Tough and not chewable piece of steak !..
    Trent L.

Let me start off by saying I love this franchise for their food, pastries and beverages. I ordered a breakfast steak bagel with egg,the bagel was not and soft and the egg was flavorful and fluffy, I get down to the last few bites and this piece of steak was the biggest toughest and not chewable which made the whole sandwich terrible. I don't believe they can tell if the meat is tough by looking at it so I'm not blaming anybody in particular but I was very disappointed in what I received from Panera, maybe it was just a bad section of meat but it doesn't change how my taste buds were let down.

This place never disappoints! Delivery is always fast even if they say it'll take 45-60 mins it never does! -turkey sandwich with white cheddar, spinach, pickled red onion and garlic mustard aioli. The pickled red onions are my favorite OMG. That garlic mustard aioli is so good. -Southwest chili lime salad. This by far my absolute favorite salad EVER! Not even kidding. The adobo corn blend I could seriously eat in a bowl all by itself. The southwest dressing perfection.

I had no idea that Panera was offering family meals. This was just perfect! It came with 4 servings of everything, we got to choose 4 different sandwich halves, the soup and 4 chocolate chip cookies. I have a teething 1 year old who didn't feel good. I was exhausted, and it was cold outside. Warm and delicious food delivered right to your door by Panera! They got our order exactly right and everything was just perfect. They even give you an entire baguette! Love the convenience of this meal.

Amazing customer service but worst panera sandwich I've ever had. Literally just a piece of bread and a ton of lettuce with a shred of chicken salad. So disappointing

My dads salad, mostly eaten. Too hungry to take pics

Service and Food were good. They no longer serve sweet tea so that is the reason for the low rating.

The previous two times were perfect with apps and meals we've ordered. Even a co-worker of mine has been here and became a fan. Would the third time be icing on the cake for us? For this visit, we actually saw more people dining in with some ordering takeout. Not a bad deal on a nice Saturday afternoon. Staff was pretty busy around the restaurant keeping everyone happy. We were seated very quickly and ordered after a few minutes. For my meal, I ordered Cơm Thịt Gà Nướng (grilled lemongrass chicken) and a beverage of fresh squeezed sugar cane. The drink itself was really good. It wasn't too sweet and is actually good for you. Sophia drunk some and said the next time we come by, she'll order it. Great stuff indeed. The meal was very good as well. The chicken was cooked to perfection and there was plenty of veggies to go around. We got full halfway that we took it home where both still tasted great. Thanks again to Souper Pho and Banh Mi for this joyous occasion. We'll continue to be patrons the next time we're in the area :)

It arrived fresh and piping hot, with a beautifully crisp exterior that immediately told me it was made to order. The batter had that classic bánh xèo texture - thin but sturdy, with just the right amount of crunch without being greasy. Each bite had a satisfying contrast between the crisp shell and the warm filling inside. The plate came with a generous assortment of fresh greens, which added a nice brightness and balance to the dish. Everything tasted clean and well-prepared, and the greens paired especially well with the nước mắm dipping sauce, which was flavorful without being overly salty or overpowering. It had that familiar savory-sweet-tangy balance that really ties the whole dish together and makes you keep going back for another bite. What really elevated the experience, though, was the customer service. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and it genuinely felt like he was happy to have customers there enjoying the food. He even took the time to show off some of the restaurant's awards, which honestly just reinforced the feeling that this place knows exactly what it's doing! You can tell there's a lot of pride behind both the food and the space. The atmosphere itself was relaxed and comfortable, making it an easy spot to enjoy a meal without feeling rushed. Overall, this was a really solid experience from start to finish - good food, thoughtfully prepared, and paired with warm, genuine hospitality. Would absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area, and I'd definitely come back again to try more items on the menu!

I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon after church and ordered the chicken salad sandwich (Freemason). Fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. When the weather's nice, I always try to grab a seat on the patio. It's such a relaxing spot to enjoy a good meal and soak up a little sunshine. Also, I have to shout out their potato salad is one of the best around. Creamy, just the right amount of seasoning, and always hits the spot. Based on visits over the past 5 years, which have been spaced further and further apart, I was hesitant. And my hesitancy proved to have been warranted. Husband's Northender on Multi grain My Princess Anne also on multi grain. Bread was so dry and stale that I simply struggled to eat the filling. The tomatoes were that hard, white inner core that most people would not feature on a sandwich. Finally in frustration I walked up and asked for a slice of baguette, which was the main meal's only redemption. Let's not even talk about what has become barely a step up from snack pack desserts. Both my (Bakehouse--oh my gosh, are they kidding?) gold brownie and my husband's blueberry mishmash had one bite from them before they too went straight into the trash. (Both tasted more of chemical, than of food) Sadly, what used to be one of our favorite weekly visits pre-Covid, has become less than lackluster, and far from its name. Rather it should be renamed yet again, from the original, Taste Unlimited, to Taste and now should be called, Tasteless. For the price of $50, one would think the meal would at least be edible. Hopefully this review will help me remember why we stopped going. Definitely do not recommend.

It has a very clean minimal decor vibe but is still very welcoming and comfortable. Coffees, teas seasonal drinks, sandwiches and pastries. My husband and I were taking a quick break from. Hopping and decided on drinks and a pastry. We ordered the grinch matcha latte, a gingerbread latte and a spinach feta pastry. Omg both of us loved the grinch. I've been searching for a matcha I could enjoy and this is it! All the right notes: not too sweet, creamy and the matcha well blended in the milk-think no grainy residue at the end. If I'm in the matcha mood I'm coming to get this. The grinch was so good I think it made the gingerbread latte less exciting but it was still delicious! The expresso was strong so for a non Coffee drinker like me it wasn't my favorite but my husband thought it was great. The pastry came out hot and was delicious. Everything came out fairly fast so even with the crowd we were there less than 30 minutes. I want to come back and try more drinks and a salad that seems up my alley. Please check out this locals establishment. You won't be disappointed!!

I was taken care of by the chef and she was very helpful with the menu. They have so many appetizing options on their mostly healthy, all fresh menu. I love soup, so I love that they offer several each day, with some standards, plus a soup of the day, which on the day I visited was cream of potato. Where I sat at the counter, I could watch them making all the food and I was impressed to see that they don't just ladle soup into a bowl to serve it, they actually cook and prepare, then dress it to plate it perfectly. Their cream of potato was really good and not the traditionally made where the potato is pureed into the soup - rather they make a creamy soup base and then add potatoes to it. The combo of the soup, a small piece of potato, scallion, and a small piece of bacon really made for a great spoonful in each spoonful I enjoyed!! My coworker got their Asian Chicken Noodle and that looked amazing! He said it was incredible. Next up was the entrée and we both got their lamb gyro.... It's not the traditional gyro, it's an openfaced style, just like their chicken salad toast. It was really good! The tzatziki was great on it! And we also got a side of their cucumber feta salad... this tasted fresh and the feta was vibrant, with the combo of the cucumber and feta together being incredibly tasty. Overall, another very nice visit to a Stockpot restaurant... Looks like I need to try their Chesapeake location to get the trifecta of Stockpot! Highly recommend stopping in!

It didn't overpower anything--it completed it. What really stood out to me, though, was how effortless the whole experience felt. The staff were genuinely friendly--not in a scripted way, but the kind that makes you feel welcome right away. And the service was quick, which I appreciated since I was trying to make the most of a short trip. There's something about this place that feels like a local gem you almost don't want to share--but at the same time, you know people need to know about it.
