I wiped the table and had to cover it with recycled papers due to the stickiness, however, the tables were replaced recently. I visited this location on a Sunday. I usually go to another location, but I was closer to this one at the time. When I arrived, there was no one at the register. I did not want to order from the kiosk because I had a coupon to redeem. A staff member appeared a few minutes later, so I placed my order and showed them my twenty five percent off coupon. They stated that the coupon was applied, but it was not reflected anywhere on the receipt. I returned to the staff member and pointed this out, but no adjustment or resolution was offered. It took approximately thirty minutes for my order to be ready. Seating was very limited, and it took some time before I was able to find a table. I love this place, but on February 15, 2025 I went here for a Greek salad and by the next day was in the hospital for three days sick as a dog. I was diagnosed with sepsis and the norovirus. I went by the restaurant to inform them of my hospitalization and illness and they took a report from me. They were very kind and even offered to refund my meal but I refused the offer because that was not the reason for my visit. I only wanted to inform them of my illness so they could take proper precautions in the future to prevent someone else from becoming ill. read more

At times, they run out of things later in the day but for the most part, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is decent. We ordered a light lunch before heading into the city. The ordering process is streamlined, but their buzzer died and I had to get up to see about our food. This is definitely one of the better locations I've visited. They're clean and the staff is VERY nice. I've made a few stops here for pickups usually, and left satisfied after every visit. They've never messed up an order which is saying a lot compared to some of the other locations, even the ones that are closer to my residence. If you visit during a late night, it's likely that they'll have run out of a lot of items but they definitely try to accommodate with alternatives and I've even seen them setting out warm cookies as late as 8 pm. This is the best Panera in the area. Other Paneras in Westchester should come to this one to see how their management does it. Everything is perfect. I ordered 5 sandwiches, sides and drinks and it was ready in 5 minutes. Soufflés always filled and cooked perfectly. The front counter is staffed brilliantly by a man with a grey bun. I've been there at least 6 times in the past week each time my good was consistently delish (love the new breakfast sandwich) . I'm also consistently greeted with warmth and when twice the hot water had run out they filled me up immediately though there was a line --A five star would be had with an increase of worker joy which is hard for any business to attain. My husband swears someone must have been combing their pubes in the sink because there were way to many short hairs in the sink. I'm not a dude and cannot access the men's so cannot attest to that. Freaked him out. Ladies was clean except for lack of toilet paper in the handicap stall and a ton of paper on the floor. Did not reek of urine. Food: wonderful...it's Panera for crying out loud. Accessibility: parking lot (big) shared by Fairway, Fairway Wine (yum), Citibank, eyeglasses store, Dave and Busters around the back, and Smash burger, Home Goods, Marshall's Shoes, Sally Beauty Supply waaayy across the parking lot. Close to 95 and darn close to Hutchinson River Parkway. Customer service: there is a guy there that husband HATES that takes orders. Had him help us two times. He is not helpful and has an attitude. This is classic Panera quality. I love the fact that they have fast kiosks and huge seating area. This was the first time we came here. Usually we go to the one in Bay Plaza but Weekend before christmas was just crazy over there. Here we were able to find seating place and the food arrived a little late 20min. we both liked our Ancient Grain salad and Chipotle chicken sandwich with my husband. Beautiful new Panera located right off the Hutch super close to Fairway. I shop at Fairway often so it's nice to have a (relatively) healthy place to grab a bite versus the other eateries in the vicinity. I enjoy Panera, their food is tasty and (depending on what you choose) you won't consume a day's worth of calories in a single meal. I almost always go for a "you pick two" option where you choose two items out a combination of soups, salads, and sandwiches. What really stands out about this particular Panera location is the service; I have been here a few times now and have found consistent, superior customer service. The managers have no qualms about jumping onto a register or serving meals to the table, it really shows they care and that the staff is an engaged team. The dining area is clean and spacious, and overall I'm glad this location opened. Keep up the good work! =) read more

Single worst location I have been to. Should just close the location. Took 40 minutes for a mobile breakfast order. Even took over 10 minutes to get the food after being notified on app the food was ready. The food is still good, but I'm giving it four stars because of the seating. Too many college students taking up all the booths. I came with my elderly mom and sis, there was about two tables available for two people which weren't together. I saw students on lab top computers taking up spaces where four people could have sat. This is not Barnes and Noble! Take your asses home do your work there. I was pissed! I kept saying this is total bs lol. Nice Clean Organized Quick Tasty I have absolutely no complaints about this Panera. Actually, it's my preferred to go to place. We have tried dine in, quick take out, both multiple times and are quite satisfied. Whenever they ran out of let's say the soft wheat oat rolls, they'll gladly offer us a free pastry without us complaining or having to bring this up to the managers attention. I've places several orders online for rapid