So disappointed with the experience my boyfriend and I had yesterday. This location is our preferred one and we've been going to it for the past 3-4 years. Yesterday, we stopped by during lunch. Being that there were no table pagers available at the kiosks and the line for the cashier was long, we decided to order our meals to-go on the Panera app. Our order wasn't ready on time so we had to wait a couple of extra minutes, which was fine. It was a busy day. We got our order and headed back home. My boyfriend quickly checked to see if we had everything and thought we did so we left. When we got home, I noticed that instead of giving us a full-sized salad, we had been given a half-sized one and our sides were missing. Frustrated, we drove back to the location, which is about 15 minutes away from us. When my boyfriend went to the Rapid Pick-Up area to explain to staff that part of our order was missing, no one apologized for the mistake. One of the staff members told another "See! I told you!" And they had the nerve to smile and laugh about it, like it was a joke. We were given the other half of the salad. I had to ask for our sides because they forgot those as well. Funny thing is that there on the wall is lettering that says if they get your order wrong, you get a free treat. Not only did we not get an apology, we didn't get a free treat either! We also noticed that the food didn't taste as good as it usually does. Some of my lettuce was wilted and turning brown. Also, the pack of chocolate cookies we ordered from the bakery were stale. Sadly, this isn't the first time that a mistake has been made regarding our orders. The past 4-5x that I've asked for salad dressing on the side when we dine-in, someone forgets to pack it on the tray so I have to go to the Rapid Check-Out area to ask for my dressing. We also stopped ordering bakery items when we dine in because the last several times we did order them, no one brought them out and when we mentioned it to the servers, we were told that we have to pick them up at the bakery, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering it while dining in. They used to bring bakery items to the table before so what changed? I'll say this...the servers are always really kind and friendly. We've never had a problem with them. The staff in the Rapid Pick-Up area? Eh. I always feel like I'm being ignored when I approach them to ask for my salad dressings. I highly doubt we'll be returning. At this point, we might as well go to the Panera that is closest to us. read more

Out of all the Panera's I go to in Westchester County I prefer this one the most. This branch is cleaner and it runs very well I never have to wait long after I place my order for my food. The staff is very friendly and the location is good. read more

I'm disappointed in the amount of time it is taking to receive a breakfast sandwich. I ordered at 9:37 am it is now 10:02. And I haven't received my sandwich as of yet. It's not busy n others who came after me have received their meals. I'm not sure if they just forgot about me. I've just brought it to the staff attention and they fixed the problem right away. Now I will be having this sandwich to go. I hope I enjoy it. They gave me my sandwich within 2 minutes and issues me a refund for the breakfast sandwich and apologized that this is not the norm. I appreciate their concern and response to the situation. read more

I came here everyday through the pandemic to study and the staff were continually friendly, and the food was delicious, I have no complaints. I still come here to study and for free coffee. Not the cleanest but I go to the utility bin and clean the table myself and life goes on. Whether it looks clean or not we should all sanitize, no? read more

CAUTION!!! This place is horrendous . There was a hair in my food. So I sent it back, I was made a new one and there was another hair in it. In between the soda machines it looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the day this damn place opened. The messed up my order multiple times. I would not come here again . read more

Super slow service. No access to coffee or the coffee comes after you received your food. Usually, there is no napkins or you have to ask for utensils. The process to order food would be a nightmare if those ordering kiosks weren't there. There is no management oversight and the staff have no direction to serve clients. read more

Had a great time with my special lady. Will visit again! The food and the service was great. Staff was very respectful and helpful

We really needed a cafe in our neighborhood! This has become a go to spot for me. Wifi, nice seating, fireplace, good coffee! read more

I come here because the breakfast food options in this area aren't good. The products are fine here but the service is brutal. I order at the kiosk and now as of today the 4th time they don't include all my items. The average wait time for me has been 10-15 minutes. Instead of someone coming out and saying they're running late, no response unless I go up and check my order. read more

