Feb 26 Relatively brand new restaurant, the manager, Mike, was friendly and helpful apologetic for the error with the website order that I put in kept on, insisting that it was the problem of the website, but once he processed my order again, the order came out relatively quickly. We came to this location because we got a free sandwich coupon by completing a survey from the Rohnert Park location. Also, it was in the middle of our road trip to get home. The service was fantastic and very smooth. The food was quickly delivered. However, I found my tenders were not quite hot enough compared to other locations. I know the kitchen was busy and I appreciated how much effort they put in, but I prefer my chicken a little bit warmer. Other than that, everything was good. My fruit cup was delicious and fresh. It had a lot of various fruits. The staff was friendly, especially the cashier who assisted us in placing the order. He is very nice and made us feel very warm and welcome. I did a little research to find out not only who made the best chicken, but the best dipping sauces too. Hands-down Chick-fil-A offers the most sauces that you can have with your food. So I ordered chicken bits and they arrived as promised they were crispy crunchy in the outside and they were moist and juicy on the inside just like I wanted. How does this location not have five stars? I frequent this location quite often and the service is always amazing! I seriously feel like I'm dying at a sitdown restaurant and not a fast casual. There is always extra people on staff ensuring the restaurant is clean, and the customers needs are being attended to. I almost consistently see the manager on the floor working just as hard as his employees. The food is always fresh. The atmosphere is always clean and there is a wide variety of options. I love taking my toddlers here because of the indoor park and fresh options. On rainy days this is one of our go to places. I can sit near the window and watch my child play on the jungle gym and enjoy a delicious meal. It seriously takes the fast food food bad feeling out of the equation. I'm assuming this is one of their more ghetto locations. A few weeks ago I went through the drive thru ordering nuggets but got tenders instead. As I was driving away I'm munching on the fries, as one does & parked to eat before realizing the mistake. I returned to the store, I politely went inside to have my order fixed. They quickly brought the nuggets out saying something about the mix up being common because they are "similar". Im not sure how a 12 count nugget is similar to 4 chicken tenders. I then asked for fresh fries as well. The girl walked around apparently searching for a supervisor to ask. Natalia (the supervisor), refused to replace my large fry and offered a small fry instead saying, I already ate half. I ordered a large to enjoy with my meal. Now I have a cold large and a warm small. What do they have to gain from refusing to replace my entire order when they messed the order up and wasted my gas and energy to begin with & now I'm annoyed. I drove away again only to discover I was missing nuggets! This I might have excused if i had not already been inconvenienced & received bad customer service. I returned and made sure to express my discontent to Natalia. She replaced the nuggets again and matter of factly said she still couldn't replace the fries. Honestly, she did me a favor because I was beginning to frequent Chick-Fil-A a bit too often. Customer service took my report and never contacted me. I visited this location on 01-27-26 around 3 PM and ordered a pretty simple/small order (total of 3 sandwiches w/no add-ons and a medium fries) at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the pickup window the employees handing out the food were more concerned with their personal conversation than with making sure our order was correct. They were friendly, but that is about it. As we begun to eat our food we noticed NONE of the sauces were in the bag. The receipt which is slapped on the bag also said there should have been sauce, so it was no fault of the order/taker who was standing in the driver thru. I then had to drive back to the location, get down, and request the sauces I should've received the first time. They then delivered my food to me once it was ready - I was shocked by the level of customer service because I wouldn't really expect that from fast food. They even walked around to see if anyone needed drink refills or extra sauces. The food itself was decent - I got a deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Taste was there but I wish the food was hotter, and not just lukewarm. I know that's what I should expect from fast food but it would honestly be so much better fresh. I'm an executive in sales and traveled throughout California and Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite spots to stop for the last 15+ years. I requested a large cup of water like I usually do with my order and this time I was denied. I Was told that "undocumented workers" ask for small water cups then asked for a sweet beverage for a refill. I would go to Chick-fil-A on average 7 to 10 times a week for me and my family.