pick up and I usually give them ample time (~15-20 mins) to prepare my food because I know the location gets busy but every time I've showed up to pick up my food, my food is still not ready. Today I decided to sit down and eat here. I only ordered a broth bowl and it took more than 15 minutes to come out. So, this evening I was exhausted from doing all of my errands and popped into Pelham Manor location of this supposedly great restaurant. When I got there a girl with a broom in her hand that did not change her gloves took my order. I proceeded to order and got my cup when I was finished ordering. I then went to get my beverage and asked the associate to fix the lemonades, so that I can get some. The associate asks me to remove the container that she was obviously draining. I don't know how to do what she asked. I didn't want to get juice all over me and I asked her can she move it for me. The young girl never removed the container and there was no other options except green passion and the new strawberry kiwi ( that she was draining) I don't know what's the problem but my food is never right here and the kids think it's a joke to publicly tell people to do their job. I mean, what type of place is this? There's always a problem at this restaurant where it's never clean and things are usually all over the place. Never in order how it's supposed to be. Tables dirty and everything! I'm so over this location and all of the kids they hire that don't understand their job description. To make a long story short, there was a problem when I asked for my money back. The manager told me to call corporate for my money. So, I had to call the police and ask for assistance to get my money back. I couldn't imagine being told to do someone else's job when I clearly came to dine and go home! I couldn't believe that I had to call police just to get my money back. I'm so over the mistreatment of black people in these kind've settings. Why should I have to eat in a dirty restaurant? Why is it always workers with bad attitudes in these establishments. The costumer is always right! How dare someone make it seem like I couldn't get my money back unless I called the police. I prefer this location to the one in Bay Plaza, so that is why I continue to go here...I probably should rethink this! They always seem to get our order wrong on the first go around, even though they fix it. Today, my boyfriend ordered a broccoli/cheddar bread bowl, printed on the receipt, but the manager and expo guy said he didn't...it was printed on the receipt plain as day. After some back and forth, they gave him the bread bowl. I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo without cheese, but when I received it, there was cheese and no bacon. When I went to the Expo Window to get it fixed, the line cook stated that "bacon does not come on that sandwich." Really? It's in its name!! Reluctantly, I was given the bacon. It was ice cold and had nasty fat droppings on it. The lettuce on my sandwich was also brown/old. Panera Bread prides itself on eating and serving clean food...I disagree, based on this and my recent experiences. For the price you pay for meals here, they should at least make sure the food comes out looking presentable and fresh. I will be taking a break from here for a while. So disappointed with the experience my boyfriend and I had yesterday. This location is our preferred one and we've been going to it for the past 3-4 years. Yesterday, we stopped by during lunch. Being that there were no table pagers available at the kiosks and the line for the cashier was long, we decided to order our meals to-go on the Panera app. Our order wasn't ready on time so we had to wait a couple of extra minutes, which was fine. It was a busy day. We got our order and headed back home. My boyfriend quickly checked to see if we had everything and thought we did so we left. When we got home, I noticed that instead of giving us a full-sized salad, we had been given a half-sized one and our sides were missing. Frustrated, we drove back to the location, which is about 15 minutes away from us. When my boyfriend went to the Rapid Pick-Up area to explain to staff that part of our order was missing, no one apologized for the mistake. One of the staff members told another "See! I told you!" And they had the nerve to smile and laugh about it, like it was a joke. We were given the other half of the salad. I had to ask for our sides because they forgot those as well. Funny thing is that there on the wall is lettering that says if they get your order wrong, you get a free treat. Not only did we not get an apology, we didn't get a free treat either! We also noticed that the food didn't taste as good as it usually does. Some of my lettuce was wilted and turning brown. Also, the pack of chocolate cookies we ordered from the bakery were stale. Sadly, this isn't the first time that a mistake has been made regarding our orders. The past 4-5x that I've asked for salad dressing on the side when we dine-in, someone forgets to pack it on the tray so I have to go to the Rapid Check-Out area to ask for my dressing. We also stopped ordering bakery items when we dine in because the last several times we did order them, no one brought them out and when we mentioned it to the servers, we were told that we have to pick them up at the bakery, which defeats the whole purpose of ordering it while dining in. They used to bring bakery items to the table before so what changed? I'll say this...the servers are always really kind and friendly. We've never had a problem with them. The staff in the Rapid Pick-Up area? Eh. I always feel like I'm being ignored when I approach them to ask for my salad dressings. I highly doubt we'll be returning. I'm disappointed in the amount of time it is taking to receive a breakfast sandwich. I ordered at 9:37 am it is now 10:02. And I haven't received my sandwich as of yet. It's not busy n others who came after me have received their meals. I'm not sure if they just forgot about me. I've just brought it to the staff attention and they fixed the problem right away.
