They insist that they make it fresh. We came to this location because we got a free sandwich coupon by completing a survey from the Rohnert Park location. Also, it was in the middle of our road trip to get home. The service was fantastic and very smooth. The food was quickly delivered. However, I found my tenders were not quite hot enough compared to other locations. I know the kitchen was busy and I appreciated how much effort they put in, but I prefer my chicken a little bit warmer. Other than that, everything was good. My fruit cup was delicious and fresh. It had a lot of various fruits. The staff was friendly, especially the cashier who assisted us in placing the order. He is very nice and made us feel very warm and welcome. This is the worst Chick-fil-A location I've been to! The staff were all very nice and friendly, but my salad was the worst I've ever had from Chick-fil-A. There were so many old and brown lettuce pieces, and a lot of the beans were undercooked as well. There was a lot of the salad I could not eat. I would not recommend this location. read more

Everyone is just so friendly. My son enjoyed the playpen area and someone was cleaning it while we were there which is really nice. We like the chicken we got. I visited this location on 01-27-26 around 3 PM and ordered a pretty simple/small order (total of 3 sandwiches w/no add-ons and a medium fries) at the drive thru. When I pulled up to the pickup window the employees handing out the food were more concerned with their personal conversation than with making sure our order was correct. They were friendly, but that is about it. As we begun to eat our food we noticed NONE of the sauces were in the bag. The receipt which is slapped on the bag also said there should have been sauce, so it was no fault of the order/taker who was standing in the driver thru. I then had to drive back to the location, get down, and request the sauces I should've received the first time. Was in line maybe 10mins before getting back on the road (with my sandwiches exactly as I ordered ). Chick-Fil-A knows how to move along a drive thru line ! And the folks here executed that plan as well as can be expected. They then delivered my food to me once it was ready - I was shocked by the level of customer service because I wouldn't really expect that from fast food. They even walked around to see if anyone needed drink refills or extra sauces. The food itself was decent - I got a deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries. Salinas Chic Fil A, discriminates against Hispanics. I'm an executive in sales and traveled throughout California and Chick-fil-A has always been one of my favorite spots to stop for the last 15+ years. I requested a large cup of water like I usually do with my order and this time I was denied. I Was told that "undocumented workers" ask for small water cups then asked for a sweet beverage for a refill. I would go to Chick-fil-A on average 7 to 10 times a week for me and my family. I am no longer supporting Chick-fil-A after those Insensitive comments and I hope more will follow along with me. read more

Chick fil A is known for great food and service however this is not the case at the Salinas location. Since day one of the existence of the Salinas chick fil a, my orders at this store are consistently wrong or missing items, and if that's not enough, my fries are always lukewarm and soggy. Lately they have been putting the sauce containers in the fry containers, causing the sauce to be lukewarm as well as creating a reduced portion size. I was excited to have a chick fil a in our area, however after so many poor experiences I will just have to wait until I find myself in the Bay Area or another location. Corporate needs to come down on this operator or this location will continue to be mediocre. read more

My bf and i went to the drive thru chick fil at this location and we asked for waters for our meals instead of soda (other locations usually give us waters in the cup size we get our meal size) and they straight up gave us the usual Dasani water bottles (water that has potassium chloride and salt ). We asked the girls if we can return the waters and get water in the cup size we got our meals. They were both young. One was a short curly head girl with big red glasses and the other was a blonde girl and they just looked at each other and didn't say anything and the blonde girl just let us know we were going to be given little cups AFTER WERE BEING CHARGED FOR FULL PRICE FOR MEALS.
