Thank you to Melissa for correcting the situation today when it came to my soup. I appreciate her for taking the time out her day to take care of me and my needs. The place was clean and the food was great ! read more

Food is ok. It's Panera. It's not what it used to be but it scratches an itch. I don't know why they put the salad dressing on the side now as a default instead of mixing it in. Service is slow. If you order ahead on the app it's a little better. Newest development is pin padding the bathroom door for no reason - it was always well kept with nobody camping out in there. It's annoying to have to ask for the PIN when waiting for your food when you ordered online. read more

Kudos to the management! He, she, or they really cares and look out for the customers. Only issue I had with this Panera location was the sticky tables. I wiped the table and had to cover it with recycled papers due to the stickiness, however, the tables were replaced recently. If I didn't say it before, this Panera Bread is run under highly capable management. Thank you for changing the tables! The staffs are nice and the management is highly attentive to the customer's needs. read more

This is the best Panera Bread I have visited so far, in Westchester, NY. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. I would recommend this location. This is a great location for an inexpensive, delicious meal on a Sunday afternoon. read more

I love this place, but on February 15, 2025 I went here for a Greek salad and by the next day was in the hospital for three days sick as a dog. I was diagnosed with sepsis and the norovirus. I went by the restaurant to inform them of my hospitalization and illness and they took a report from me. They were very kind and even offered to refund my meal but I refused the offer because that was not the reason for my visit. I only wanted to inform them of my illness so they could take proper precautions in the future to prevent someone else from becoming ill. read more

I visited this location on a Sunday. I usually go to another location, but I was closer to this one at the time. When I arrived, there was no one at the register. I did not want to order from the kiosk because I had a coupon to redeem. A staff member appeared a few minutes later, so I placed my order and showed them my twenty five percent off coupon. They stated that the coupon was applied, but it was not reflected anywhere on the receipt. I returned to the staff member and pointed this out, but no adjustment or resolution was offered. It took approximately thirty minutes for my order to be ready. Seating was very limited, and it took some time before I was able to find a table. The space itself is pleasant, and the fireplace in the back is a nice feature. Despite the service and wait time issues, the food itself was good. read more

I've had great experiences the times I've eaten in this establishment. Fast service and friendly staff. Parking is available in front of the restaurant. The chicken and bacon flatbread was very delicious and the Caesar salad is always good. Obtain a membership, if you consistently eat here because the points rack up and you receive rewards. Enjoy! read more

Panera Bread - Chicken Cesar Salad and Chicken Bacon Flatbread - Sandwiches Near Me - Pelham Manor, New York

My family and I come here from time to time for lunch or to pick up dinner. At times, they run out of things later in the day but for the most part, the facility is clean, the staff is friendly and the food is decent. We ordered a light lunch before heading into the city. The ordering process is streamlined, but their buzzer died and I had to get up to see about our food. Luckily I checked because our food was ready but a very nice employee helped me bring all of our meals to our table. They're close and convenient. read more

Excellent place magnificent service cordial friendly caring team members. Why do I keep on coming after 4 years? This is the reason

This is definitely one of the better locations I've visited. They're clean and the staff is VERY nice. I've made a few stops here for pickups usually, and left satisfied after every visit. They've never messed up an order which is saying a lot compared to some of the other locations, even the ones that are closer to my residence. If you visit during a late night, it's likely that they'll have run out of a lot of items but they definitely try to accommodate with alternatives and I've even seen them setting out warm cookies as late as 8 pm. They're manned by a pleasant staff and fresh food. read more

This is the best Panera in the area. Other Paneras in Westchester should come to this one to see how their management does it. Everything is perfect. I ordered 5 sandwiches, sides and drinks and it was ready in 5 minutes. Soufflés always filled and cooked perfectly. The front counter is staffed brilliantly by a man with a grey bun. His name is Steve. He is efficient, pleasant and professional. Other paneras take notice! Wonderful! They don't run out of food. It's always fresh. No running out of coffee. No incompetence. No horrible lines. No kids running amok. No food on the floor. It is a pleasure to come here to the Pelham Manor Panera. read more

Love this Panera. The service is friendly and fast. I've eaten here a few times. They have lots of seating and they always have lots of goodies in their bakery. Their chocolate chip cookies are yummy. Chuck, the shift supervisor, waited on me - he was courteous and helpful. I would definitely come back to this location for lunch. I usually get the Sierra Turkey and Broccoli and Cheddar soup. I'll be back! read more

