Bill Lewis at the Panera on Village Commons while visiting St. Augustine.
    William - Bill Lewis L.

This place was lit up brighter than a prison. Good selection - clean store - and seemingly polite staff. And that's where the kind words end... My mobile order included the Tuesday Baker's dozen bagel special, the Baker's dozen bagel bag with two cream cheese, and a large coffee. Special instructions were: cut each bagel in half, include lots of butter - along with plates and knives. It wasn't until I arrived at my morning event of 20 plus people that I learned none of the bagels were cut in half, and that butter wasn't included. The cream cheese was the wrong flavor, and the plates and knives were nowhere to be found. Basically, I received a bag full of useless bread. Epic fail. The only reason for rating two stars rather than one was the super polite staff. That, and the fact the place was lit up brighter than a prison.

This is a Greek yogurt parfait ordered on December 31.

This is our third visit to this location. Every time has been a very long wait, there was no one in front of us. It took 22 minutes to make a sandwich that only has ham and cheese. AND did you know that you CAN NOT order a half of a sandwich? (Even though they have it on the pick 2 menu as a half of a sandwich.) The (expired) yogurt was the only other thing on our order. Also, I don't write reviews just so you know.

Has a Caesar salad- they did tell me they were out of croutons. The chicken had gray spots in the corners and this was my salad (see below) it just didn't seem worth the cost at all

    Fucking ridiculous

What kind of sandwich is this. I've never seen it look like this. Every time I order from this location either half my soup cup is empty or my sandwich looks like y'all picked off half the contents inside of it and ate it yourself. Y'all mess up my order every time .. get it together it's not rocket science.

Chicken & Pepp Melt with NO cheese on the sandwich? For a new location the service and attention to details are horrible.

With open lines of communication, they were communicative, ensuring that our needs were met. I was very impressed with how they ensure customer satisfaction. This was my first time here, but I came with friends who had been here several times. The chicken wrap smelled outstanding and looked great. Very robust with chicken! The meatloaf my friend said was phenomenal and interestingly enough they do make it with milk. The Philly cheesesteak looked really great. The chicken pot pie however I will say was definitely not a fan favorite here. I had a different vision of pot pie, which this was not it rather it was the fact on the salty side from me. Not sure what the base was but flavor wise it definitely was not for me. But on a positive note, it was made with white meat chicken. The biscuit on top not a fan favored either. Overall, the five stars goes to the outstanding service we received and the reviews of my friends and their meal. They were very gracious here at the restaurant with taking care of the pot pie since it was not eaten. When I return (and it's a customer service that is bringing me back) I'm gonna try the chicken wrap because it smelled fantastic and looked great

I've included a screenshot from Google Maps to help out with finding them. I went with the Crab Quiche, which was decent. It comes with a side of hash browns which were fantastic. I normally wouldn't go on about hash browns but these were REALLY good! The thing that held the quiche back from being great was that there wasn't a whole lot of crab meat. Lauren had the Breakfast Burrito, added sausage to it and asked for a side of Pico which is something she learned from a previous visit. She's had this burrito before and loves it. She was going on and on about how much she loves it today as well. She actually said "I wish this place was closer to our house because we'd be here way more often" to which I replied "yeah but we have University Diner right by our house, so we're not hurting". Which leads me to a very funny situation: A gentleman showed up at our table like 30 seconds later and said "Hi, I hear you guys go to University Diner? Do you know Andrew? He's my son". We were like "YES! We know Andy!" but the funnier thing was like Lauren had a revelation and said "OH! THAT'S why I love this breakfast burrito so much!" My husband and I decided to 'try somewhere different' for a rare lunch date. We googled…read more'restaurants near me' and found Cafe Cairano. Thinking it was a hidden gem because we had never heard of it, we gave it a try. Sadly, it wasn't all we expected it to be. Once we found it hidden in the back of a small shopping center in World Golf Village, we went inside to an empty restaurant at what should've been a bustling lunchtime crowd. The restaurant had all of two employees working. The cashier/waitress asked us to seat ourselves and she brought us the menus. 5, yes FIVE, different things that we attempted to order were out of stock! How do you run a restaurant when 5 staple items are out of stock.... Hamburger patties, bacon, onion rings, and all fountain drinks including coke & dr. Pepper???? It quickly became obvious why the entire restaurant was empty! After we made alternative choices from the menu and received our meals, the waitress spent the entire time we were in her presence talking in the phone and to someone who seemed to be a regular patron that had come in after us to pick up a to-go order. I heard her say that 'today is my last day because I'm moving.' After hearing that, it made sense as to why she never came back to our table to see if we needed anything. We even had to request she bring our check so that we could pay the bill and leave. She was 'too busy' to notice we were finished & waiting.... The food that we got wasn't horrible.... Too bad the service wasn't that great. We most certainly did NOT receive a good first impression and likely won't give it a second try!