The Panera Experience Since day one Panera of just took over great soups and sandwiches everyone i know has been enthralled by this place and honestly while the food is good i always saw it as a bit over priced but as you visit the different stores it becomes clearer and clearer why Panera has had such soaring popularity. This place has great the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. They are modern and classic all in one. From the servers to all the courteous cheery staff to the high speed high technology ordering systems. Panera has taken soups and sandwiches to a new level simply great read more

The person that assisted me was Jay and she was very professional and courteous. She also had a sense of humor which made the experience welcoming. I enjoyed the hospitality. I will be back read more

So I'm sitting here in thinking, why I just spent almost $15 on this meal. On entering the establishment I was greeted by the sound of a irate lady who was mad that the person taking the order had walked away without no explanation leaving her feelings disrespected!! I paid her little mind as I started fiddling for my phone.. I had my own problems!, I thought to myself as she tried to vent her displeasure to anyone in a low tone earshot. Long story short lady left,my time to order, placed my order, the usual, onion soup and a sandwich, insisting my bread be toasted. After being handed the electronic device that replaced the number on the table I then proceeded to sit down thinking to myself that the irate lady before me must have been off her rockers, this cashier was professional. Then came Miss. EWIN... My server! She was balanceing a pile of dirty dishes in one hand and my food in the next! She was simultaneously grabbing dirty dishes on her way to my table, ewwww!! My eyes was instantly drawn to the pickle on the side of the plate. It looked like it was sitting out for days under a counter somewhere and they just found it! We do not have onion soup she proceeded to inform me would you like another, she said . read more

Rude service. I initially called ahead of time to make sure they had all my items before I purchased on Uber eats. They confirmed they had everything and still messed up my order. They stole about $20 from me when I asked for a coffee tote box and they gave me a coffee cup. I also asked for a broccoli and cheddar mac and cheese and they gave me a regular one. I called back and said the order was wrong and they said to call uber eats to get a refund. I said I would go pick up the right order and in the middle of me talking the lady I spoke to hung up the phone on me mid sentence. I would give this place zero starts if I could. read more

My entire family enjoys the service and food at this location compared to the other ones near by. Steve is always in the front with a smile and Chuck was very attentive as well. I like this Panera best in our area. Spacious always clean, the self serve drinks and kiosk are also a plus. The only problem that I have is that the servers never seem to be able to find you. read more

If I could give this restaurant no stars, I would. Whatever you do, don't order from them an hour before they close. They will keep your order for themselves and tell the courier that they are closed. The courier told me that this happens all the time with them. I was looking forward to my meal.. and now I have to look elsewhere because these workers at this location suck ass. Please don't waste your time. If you really a craving Panera I suggest you order early in the day so there isn't any way they can steal your order and waste your time. read more

Brand new Panera Bread location in Pelham Manor Ny, it's located inside a small shopping center with ample of parking and safe, clean exterior. When we entered we were greeted by the manager staff asking if we would like to wait on the line or use the "new" kiosk to order, we elected to try the new kiosk ((pretty funny to see these things after all the fast food workers requesting $15 min wage)) anyway after getting a little help with the kiosk we placed our order and grabbed a buzzer, and sat down to wait for our order... The store is spacious, clean and dine in friendly. A nice little touch is the fire place. I love the do it your self soda machines, which all PB's have BUT they have the ice green tea and lemonades at your disposal, refill away! After receiving our food, we were happy, the food was Panera fresh and as usual it was enjoyable, I'm not really writing the review to review the food, the staff is very nice and friendly, However I only dealt with the management staff and not the regular staff, but while seat staff did pass us and acknowledge me and say hi and were VERY polite. I'm happy a Panera opened in this shopping area, because it's easily accessible. Enjoy. The reason for the 5 stars is because the nice people that have running this place. read more

Panera Bread - Exterior of the NEW Panera Bread in Pelham Manor NY - Sandwiches Near Me - Pelham Manor, New York

Horrible! How do I have to wait 7 min for a toasted bagel when there are 5 people working in the food prep area! The gentlemen before me waited just as long for an oatmeal. Be prepared to WAIT along time! read more

