This is the 2nd time in my life I have eaten chick -fil- a I am not usually inclined but after getting lightheaded at the pharmacy at target next door, I knew I needed something small before heading home. I was immediately struck by how clean, well lit, spacious with ample seating this location is. Rosina the cashier was exceptional and she even brought my drink and food to me as I was a little out of it. Feeling completely refueled after a nosh in a/c without feeling rushed. Not so happy with this location right now. To be honest I'm not to fond of there chicken at all. I'm not saying that it's bad, I'm just saying that I've had better. I do enjoy the breakfast and sadly that is where I recently had such a bad experience. The service is so slow in the morning and it doesn't make any sense because there are not much customers in the AM. They seem to make online Uber orders, companies as such more of a priority, then the actual in door customer. Although it took them a minute to fix the situation, it still was a bad experience. If I didn't make a big deal about it, it would have never been fixed and that's sad, because I consider myself almost a regular paying customer. I do enjoy the breakfast as I said. I was nearby at the hospital visit g a relative and was pretty hungry. I walked in, and saw there was no line! I couldn't believe because in Brooklyn and Manhattan this place is always jam packed. I place my easy for a small macaroni and cheese and fries, along with a mango passion lemonade. The employee was very friendly and my order came out quickly. I know I may be a little late to the party, but up until last Friday, I've never had the breakfast at Chick-fil-A. I was working by the W 225th location, so I stopped in to grab a breakfast sandwich, and I first I wanna say the restaurant was spotless. It was 10am and I didn't expect it to be dirty or anything, but the place was spotless. Now let discuss the star of the show, the Chicken biscuit with my choice of egg white and American cheese(I'm definitely trying the jack next time) This was the best fast food breakfast sandwich I've ever tasted. The biscuit was soft and flaky, the egg white was REAL and cooked perfectly. The cheese wasn't just plopped on but thoughtfully melted, which made me just stare at it as my mouth watered at the thought out how delicious it was about to be. I ordered the combo with came with hash browns crowns and an orange juice. Whoever was making those eggs on May 2nd 2025 at 10am deserves employee of the month! I went to the Fordahm location for the first time ever and was met by the most unpleasant staff ....I was charged 21 Dollars for 2 breakfast sandwiches that were only the size of a Silver Dollar coin. I demanded a refund as this was not enough to sustain my 2 kids for breakfast. The Staff was Extremely Rude and offered no resolve. I was very taken Aback by their racist comments and dismissive behavior. As a working Black man I walked away I would not recommend any of these chains to a dying Dog. They need to be Canceled. Chick-fil-A has been on my food bucket list for almost perennially. This is a newly open location in Marble Hill, The Bronx, NYC. The ordering and pick-up lines moves moderately. There is also a separate pickup line for mobile ordering and online ordering to meet the demands of e-commerce. Customer service is friendly and warm. I have long been intimidated by their gargantuan lines in all Manhattan, NYC locations when my one hour lunch allotted time is concluded; therefore; I made a valiant effort to trek the long-haul queue. Astonishingly, the ordering line moves moderately without waiting over thirty minutes... whoa! Upon entering a staff member distributed menus while you stand on line to decide and wait to order which expedite the ordering queuing process. For the healthy conscious mindfulness foodies, the menu contain the respective calories for monitoring one's weight. I did attain a brief glimpse of the executive owners and managers who were on the premise for Opening Day, November 9, 2023 for business check-in. This location is gargantuan retail space with abundant standing room and seating very bright with abundant modern lighting, but due to COVID-19 wary I decided to carry away. My Sisyphean Task lunches is no longer boring as a Queens native commuting to the Bronx enlightens my workday. I decided on the Chick-fil-a deluxe meal $13.65. The chicken was very moist and flavorful. The boneless breast of chicken, is indeed, seasoned very well with dill pickles, large green leaf lettuce, tomato and American cheese served on a toasted buttered bun. The bun is a mock of brioche bun. I decided on their signature lemonade and waffle potato chips. Condiments are complimentary which I am awestricken, but grateful. Having to spend $15.30 (including NYC sales tax) is surely a one-time splurge worth the meal and now I can checked the box from my food bucket list. This location has parking lot which is very convenient. restaurant is new and clean also very spacious. I will suggest you come before school lets out it's a zoo in there once it does. You definitely have a better experience and less crowded. You can order ahead what have a pick up counter. Wait time is minimal during off peak hours. I felt the need to write this review based on the amazing customer service. I truly appreciate when I receive great customer service at restaurants especially a fast food restaurant. I had placed an order on the app and I guess there was a glitch in the system where my order had disappeared without my knowledge so I waited around for about 20 minutes. I assumed they were just backed up. I then asked I believe the manager ; wish i would have asked for his name ( he has long dreads, tied in a ponytail) for my order which he confirmed i ordered, gave me my order & for my inconvenience gave me a card for a free sandwich, which i wasn't even expecting. That really made my day & shows how a restaurant with great customer service make their customers feel valued. read more

This is the 2nd and last time I've been to this Chick-fil-A. The 1st time it took them 15 minutes just to make a chicken sandwich. This morning I went there to order breakfast at 640 I had to get somewhere nearby by 700 am. 650 am comes they have no clue what's going on in the kitchen and don't know when the food will be out, I ask for a refund as it's more important I make this class on time and I cannot afford to wait for this place. If I want to wait for slow cooked food, I'm going to a sit down restaurant not Chick-Fil-A. I have never waited this long at any other Chick-fil-A anywhere, it's an embarassment they have to take more than 5 minutes for a simple order at this location. read more

Wish I could give it 0 stars because I didn't get to eat the food. I always get fries no salt at every single chick-fil-A I've ever been to and I've been to numerous locations including other states. I was told no that I can't have my fries without salt because they only opened two months ago and aren't sound that yet. A manager told me this. I said well because of health reasons I can't have all that salt they add to fries. She said we don't do that here. I couldn't believe it. Literally all you had to do was next batch take mine out before adding the salt. Was excited about this location but yea I won't be returning. The fries looked over cooked anyways. read more

For this being a new chick fil a I was extremely disappointed. Not only did I have to drive back because my order was not complete, but once heading home I started to eat my food and couldn't even finish it. The most disappointing part was the chocolate chip cookie I got... it was hard as a rock. I had to throw it away. Won't be going to this particular chick fil a again. Do not recommend.
