"You pick two" pricing is not the deal I remember it to be. Drinks 3.39 each. So recap -2 half salad, one was leave off chicken, One half sandwich and 2- 3.39 cent drinks was 32.00 before tax. Food was ok, my half salad seemed smallish and thin slices of chicken and her Fuji "Apple" salad was shaved bits of dried apples, not actual you know, apples. Her sandwich seemed ok. read more

Overcharged me on a drink and didn't even give me what they overcharged me for (extra caramel in a latte). The woman working at the register was wiping the crumbs off the counter with a tissue that she then used to pick up customers' pastries. Add to that multiple people didn't show up for work. I know this because the 'manager' was complaining about it and then being rude to customers who didn't pick their orders up fast enough. read more

Well, it's been awhile since I went to Panera. We are on a road trip and I didn't want fast food. I ordered the Asian Chicken Salad having memories of a glorious array of greens, red cabbage, and wherever else you'd expect.. at first I thought they made a mistake snd brought me a half order (I used to take leftovers home with their full size salads). It was exactly the same size as my husband's half size strawberry poppyseed salad which did in fact look glorious. They still beat fast food. Sorry no food pics, it just didn't warrant photos. Ordered a steak and cheese sandwich. Was the worst tasting steak and cheese sandwich I ever had. Small and over priced too. For sides I had kids meal choices. Chips or apples. Paid close to $14 for the sandwich that wasn't good. A little bag of chips and a small fountain drink. The cashier was nice. I don't know. If over priced food that sucks is your thing this might be for you. Wasn't even healthy. I could give up some flavor for nutrition. The place had an upscale McDonald's fast food table atmosphere too. Came here for a meeting. They have a meeting room if you need that. Definitely will eat first next time. I hate bashing places. The employees were nice. The sandwich was made well as intended. I liked the Panera bread on Sunshine much more! This Panera bread had great service and a nice atmosphere. However, I ordered the same Southwest Chile Lime Ranch Chicken Salad and both the presentation and the flavors weren't like the ones I had at the other Panera. They slayed. Food on point, I had a green goddess melt with a lot of modifications but they still got me right, and they even put my extra sauce in a little cup. I don't always like to support Panera because they are very expensive yet still only pay employees minimum wage, but the workers here are still doing an amazing job despite this! This place was dirty, there was no one cleaning up the floor or tables. The food was not great and I was not happy with my $7 1/2 filled bowl of broth that was supposed to be chicken noodle soup. The customer service was horrible. The person that "took" my order was rude and acted like I was putting them out by being there. It's not the first time this individual was like this. I have been there a few times and he consistently is rude and treats customers like trash. It's a shame because he is the only one that acts like this and he is the one taking the orders. Fairly clean building, however, service was pretty bad. Went in to get a bread bowl-- out of bread bowls-- asked for a baguette on the side of my soup instead-- out of baguettes. I would have been more forgiving had it not been for the rude cashier. They were not wearing a name tag, so I can only identify them by the fact that their right arm is amputated (pointing this out so that hopefully this attitude can be addressed). They were mumbling and we had to ask them to repeat numerous times, not friendly whatsoever, and acted inconvenienced that we were ordering. Same guy also started turning booth tables on their side (Making it seem as though they were closing up)? Mind you it's 5:25 and they don't close until 8. I ordered for delivery and it arrived quickly but my order was wrong. Also, we ordered bread bowls but we didn't get any. I'm assuming this means they were out of them. We paid extra for them but were not refunded. We customized a salad and the customizations weren't given. Our bacon Mac and cheese didn't have bacon (which we also paid extra to have). There was something wrong with every one of our orders. I went online and did what the website told me to do and emailed them but I still haven't received any form of help and it's been a few days. Panera (not sure about all locations) at one time, put a limit on the use of the Internet during lunch tome but I think they've relaxed that rule. I have frequented this location for the past 5-6 years. We come here a lot because it's attached to the library, and our son likes to come to get a milk and cookie after checking out books. It used to be great, although restrooms have always been dirty. I've always chalked that up to us being here during busy times. But, Last 5 times visiting, tables littered with crumbs, napkins litter the floor in the dining area, just totally in kept. No one ever seems to bus tables. Something has changed drastically at this locale. Maybe different management. Don't know. Or maybe, I've just not paid much attention and I'm more aware of filth now because I'm constantly thinking about the how bad the flu has been this year and don't want my son to catch it. Regardless, there should be someone paying attention to the tables and restrooms. read more

5 stars for the coffee. Why? Because, for some reason it just tastes better here! I asked the manager of my hometown Panera and she said they all serve the same brand so go figure. So what was it? The water? The fact I got there right at opening? Who knows. The staff is very friendly and obviously knows all the regulars well - I was the only one not greeted by name and with lenghty chit-chat since I'm from out of town. I ordered breakfast at 8:53, an hour later still got nothing. I called the store, Jordon told me at first they didn't receive my order and then that the delivery driver should be on her way. 10:20, I check the app and it says my order was complete. To my knowledge nobody had came to my door with any food. Low and behold I check my porch just in case and what do you know, my breakfast was sitting on hot concrete. I shared with her that I'm relocating for a job and drove 11 hours the day prior and had another long day of driving ahead. I was debating between two pastries- eventually decided on one. As I was getting ready to leave, she handed me the other pastry I was contemplating, saying I may need a sugar rush later during my drive and wished me safe travels! First time at a Panera and last time. Ordered a coffee and a bagel/cream cheese. Coffee was self serve and mediocre at best. I had to ask for the bagel to be toasted and was given a cold tub of cream cheese. All served in a bag. Hot and cold don't mix!!!! It felt most unwelcome, uninterested service, and marginally decent product. Einstein's is much better. Starbucks at least makes you feel wanted. My family and I were very disappointed by the customer service. When we walked in My family thought they would be greeted by a hello and smile by the cashier. What we really got was a snappy attitude. We tried to get her talking and all she did was roll her eyes and shrugged her shoulders. Plain Mac n cheese is pretty good but gets boring after a bit. Bbq Mac n cheese is not worth the money. The small amount of bbq chicken they add is not worth it. This whole company is not worth it.
