It was lunch time, granted it was busy, the general manager was YELLING no matter if it was to her employees, to customers, to herself. It was quiet in the restaurant, and I literally could not keep a conversation with my boyfriend across the table due to the volume of her voice. Not to mention, she was scolding her employees in front of everyone in the restaurant. Every single dish that came out it was "too much sauce" or "toothpicks in the wrong place". I also noticed the way she talked to her employees running food, "this is for table 3 GO" and was not speaking with any mannerisms. Coming from someone who used to work in the restaurant industry, doing that only stresses out your employees during a lunch rush.
