Love Panera Bread! This is one of my favorite chains. Great Salads and soups and they do a great job catering too. I used to use them quite a bit for work. And also used to go in early Saturday mornings and order a meal and do a Bible study. It was very peaceful

Food is OK but very expensive for how small the portions are. Also signed up for text me when orders ready. When approaching counter I said the name and was redirected to sit down cause it wasn't ready. I won't go into detail but they need a attitude adjustment..pretty rude having a job dealing w customer service. Thank God I don't live around this place.

A family member (who loves cookies) turned a year older today. While I'm not in the area, I know some people who are and pulled a favor for someone to pick up my order and deliver it to the birthday boys doorstep. I placed an order online for a dozen cookies. At other locations I've found this to be a risky move because they're often out of certain flavors or types. They were also sold as 4 packs (I got 3 different flavors) but I was hoping they would be presented nice... there's always a risk and I don't know how they do it. I left a message on my order asking them to place them in a pastry box together and they were being delivered to someone for their birthday. To my surprise, they had all the cookies and flavors in stock, placed them in a perfectly presented pastry box for me, and wrote happy birthday (and drew balloons) on the outside of the box! Super impressed by the little extra effort. I only wish I knew who handled my order so I could thank the particular employee! Thank you Panera for helping us make his day special

The store is nice. The staff is pleasant. I ordered via the Penera AP, and I ordered a value duet. The meal shown on this review was what is promoted on their AP as a meal duet. Half sandwich and small soup sounds perfect, and the price is a value....for what is shown. The second picture is the so-called half sandwich. The thing is not half sandwich it looks like it belongs in a happy meal. This is just sad

Never ordering a steak sandwich from there again. Almost 14 bucks for a sandwich and as you can see it's mostly bread and cheese and no meat. If they are gonna charge that much at least put enough meat to cover the bread yeah? Had already bitten into it otherwise I would returned it.

I drive into town from my campsite and was waiting for the sporting goods place in the mall to open, decided to take the dog for a walk then get something here. glad I did! I'm vegan so I asked about a side of avocado to put on the sourdough bowl I ordered. The clerk hooked me up with a whole avocado as well as a side order of turkey for the dog. with coffee, it was still under $11. a lot of places really gouge you for sides of avocado, but Panera didn't. the place was clean, bathrooms available, workers helpful. I think that calls for a five star review!

9.5/10 Absolutely…read moreamazing, hands down the best Thai food in Salinas! We ordered the Pad Thai, Panang Curry, and Nam Sai, and every dish hit in its own way. Starting with the Pad Thai, we ordered it with beef and it was easily the star of the meal. Perfectly cooked soft noodles with a savory, slightly sweet sauce that was incredibly well balanced. The beef was tender and flavorful, and the addition of diced nuts added a great crunch and texture that tied everything together beautifully. The Panang Curry was also excellent. Rich, creamy, and full of flavor. It came with chicken, green beans, and bell peppers, all of which tasted fresh and perfectly cooked with a nice bite. The curry sauce was smooth and comforting, soaking into the dish incredibly well. A must-order for curry lovers. Lastly, the Nam Sai reminded us a lot of pho. On its own, it was a bit light and lacked salt, but once we added our own seasonings, it really came alive. After adjusting it to taste, it was delicious, comforting, and perfect for warming up. Service was fast and efficient, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. The ambiance was beautiful. A very nice, welcoming spot to enjoy a meal.

We've eaten here multiple times, but this time left disappointed…read more. We were sat quickly and given menus, but took our waiter quite some time to come get orders which included drinks/order together. I was in the mood for soup and had their Tom Kha a few times so originally thought about ordering that, but decided to try their Tiew Tom Yum. Mistake. My guy ordered the pork Pad Thai, and we also shared a Thai fried rice. We ordered tea, but the waiter forgot the sugar caddy we requested and didnt see him until the food arrived about 20 or so minutes later. We had some requests for side items, etc and he brought everything immediately, but didnt come back to check on us until quite some time where I had almost decided my fate of struggling through my horrible soup. It was the most sour of sour soups I've ever had. Neither one of liked it. When the waiter came around and asked about our meals expressed how much I didn't care for it, and the sour was off putting. He offered the coconut soup, which I believed was Tom Kha. When the soup was dropped off I asked for a to go container as we were done with the rest of our meals almost at that point. Again, that soup came out with an overwhelming sour flavor. Thankfully the Thai rice was delicious, so I ate the rest of that. We didnt see our server again until we were standing up ready to walk up to the front as he was the only server running around, and had one table in the place. I brought up the fact that that soup did not taste like Tom Kha, was it a different version of coconut soup? He asked the cook and she said was the same as Tom Kha. At this point we were tired and decided to go, deciding not to come back for soup ever again. Possibly, not to return in general as were irritated. Our server wasn't horrible, was very polite and was running around, however as so many servers tend to do had a one track mind only focusing on one table at a time instead of circulating his section. As a patron I don't feel like you should ever wait so long to get the check and cash out or not be checked in on more frequently.

Ordered pho, shaking beef, banh xeo, and others that I could not remember. Their pho was good, big portion and full of meat. Unfortunately the sirloin was overcooked and the other parts of the meat have too much fats in them, so it was down on the score. Their shaking beef was also meh, very thin and overly sweet, probably not their strongest dish. Banh xeo was full of meat and fillings, but not particularly crispy. All in all, it was tasty but only lacking a bit here and there. Their service was pretty good though. Their restaurants are also huge, which is a plus.

I was a big fan of this place when it first opened and used to rave about their pho. Unfortunately,…read moremy visit on 5/2 was a huge letdown. From the moment I walked in, the service began with a bad start. The staff were chatting and joking behind the counter and too distracted to notice me. I had to grab a menu myself and ask in a loud tone if I could sit anywhere just to get their attention. Once seated, it took nearly 10 minutes for a server to come by. I ordered a boba drink and pho with brisket. The server returned after another 8 minutes to say they were out of both the boba flavor I wanted and the brisket. After I reordered, the replacement boba arrived extremely sweet -- basically tasted like watered-down sugar syrup with almost no tea flavor. The pho was even more disappointing.. the broth was watery and bland, there was very little beef, and the bowl was light on noodles and toppings. It felt like a shadow of what they used to serve. It's sad to see a spot that was once one of the best pho places in Salinas (in my opinion) decline this sharply. The restaurant was unusually empty, and the few other customers looked just as unimpressed. I understand rising food and restaurant operating costs, but cutting quality this much will only drive more people away. I rarely leave negative reviews and I don't consider myself to be such a picky eater, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. I'm not sure I'll be back.

Once you step inside, the vibe shifts instantly into a perfectly clean, well-organized Mexican eatery that feels both authentic and welcoming. The service is incredibly friendly and the prices are more than fair. It's the kind of hidden gem that makes you feel like you've been let in on a local secret. The food is quite frankly phenomenal. We're talking enchiladas cooked to perfection, delicious tortillas, quesadillas boasting that glorious, milky-stretchy cheese we all dream about, and bold salsas that bring just enough zing to make you reach for your napkin (and maybe a glass of water). Even the staples like refried beans and rice were flawless, leaving us with absolutely nothing to fault.
