But then we went out of his way to offer a free exchange for an item we didn't know we purchased on the tablet after we said we didn't want to bother returning it. First time here at this location and I am thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a BEC on a jalapeno cheddar bagel; they flattened out the bagel like a panini, undercooked the egg, and slapped gobs of cheese on it. It tasted like something I would get at a gas station. I also ordered a ice green tea. When I went back up for a free refill, the worker said there is no free refills. Are you kidding me?! I've been going to Panera Breads for over 10 years and have been ordering the same drink for almost the same amount. Everywhere I've been it's always been free refills. Why the heck would someone pay $2.50 for a tiny drink with no free refills? Please keep in mind I am talking about refills while staying at the location. To add insult to injury, she gave me a rude attitude when I politely expressed my shock at no free refills. It's like going to McDonalds and being refused a free Coke refill. Whenever I go, I usually get a "Pick 2". it's probably one of the least expensive items on the menu. The other items are EXPENSIVE. it's almost $3 to just get a soft drink at the do-it-yourself fountain. Overall, the food tastes great. however, EVERY TIME I take out, they manage to miss an item. whether it's an apple, baguette, or soup, it's annoying, and has cost them two stars and a customer. read more

We decided to give this store another shot. They have relocated to a new location since our last visit and less than stellar experience. One would think that with a nice new building, this place would have improved. It has not. We visited on a Sunday morning. The place was about 1/2 full in an area where most restaurants are packed. First, all the self order machines were out of order. Then the cashier got our order wrong. I ordered a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich on croissant with egg over hard. The croissant was small and the sausage was missing. The egg was over, very easy, and cold. When I approached the counter, the manager argued with me that the egg was over hard. When I poked the egg and the complete yolk ran over the plate, she recanted and changes to "Well that is all we have." She agreed to fix the order. Of course this was not a priority to them. I had to wait about 10 minutes while my wife's food got cold. While waiting I listened in to their open kitchen. The conversation was far more socially focused than getting the food right focused. I know this is down-in-the-weeds, but demonstrates the lack of care of customer at this location. I could go on, but enough written. I will not support them any longer. read more

Poor management. Serves food with flies on it. Doesn't wash hands properly. Shows favoritism to certain employees. Never see them clean even when the floor is covered in trash and food. I have received expired food! And to make up for these things, the want to give me more inedible food. read more

Friday, November 8th I visited the new location for the first time. The atmosphere was pretty busy however I was able to find a decent seat and dine in. I ordered the pick two salad/sandwich and had a cheese Brittany on the side. After receiving my order I politely asked for a box for the cheese Brittany from the woman who was yelling and shouting at her employees. She had a red shirt that differed from the others and a heavy build with a short hair cut. When she gave me the box she wasn't polite because when I asked for it she matched it up from under the counter and rammed it into my direction without a word. I said thank you and took my seat. After eating my meal and preparing to leave, I realized I hadn't finished my baguette. And I returned to the woman and asked for a baguette bad. She rudely said we don't have baguette bags: emphasizing "Baguette bags," she asked one of the other employees for a 6 ounce or 6-pound bag and after the employee placed it in the counter for her she snatched it up and rammed it into my direction again. She was very unkind. I asked her if she was the manager and said your name is Kim? By observing her name tag. And she gave me a snarly look and said "what did I do! She quickly needs and attitude adjustment. Panera is a good place and it definitely doesn't need some Angry person like her interacting with costumers. read more

typical highly caloric Panera food at this location. the problems are with staff and sanitation. it's a pretty nice set up except for the restrooms, which are always dirtaay...at least the several times I have visited. I always expect Paneras to be pristine, I dunno why. There is a working fireplace which is rather nice for some sandwich eating ambiance. the staff here is hit or miss. some are pretty pleasant but a couple of the cashier girls are very abrasive, grumbly, and unpleasant...even when not busy at all they have that flustered, overwhelmed attitude. take a breath, ladies. ommmmm! one more time, ommmmm! My husband and I usually order the bacon turkey bravo. There might be crack in that sauce, for reals. I'm actually afraid to research its contents for fear of having to remove one more delicious thing from my diet as a result of it being possibly chemically laden. The actual restaurant is a great place to eat, the online ordering on the other hand is hit or miss. The first time, we received our food without problem. The second time, our order was all messed up, but by the time we got it, there was no point even going there to have it fixed. All three bread bowl soups had no bread bowls, the chicken salad sandwich was supposed to be on a butter croissant, but instead it was on white bread with a croissant on the side (seriously?)... it was a disaster. We even double checked the order form. Yes, we did everything correctly, the person on the other end obviously had other things on their mind, or just really didn't care. I love panera's breakfast and everything is very clean and the staff are very nice. Sometimes the bread and be kinda chewy from sitting out so make sure you get fresh bread. Their chips are really good too. I recommend having breakfast here. read more

Because my children are normally with me, customer service makes a big deal for me because it's already hectic with them with me. We were greeted from the time I walked in the door, and the gentleman, who I'm assuming is one of the managers, was very personable from the beginning. My middle child wasn't standing still in order for me to order Kama he identified my frustration and did his best to help along the way. The restaurant was clean as I needed to be, and now that they bring the food to your table that just made it a little more easier. Of course we know Panera isn't cheap but you're paying for quality and as usual they didn't disappoint. I'm likely to return to this location because it is convenient for me but also the fact that the manager took that time out to make things as comfortable as possible in a difficult situation makes a big deal to this Mom. Their Sierra turkey and chicken caesar are my favorites, while my kids normally go for the soup...Broccoli cheddar and chicken noodle for the win. :) read more

Well I gave it three more chances to see if they had improved in important areas- Customer ordering, ease of getting food and quality for price. THEY have failed miserably at least at this location. No eye contact, the cash register order takers could care less to listen, and after you repeat your very simple order 2-3 times, they get it wrong. Then the fun begins... you put an electric device on your table... they still deliver it to the wrong table, AND, do not bring your complete order. YOU must get up and now wait to the dis-interested folks behind the counter to now get the whole order, that I might add is pricey for this service, small portions, and lower end fast food chains type of BAD service. Email the company... or tell one of the zombie like assistant managers sleepwalking by? HA- they could care less, because they are"so high brow' here that it is beneath them. lets get into the hours old coffee bar, that is often empty, dirty out of 1/2 and 1/2 and no napkins... Ok so we order from here all the time. We've never had a problem until a few months ago I ordered dinner for rapid pick up for my family and when I picked it up, I didn't check it and made it all the way home before noticing that the mac n cheese for my son was missing. No biggie, called and told the manager and they said next time you're in the area come get one for free. It was my fault for not checking right? Well we ordered rapid pickup from the parking lot today and my husband checked to make sure everything was there, it was, before coming out to the car. We get home and I find that my whole chicken cesear salad is less than half a salad! So I called the manager and was told that we'd get a refund because I refused to come pick up another salad, probably would've cost us more in gas to go get another than the salad was worth. Well I'm finishing my less than half a salad when I find a few pieces of feta cheese in the bottom of the box. That was really the icing on the cake for me because I'm currently 8 months pregnant and I'm not allowed to eat soft cheeses due to possible listeria contamination!!
