    $5.00 Fruit cup...
    Debra P.

I ordered a fruit cup from door dash and received 5 pieces of fruit. The label says melon, cantaloupe and pineapple. No pineapple in the cup and the price was about $1.00 per piece of fruit...

Love Panera Bread! This is one of my favorite chains. Great Salads and soups and they do a great job catering too. I used to use them quite a bit for work. And also used to go in early Saturday mornings and order a meal and do a Bible study. It was very peaceful

Food is OK but very expensive for how small the portions are. Also signed up for text me when orders ready. When approaching counter I said the name and was redirected to sit down cause it wasn't ready. I won't go into detail but they need a attitude adjustment..pretty rude having a job dealing w customer service. Thank God I don't live around this place.

A family member (who loves cookies) turned a year older today. While I'm not in the area, I know some people who are and pulled a favor for someone to pick up my order and deliver it to the birthday boys doorstep. I placed an order online for a dozen cookies. At other locations I've found this to be a risky move because they're often out of certain flavors or types. They were also sold as 4 packs (I got 3 different flavors) but I was hoping they would be presented nice... there's always a risk and I don't know how they do it. I left a message on my order asking them to place them in a pastry box together and they were being delivered to someone for their birthday. To my surprise, they had all the cookies and flavors in stock, placed them in a perfectly presented pastry box for me, and wrote happy birthday (and drew balloons) on the outside of the box! Super impressed by the little extra effort. I only wish I knew who handled my order so I could thank the particular employee! Thank you Panera for helping us make his day special

The store is nice. The staff is pleasant. I ordered via the Penera AP, and I ordered a value duet. The meal shown on this review was what is promoted on their AP as a meal duet. Half sandwich and small soup sounds perfect, and the price is a value....for what is shown. The second picture is the so-called half sandwich. The thing is not half sandwich it looks like it belongs in a happy meal. This is just sad

Never ordering a steak sandwich from there again. Almost 14 bucks for a sandwich and as you can see it's mostly bread and cheese and no meat. If they are gonna charge that much at least put enough meat to cover the bread yeah? Had already bitten into it otherwise I would returned it.

Did a pick up order today, they didn't have what I ordered, so the staff went out of their way to make it ok. Definitely above and beyond.

From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered the Double Chicken Pesto, and it was easily the highlight of my visit. The sandwich was served warm, which made a big difference. The pesto added a rich, savory flavor and all of the ingredients worked well together. The bread though! Crisp and nicely crunchy on the outside, yet soft and fresh on the inside. It had that perfect texture you hope for in a sourdough sandwich and elevated the experience. My son ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad along with a cup of clam chowder. The salad had a generous portion of chicken, lots of croutons for extra crunch, and a Caesar dressing that was creamy and flavorful. They also included two sides of dressing, which was great for anyone who likes a well-coated salad. My son ended up asking for a third. The clam chowder was decent overall. It wasn't the best we've had compared to some of the chowder spots in Monterey, where the standard is pretty high, but it was still warm, satisfying, and worth trying as part of the meal. Overall, Sourdough Company delivered fresh food, solid portions, quality bread, and excellent customer service. If you are looking for a satisfying sandwich or casual lunch spot with friendly staff, this is definitely a place worth visiting. We'd happily return to for lunch.

Super comforting and filling without weighing me down. The shrimp spring rolls were another highlight rolled tightly with fresh herbs, crisp veggies, and just the right amount of shrimp. They tasted refreshing and balanced, perfect with the dipping sauce. You could tell everything was made fresh. Service was fast, friendly, and efficient. Our food came out quickly even as the restaurant started to get busy. Ambiance was bright and welcoming, with nice modern lighting features at the entrance that gave the place a lively, yet relaxed feel. It's clearly a popular spot, since it filled up quickly after we arrived.