I normally love panera but this location is just awful. They consistently get our order wrong. Twice I've ordered salad with chicken and both times they didn't add chicken when it's clearly written on the order that I want it with chicken. I order with rapid pick up and usually grab the food and go so I don't realize the mistake til I get home. Last time they even forgot the yogurt that comes with my sons sandwich. I've also ordered extra dressing which I'm charged for, understandably of course, but then I never actually receive extra dressing. As well as getting my orders wrong, they skimp out on the portions. Every time we order sandwiches they put so little chicken. I know there should be more because whenever we go to a different panera there is enough in our sandwiches. It's such a shame that this location sucks since it was much closer to us. read more

Was craving panera on the way home from work and didn't realize that this one was open yet, I do remember passing this location once before a few months back and it wasn't open yet, the entrance makes this place look small but once you enter there is a ton of space to the right, now I love panera but I've never once had less than a 15 min wait to get my food, as soon as I entered I was greeted by the friendly and pretty cashier and I was pleasantly surprised that I was in and out of here in about 5 minutes, now that's amazing! Will come back for sure! read more

Delivery got the order completely wrong and when I called they put me on hold for 12 minutes. DON'T ORDER DELIVERY from them. They can't do it correctly. UPDATE. I've been to this location more times than I'd like to admit - I'm not usually a fan of chains and try to frequent local restaurants - but this Panera has proven to be reliable, clean, and friendly. I used to love Panera Bread. I even worked at a Panera previously. This Panera, however, is the worst one I have ever been to in my life. The service here is HORRIBLE. I ordered a you pick two: macaroni and cheese with a grilled cheese. My friend ordered ahead of me. She received her food within 5 minutes of ordering. I received my food nearly 15 minutes later. While she was already done eating. I ate my macaroni, and then went to take a bite of my half grilled cheese and noticed it smelled strange. I took a bite because I was hungry and was anticipating the delicious melty cheese. Do you know what I got instead? I tasted the sandwich and immediately spit it out. I opened the sandwich and there were literally gobs of chicken strips in my grilled cheese! I am VEGETARIAN. I wasn't offered a refund, they deleted my $1 off coupon when ordering, and I was so turned off I didn't even want the replacement grilled cheese. I was so disgusted. I still am. This is basic grilled cheese, it's not rocket science. I have never felt so uneasy in my life. I didn't even eat dinner because I felt so grossed out. I will no longer be a patron to this restaurant chain. I really hope that they will get their act together over here for the sake of loyal customers. I could have had an allergy or gotten seriously ill. Really displeased and unhappy with their services. read more

while in pelham manor on a sunday early afternoon and the rest of the gang roaming around the outdoor mall i decided to grab a bite at panera .a simple concept is to get on line ordering a sandwich or salad or soup or pasta bowl or whatever other organic food is available or maybe a sweet pastries or hot or cold beverage if you prefer . i did the half turkey and swiss on baguette with small garden veggie soup with a bag of chips and i can't forget the green tea cold drink which is really good with extra ice . plenty of seating options with booths and tables if you can find one empty which i recomnend you claim first as you wait your turn for the menu board to move your name to the top .after 5 minutes my name is called and the girl working the pick up area did a horrible job bagging my food as the soup spilled out which happens plenty at many panera's which results in the manager saying sorry and giving a free cookie for the screw up. sign up for a free panera card which adds freebees and discounts for future visits . overall panera is ok but sometimes the wait is long and most workers dont really give a sh#t but food is good so that warrants semi regular visits . read more

I placed a large catering order for today. I have been trying to contact the catering coordinator or the manager or a live person all day and cannot get anyone. The automated system tells me to hold and I do, then a busy signal comes on. I contacted live chat and they told me If I cant get a hold of them, then they won't be able to either. I'm extremely stressed and nervous about the order for my event tonight and would LOVE if someone could contact me. I have never used them for catering before and was really excited to because I LOVE the food and I know they are known for great customer service. read more
