No issues with our ordered which it was simple since everyone in our group ordered the same thing, the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt. I could have used a tad more avocado in there, but overall the sandwiches were good, hot, they used nice bread (focaccia) and the peppadew peppers gave it a kick. The sandwiches are a tad on the spicy side, I love that, but if it's not your thing... They were still hot when we got to our destination which is pretty good. Every time we come here we are put out in a drive through spot to sit for twenty to thirty minutes before we get our food. When we get our food it is always wrong. This location has went severely downhill in the last year or so. In the last year I've been given the incorrect order probably 5-6 times. It's just expected at this point. I mean like CRAZY wrong orders. It's not even worth going anymore. The waits are insanely long and you are guaranteed to get wrong order. We went there around 7:30pm and it was worse foods than ever. My wife ordered sandwich with bacons and turkey but wanted extra bacons and no turkey wigh soup. Our St. Augustine Panera has been going downhill for quite some time. The food quality has always been decent but the service is extremely slow in the drive thru. Tonight we ordered a pizza and this is how it was when we got it out of the box. All of the toppings came off and too the side. This was my first visit to this Panera Bread location. I ordered the bistro French onion soup. The ordering process was easy. Once my meal was ready and I brought it to my table, sat down and started eating, I realized it was missing the croutons. I went back and asked about them and was told that "we don't have any croutons". That makes half of the meal I ordered. This should have been disclosed before I ordered or at the least when I picked up my food. Now I just have a bowl of onion soup. Hot mess. Thats the word I would use to describe this location. Walked in And ordered off the kiosk. No pagers so I put my name. Ordered two bowls french onion , a tuna sandwich add cheese and a bbq salad. We went to go find a table, EVERY TABLE was dirty, the floor was covered in straw wrappers, stir sticks, napkins and crumbs. Only two other tables had people. I looked around for napkins to clean our own table, none to be found. I located a square box with sanitizer in it and proceeded to clean our own table.. mind you, there was a big sticker on the table that read "for your safety this table is cleaned and sanitized frequently." Seriously not only were we in the view of the people making the food, one which I am pretty sure was a male manager, but he saw me cleaning my own table and not once said a word nor did we ever see anyone walking around cleaning or picking up. When our food was ready, I saw it on the xounter and waited a few minutes to hear them call my name and they never did. When i walked up to the counter eye contact was made seceral times and by the third time I spoke up and said this is my order. I had to ask for our cups, butter, and more napkins ( they handed me one... one napkin!) not hospitable at all. My husbands french onion had so much onions and cheese in it, there was no broth. I brought it back to the counter and asked if the could please remake it without so much cheese and bread. The male manager stated "i cant control how many onions are in it." I told him i wasnt concerned with the onions. The tuna sandwhich was skimpy, mostly bread hardly any tuna. We were so appaulled at the lack of productivity and concern for the guest we left. HUNGRY. I ordered using the app and opted for curbside delivery. When I arrived I touched the button that indicated I was already there. I had checked all the boxes on the app order form, including a description of my car, and when I got there I put on my flashing lights right in front of the store in a handicap slot. I waited 20 minutes before walking inside the store and inquiring about my order, telling them it was for a curbside delivery. The young man behind the counter pointed to a rack and said "is that your order?". Yes, the bag had my name on it, but when I said I had opted for curbside delivery, he didn't apologize. He only said that "they were probably out in the parking lot and need to be reminded." I have no idea what that means, but I will not be back. If a store isn't staffed for curbside delivery, that option should not appear on the app. read more

I hate writing negative reviews with all that people are going through, but this location for delivery specifically is awful. Consistently paying for extra on the sandwich and consistently they either forget or put on an absolutely shameful amount of 'extra'. Side is almost always wrong as well. When it's on point it's great, but I'd say 1/10 times it's actually on point is not good. I doubt anyone would feel great about paying 25$ when alls said and done for this below. read more

