Half Green Goddess Chicken Cobb Salad and Homestyle Chicken Noodle Soup
Goodness I.

Food was great! Used the kiosk to order and make customizations. Also it's easier to use the kiosk to order if you don't know what you want bc you can see pictures and descriptions of everything. My friend ordered an OJ that didn't taste right and the employee there was very helpful and replaced it. Love Panera and will be back for sure

This is my "go-to" Panera. For lunch I always enjoy the broccoli cheddar soup along with a half sandwich or salad. I love the piece of crusty French bread that comes with the soup. It's fun to tear pieces of bread and then dip them into the soup. So yummy! I like to order ahead in the app and then go to the rapid pickup shelf to pick up my order when I arrive. I have tried doing taste tests of other broccoli cheese soup alongside the Panera version and Panera always wins! Keep up the good work!

I love this Panera. Kind and expedient service. I was here a lot when they had their "sip club" promotion going. Manager once gave me free cookies when I came in closer to the end of the night, which was awesome. Great food but expensive.

We received great service, we were greeted upon entering. The cashier gave a good recommendation on a soup to try. We received our food fairly quickly. My family and were able to find a comfortable booth to sit in and enjoy Sunday lunch together. The restaurant level was nice, so we could hear each other as we held family conversation.

Cinnamon Crunch Bagel - half??

What a disappointment. I haven't had Panera here in Dallas and lived here for four years. Before that I was a Panera regular in Chicago and Boston. I was so excited to order and have a cinnamon crunch bagel. I can't believe it's a bagel that has been cut in half and it doesn't have the same crunchy cinnamon topping. It's just like a Muffy isn't really a muffin top. A half a bagel that's made into half a bagel isn't really the same as a bagel. The chocolate chip cookie was good. So disappointed that they have retired the sourdough rustic loaf bread. I didn't see any shortbread cookies on the menu. The poppyseed salad was still very good. And the cappuccino was good. But I'm really bummed out about the bagel and my other favorites.

really clean dining area!!

I don't know if it was the owner or someone else, but I forgot my wallet and he gave me my meal for free. it's clean and lively and food is good too!!

Ok I have been to this location several times so I guess I should write a review (I am the duchess after all lol, at least for now). Panera is a solid spot for me, mostly for a quick breakfast, with an occasional quick lunch stop. I like that there are options to pick items from the fresh baked section (breads, bagels, pastries, cookies, souffles etc) or have them make you sandwiches or even some pasta options. What prompted my review this time around was trying the Pink Ribbon bagel they are offering this month (October 2017) in honor of Breast Cancer. In the shape of the signature Pink ribbon - what a delightful mix of flavors - cherry chips, dried cherries, honey, vanilla, and brown sugar - but just like wisps of flavor so it blended deliciously and was not too overpowering-ly sweet. I got mine with the honey walnut cream cheese but I ended up munching on the bagel by itself. I have tried several different bagels, sandwiches, soups in the bread bowls, soups without the bread bowls, pastas, and salads and they have all been pretty good when I need a quick breakfast or lunch. I love that I can order online and pick up on the Rapid pick up shelf by the time I get to the store. Or, if there is a line, the self check out stations are very easy to use. Now this location offers delivery as well so even better. My Panera Rewards - their free rewards program - always gifts me with great rewards. I have gotten free bagels for a month (one each day) a few times, and some pastries for my birthday. Will def keep Panera in my rotation for quick bites.

Cant believe the tiny salad I received today for $11....the quality was ok, no more than average , and the people were very nice, but to spend 11 dollars on a salad that looks like this is highway robbery. Won't be back.. too many other options. (And half of an extra small egg? Wow. Thanks.) PS What is this Panera, about a 95% markup?

DISCLAIMER - I have dietary restrictions and allergies, which may have contributed to my experience…read moreat this restaurant. Prior to driving there, I call the restaurant to ask if they could accommodate me -- and they said yes. I got the chicken ramen and subbed for katsu protein, shrimp tempura, karaage and milk tea and my friend got the black garlic ramen. The karaage came out tossed in a an acidic sauce with sesame seeds -- almost like saucy wings. This caught me off guard because the menu does not indicate it would be covered in sauce -- and we didnt want it sauced. Shrimp tempura had 3 shrimps and the rest vegetables. Another surprise because the menu listed shrimp tempura as an item on its own, and then another line item for vegetable tempura. My assumption is this is a cost saving approach -- and while I have no problem with that, transparency would be good for customers. Just list out what is included in the dish so no one is surprised. The ramen was disappointing. The broth came out clear (like water -- i wouldnt dare compare it to pho because pho broth is packed with flavor). There was absolutely no flavor. It was the only ramen on the menu that I could have (again not what I was told when I called). I asked for soy sauce, chili oil and even dumped the leftover sauce from my tempura into the liquid broth and still it could not be saved. The black garlic broth was also bland. Neither of us finished the meal. Service was slow, only one girl working the entire dining room, (it was a weekend so packed). We waited for a while, they forgot my milk tea and it was impossible to flag the waitress until the very end. The only plus, they are extremely generous with the eggs.

The restaurant inside was thoughtfully decorated and the gentleman at the counter was very polite and offered exceptional service. He answered a couple of our questions regarding their menu which made it easier to make a decision. When I say this food packed such a major flavor punch, this is an understatement! Everyone there when considering which wrapped sandwich to get should absolutely get the Saj. It's thin and crispy and contents inside were reminiscent of delicious middle eastern street food but still offered something new! My mixed meat bowl came with three toppings. I chose feta (which was the real deal feta, not some crappy dried out American feta) along with both pickles and pickled turnips. The vinaigrette the salad was tossed in was acidic and bright and made me miss eating a salad. The meat when mixed together with their tahini and garlic sauce was exactly what I needed. Can't wait to come back and try more! Yall should too!

Negatives: the falafel sandwich while flavorful had almost no hummus in it and not enough tahini which made it too dry. The tabouleh salad was horrible. This mom and pop Vietnamese restaurant is incredibly underrated and a must try!…read more I love how their pricing is very fair compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, and their portions are HUGE. I've had their pho, Bo luc lac (shaken beef), bun thit nuong cha gio, and hu tieu and they're all fantastic and flavorful. The Bo luc lac's portion was HUGE and it's only $12.50! The beef was cooked to a perfect medium rare, covered in a velvety delicious sauce, and was loaded with sautéed onions and bell peppers. In the picture, the protein and veggies literally tower over the rice. It was soo much food, I took half of it to-go. I'd normally see this dish priced at over $15 easily for a fraction of the meat that Pho OK gives. No thank youuuu In general, no matter what dish you order, they do not skimp on their meats like other restaurants. I'm not exaggerating about their portion - just take a look at the picture! I will always come and get my Vietnamese fix here and highly recommend everyone to try their Bo Luc Lac, bun thit nuong cha gio, and other dishes!

The soup was flavorful and had enough meat to satisfy. The other soup, I forgot the name, Bo buen ..? Was also very good. We came lunchtime, so it was packed and our food came after 20 minutes or so. Even then, we we definitely come back.