I've been there at least 6 times in the past week each time my good was consistently delish (love the new breakfast sandwich) . I'm also consistently greeted with warmth and when twice the hot water had run out they filled me up immediately though there was a line --A five star would be had with an increase of worker joy which is hard for any business to attain. Great job crew keep up the good work! read more

Basic Panera Amenities: great work space. Very roomy, lots of tables and chairs. Dining room ALWAYS clean. Bathroom? My husband swears someone must have been combing their pubes in the sink because there were way to many short hairs in the sink. I'm not a dude and cannot access the men's so cannot attest to that. Freaked him out. Ladies was clean except for lack of toilet paper in the handicap stall and a ton of paper on the floor. Did not reek of urine. Food: wonderful...it's Panera for crying out loud. Accessibility: parking lot (big) shared by Fairway, Fairway Wine (yum), Citibank, eyeglasses store, Dave and Busters around the back, and Smash burger, Home Goods, Marshall's Shoes, Sally Beauty Supply waaayy across the parking lot. Close to 95 and darn close to Hutchinson River Parkway. Customer service: there is a guy there that husband HATES that takes orders. Had him help us two times. He is not helpful and has an attitude. Everyone else? OMG, fantastic people. Ladies and gent that bring the food out and clean up are kind and accommodating. Guy with the gray bun who helped us yesterday? Keep rocking that bun man. He was super helpful, wonderful disposition. Must be the bun read more

For a fast food restaurant they do very well. Ordered for delivery several times. Orders were always complete, no missing items. Food is tasty. Delivery time is within expectations. No complaints here! read more

The slowest to get any order by far. I honestly just ordered a caramel coffee and strawberry smoothie and it took 25 mins!!! The worst, I will never come back! read more

Beautiful new Panera located right off the Hutch super close to Fairway. I shop at Fairway often so it's nice to have a (relatively) healthy place to grab a bite versus the other eateries in the vicinity. I enjoy Panera, their food is tasty and (depending on what you choose) you won't consume a day's worth of calories in a single meal. I almost always go for a "you pick two" option where you choose two items out a combination of soups, salads, and sandwiches. What really stands out about this particular Panera location is the service; I have been here a few times now and have found consistent, superior customer service. The managers have no qualms about jumping onto a register or serving meals to the table, it really shows they care and that the staff is an engaged team. The dining area is clean and spacious, and overall I'm glad this location opened. Keep up the good work! =) read more

This is classic Panera quality. I love the fact that they have fast kiosks and huge seating area. This was the first time we came here. Usually we go to the one in Bay Plaza but Weekend before christmas was just crazy over there. Here we were able to find seating place and the food arrived a little late 20min. we both liked our Ancient Grain salad and Chipotle chicken sandwich with my husband. I think as a Panera lover I will come back here again, just to see it another time - other than crazy Holiday shopping season. read more

I looooooovvveeee Panera. I prefer this location to the other ones in Westchester. Always clean and the staff are very helpful. Panera Bread - Strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken and four cheese grilled cheese - Sandwiches Near Me - Pelham Manor, New York

Everything is automated unless you're paying cash. I prefer the simplicity of ordering from a cashier, and knowing I'm protecting someone's job. I just wasted 15 minutes and decided to leave. Place is understaffed as well. Not coming back! read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered rapid pickup (which they say will take 5-10 minutes) and I waited a half hour to ask the status. Then the manager just cancelled the order without saying anything else...??? What a joke read more

I love Panera ...I use to come in here w my girls for a quick bite to eat and chat ... I can't even do that anymore. The tables are disgusting . Never cleaned. Just really bad smell of pee coming from the rest room here . read more

I like this Panera bread last time I was here the food was really good and you could find a place to sit. Today it's a different story! The food is still good, but I'm giving it four stars because of the seating. Too many college students taking up all the booths. I came with my elderly mom and sis, there was about two tables available for two people which weren't together. I saw students on lab top computers taking up spaces where four people could have sat. This is not Barnes and Noble! Take your asses home do your work there. I was pissed! I kept saying this is total bs lol. I guess someone finally heard me, these two nice ladies yelled out come sit over here! We will exchange tables, that was very sweet of them. I had the turkey chilli, so good with a nice little kick to it, and a half turkey and swiss sandwich. My sister had grilled cheese and tomato soup it really looked good, they also threw in some croutons. Mom loved her cheese and broccoli soup. I hope they do something about the other stuff, before it gets bad. read more