I came in for a quick breakfast bite on a Monday morning. There was not a line but I still used the self-serve kiosk and opted for to-go "rapid pick up" rather than table service. I just got a plain bagel- sliced, toasted, reduced fat cream cheese and a green tea. Panera has THE BEST iced green tea IMO! It has a nice hint of papaya. My bagel was ready by the time I made my tea. Some previous reviews seem to suggest there is horrible customer service. This was not my experience. The staff I interacted with was friendly, and they all seemed to be enjoying working together on a slower morning. This is something I absolutely don't mind seeing, especially since my food was ready so quickly! It's nice to see people enjoying their job. As always, the bagel was top notch. The cafe is also huge, the outside reminded me of an Olive Garden!? I'll definitely return when in the area. read more

I only stop by this location to get coffee on my way to work around 6:15pm every day. I work Night Shift a hospital. And I stop here because I have the membership for their sip club. Unlimited coffee, tea, soft drinks. I have gone here now 20 times, I can say that at least 10 times (or more) the coffee is very bad. The hot coffee is never hot, their strong coffee is very light, and usually ground come out when I pour either of the 2 hot coffee. So I end up pouring the iced coffee. It always tastes old. I have the membership because closer to home, I really enjoy my regular Panera location. In addition to the issue of the coffee, the half and half creamer (which clearly has been sitting out all day) has a disgusting and unsanitary residue on the spout, not sure how anyone could pour creamer out of that container. On a positive note, the staff is always kind, friendly, and welcomes you with a smile. I have never ordered food here so I cannot tell you how about it. I frequently order from Panera, whether the one close to my house or the one close to my work (which is the one I am reviewing). This particular Panera has the WORST accuracy out of any location I have been to in the past 5 years. They have consistently for the past 5 times I've ordered food forgotten part of my order. For example, today I ordered a Steak and Arugula sandwich, and it came the way I ordered except for the Arugula. The drivers have had attitudes when dropping off food, mentioning "oh, your food was comp'd today..." and then continuing to rudely snatch the receipt I signed off the counter. On one other occasion the driver literally asked flat out for a tip after I wrote $0 on the tip line (I had cash that I needed to go and grab) but after the comment she made I was not so keen on giving her anything more than a response of "No". I've called the GM and he did give some compensation after I told him how my orders had been screwed up, but even after that phone call, I still get food brought to me that is incorrect. Bottom line here is don't do delivery or rapid pickup from this location if you want your food to be correct. read more

I love Panera in general but this one in particular has very bad service. We walk in to use the tablet menus and we can see in the kitchen. The kitchen floor is absolutely disgusting. Every employee and manager was stepping all over it. Ruined my appetite. We complained and the guy said that they have scheduled cleaning times but if you drop something just clean it up otherwise it ruins costumers experiences. There was one other customer in the entire store and and 6-7 workers only to get the wrong order delivered. My BLT was soggy and tasted terrible. We decided to try and enjoy our dinner regardless of the wrong food and wait time, but it was hard to ignore the uncleanliness of the place and the entire staff having an argument in the front area. I enjoy coming here and always have a great experience when I dine in. Drive through is pretty good but can be slow during prime times - but that's to be expected! I took a star off due to my curbside ordering experiences. The staff have been friendly but consistently I've had to wait a long time in my car for the food to be brought out - like 15+ minutes past clicking "I'm here!" in the app once notified the order is ready. That's frustrating but overall my other experiences here are always great. Just be prepared for delays with curbside pickups. :) read more

I appreciate those that serve under serious disadvantages and , within reasonable limits, I support them with patronage. I visited Panera Bakery at Cobblestone Village yesterday and selected a pastry. I settled for another (my favorite was sold out). At my table I was unable to cut my selection with the metal knife I was given. I returned to the counter, asked for a replacement of something baked today and another was provided from an area not visible from the counter area. It did not come from the display case. The replacement was very nearly as tough to cut as the first. I had already purchased three other pieces, all different, for later. Two of those three have also proven to be as nearly inedible on the day following at my home. My questions; New bakery chef, new recipe, New ovens? I think I am going to have to take a break from the place in Cobblestone Village for a while. read more
