Also, I recall being told they were closing and being sort of rushed out of the place and it wasn't that late during a weekday. I'd say somewhere between 4:30 & 5. Very frustrating experience ordering from this Subway location…read more I placed an order through the Subway app for a Footlong Oven-Roasted Turkey using the promotional code 699FL, which the app accepted with no issues. The order went through and showed as confirmed for pickup at this location. A few minutes later, the store called me and told me they would not honor the coupon because the store is franchise-owned, and they canceled the order. If the location does not participate in Subway promotions, the system should not allow the order to be placed with the coupon in the first place. Accepting the order and then canceling it afterward wastes the customer's time and creates a poor experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional handling of an online order.

Came on a Saturday and was expecting there to be a long wait, especially when the lobby area had two parties waiting. I was surprised when there were at least 10 empty tables and no one at the host stand. We waited for several minutes to the point I seriously questioned if this was a What Would You Do segment and started looking for John quinones. The party of two in front of us ended up leaving when they were told the wait for 2 was 30 minutes. We decided to wait the 30 minutes, and the party of two who came in after us was told the wait was only 10 minutes. We were seated shortly after. On the menu, there's a note that the Dutch baby takes a longer time to prepare but it came out at the same time as our other food. I was again unpleasantly surprised--the speed came at the price of quality. You can see how fluffy the Dutch baby was in the pic from 12 years ago compared to today's, where it was more of a crepe than a bread "pudding". Still tasted decent after you add the lemon and powdered sugar that they give on the side, but texture was definitely lacking. The side pancakes with our other dishes were a tad salty. We did notice managers walking around, so at least management is aware that there's something they're messing up. Hopefully they figure it out because this used to be a favorite.

Over the past year or two though, the prices started to get a bit whacky so we started going less. I went today and it was awful. The food itself was okay, but there was only one poor waitstaff member for the entire restaurant. They had other people bringing out the food and drinks but the poor waitstaff member had their hands full. It took 25 minutes before our order was finally taken. I used to love the chocolate milk but now they charge the same price as before but give you a kiddie sized cup and you don't get free refills. We spoke to a staff member after we realized we didn't recognize anybody there. We were told the place had been bought out by a new management company and they cleaned house and got rid of the entire old staff, which is wild. They were all so wonderful before! The waitstaff member today was nice too, don't get me wrong, but it was crazy that all the familiar faces were gone. We were told all the kitchen workers were replaced too. Anyway, between my coworker and I, we got a cup of coffee, two eggs, 6 tiny pancakes, 3 strips of bacon, and a tiny sized chocolate milk for $39 (before adding tax and tip). Do with that what you will, but I think that's brutal. The prices have gone up too much considering they made the pancakes smaller and drinks smaller. It's just not worth it anymore.