Single worst location I have been to. Should just close the location. Took 40 minutes for a mobile breakfast order. You know they stopped caring when you order a turkey avocado blt to go. You get home and find out it has no avocado, no bacon, it's just some sad turkey swimming in Mayo. Nice Clean Organized Quick Tasty I have absolutely no complaints about this Panera. Actually, it's my preferred to go to place. We have tried dine in, quick take out, both multiple times and are quite satisfied. Whenever they ran out of let's say the soft wheat oat rolls, they'll gladly offer us a free pastry without us complaining or having to bring this up to the managers attention. The only comment I have is that the location posted on Yelp is not accurate. They are actually at 875 not 877 Pelham Manor. Will continue coming back!! read more

They mess up my order every time, and this time they forgot a lot of my take-out order. I added bacon(which I was charged for) and spinach to my sandwich. Neither of which made it. I made sure I visited this location a few times before reviewing it. The staff is very friendly but the wait is just ridiculous. I've places several orders online for rapid pick up and I usually give them ample time (~15-20 mins) to prepare my food because I know the location gets busy but every time I've showed up to pick up my food, my food is still not ready. Today I decided to sit down and eat here. I only ordered a broth bowl and it took more than 15 minutes to come out. I was quite disappointed at how long I had to wait and the broth bowl was cold. read more

I prefer this location to the one in Bay Plaza, so that is why I continue to go here...I probably should rethink this! They always seem to get our order wrong on the first go around, even though they fix it. Today, my boyfriend ordered a broccoli/cheddar bread bowl, printed on the receipt, but the manager and expo guy said he didn't...it was printed on the receipt plain as day. After some back and forth, they gave him the bread bowl. I ordered a Bacon Turkey Bravo without cheese, but when I received it, there was cheese and no bacon. When I went to the Expo Window to get it fixed, the line cook stated that "bacon does not come on that sandwich." Really? It's in its name!! Reluctantly, I was given the bacon. It was ice cold and had nasty fat droppings on it. The lettuce on my sandwich was also brown/old. Panera Bread prides itself on eating and serving clean food...I disagree, based on this and my recent experiences. For the price you pay for meals here, they should at least make sure the food comes out looking presentable and fresh. I will be taking a break from here for a while. I am better off at a local deli! read more

So, this evening I was exhausted from doing all of my errands and popped into Pelham Manor location of this supposedly great restaurant. When I got there a girl with a broom in her hand that did not change her gloves took my order. I proceeded to order and got my cup when I was finished ordering. I then went to get my beverage and asked the associate to fix the lemonades, so that I can get some. The associate asks me to remove the container that she was obviously draining. I don't know how to do what she asked. I didn't want to get juice all over me and I asked her can she move it for me. The young girl never removed the container and there was no other options except green passion and the new strawberry kiwi ( that she was draining) I don't know what's the problem but my food is never right here and the kids think it's a joke to publicly tell people to do their job. I mean, what type of place is this? There's always a problem at this restaurant where it's never clean and things are usually all over the place. Never in order how it's supposed to be. Tables dirty and everything! I'm so over this location and all of the kids they hire that don't understand their job description. To make a long story short, there was a problem when I asked for my money back. The manager told me to call corporate for my money. So, I had to call the police and ask for assistance to get my money back. I couldn't imagine being told to do someone else's job when I clearly came to dine and go home! I couldn't believe that I had to call police just to get my money back. I'm so over the mistreatment of black people in these kind've settings. Why should I have to eat in a dirty restaurant? Why is it always workers with bad attitudes in these establishments. The costumer is always right! How dare someone make it seem like I couldn't get my money back unless I called the police. Total discrimination! I know it's hard to believe but black employees and other minority groups treat black people like their beneath their shoe. I didn't come to do your job. I came to eat! If that's a crime. Take me to jail! I will fight this in court if I have to because their trying to press charges on me and will be posting the whole vid on TikTok. I will not be patronizing this place ever again! I am struggling as a single mother, college student, and head of household. My school had to send me a food card and a gift card. I am going through a lot! A man had to pay for the rest of my groceries today because the food card was only worth 20$. It's a shame how some people are so insensitive to others. I had a good day! I went food shopping, did my laundry, and tried to get me something to eat. Now I'm getting locked up for knocking over a cup holder. This is unbelievable! I will never ever allow this to happen to me or anyone I know for that matter! You don't tell someone they can't get their money back when they didn't even touch a piece of food. All cause I couldn't get a beverage! How ghetto! read more

Nice and clean, the cashier was very informative and helpful. I asked what she would recommend and her choice was spot on. She was well informed and delightful.
