I like their rapid pick up. I use the app to order breakfast and it's ready in less than 10 minutes. Love the Asiago bagel. Time to time the app gives you a free breakfast sandwich or bagel. Who doesn't love free food. :) read more

Great food, great service (now). HOWEVER....don't look up at the air vents! They are COVERED with mold and mildew. Upon complaining, the manager said corporate wouldn't do anything about it because it is due to be remodeled. Seriously? Pre ordered to go. The pick up was fine. The French onion soup wasn't so good at all. The Greek salad was about half a bowl of salad. For the price should have been more salad. That's my opinion. I rarely rarely go to Panera. Maybe twice a year. read more

Terrible!! This was my second time to try Panera and it will be my last. The first time there was a bug in my food. Then this time (a few years later) we ordered and then sat to wait for our food to go. The restaurant was so dirty, I almost cancelled my order. There were sticky, dirty tables everywhere and at the drink area the floor looked like it had not been mopped on years. Then our sandwiches were just ok. Wilted lettuce, dry sandwiches. I love panera bread but I find it appalling at this particular location that the women's restroom has no paper towels dispenser and it's a roll on the soap dispenser!!! Also staff is not helpful at all a I felt rushed to order and get out of the way!!! But it's the closest to my house so I will do to go next time read more

The food here Is delicious but when I come here at night it is not run very professionally. Only one taking orders, I had to stand behind a couple and child, waiting until the cashier went to get two different breads for the woman to choose her bread! When mine came the top bread was so hard I couldn't bite so got a new bread. No napkins near drinks and still no napkins and I'm ready to leave. Lots of loud talking from personnel and when a cook dropped a pan the other one cheered and clapped for a long time. They seemed very immature and unprofessional. I paid almost $10 for the full-sized Greek Quinoa Salad. So small and so unappealing. The kale was not fresh, the bread roll was stale. At Jason's Deli I can get twice the salad with a choice of breads and dessert for just over $8. Better yet, Jason's serves up organic ingredients. Panera, you had better get your act together. We healthy people are not going to come back to your establishment at this rate. read more

Portions are laughably small. Panera is already a higher priced lunch option than most in the area. I really can't say I recommend them if you're actually hungry. Have come twice into Panera's for breakfast and will be my last time. As soon as you walk into this place the unfriendly looks you get want to make you walk out!! No wonder it's empty. We have been to Panera Bread hundreds of times and a few times it was not kept up well but tonight was the worst. The floors were filthy with crackers under the tables and straws in the seats and the table was dirty. When I went to get my drink, there were no mixed drinks, no lemonaide or any others either. It was freezing cold inside and I had a coat on. I was very disappointed in the restaurant and don't believe we will go back unless it changes the way it looks inside. It didnt used to be like this. I have eaten here many times. The food is always good and fresh. Today I ordered delivery and was not disappointed. It arrived timely and the order was correct. The food was fresh and hot. I love their potato soup and their broccoli cheese soup. I also love the fuji apple chicken salad. The half order is always plenty! I feel the price is reasonable for the quality of food. I have health issues and can not eat preservatives etc... I am thankful to Panera for providing foods without preservatives that are healthy and clean. read more

Check your food for hair !!! My rating is solely on this location ( I love Panera) . Last night my boyfriend and I went in, we each got a soup & sandwich, but I also ordered a salad to-go for his lunch the next day. I wanted to try it as it was one I had never had before, as soon as I opened the box there was a black curly hair. I have red hair & my BF's head is shaved! I understand this happens I was grossed out, but not mad. Just asked the girl bringing the plates if they could replace it. She apologized profusely and took it back, no big deal right?Well, today when my boyfriend was eating his lunch, guess what he found at the bottom of the salad... Yep, the same nasty hair!!!!!! I was livid, & shame on me for giving them the benefit of the doubt that they would actually make a new salad. I called today to explain the situation & spoke to the manager "Carrie", She just said she would "address it" didn't really seem to concerned. I will NOT be back to this location, ever! read more

I like Panera's as a chain. I've eaten at a lot of Panera's over the years. They're mostly all the same, but not this one: this is a bad one. The tables are dirty, as is the floor. The layout is really bad. The register crew don't know what they're doing and the food comes out wrong. Wanted to pick from the list of sides? Nooooope ! I was planning a breakfast for out of town guests at our office. I knew that I would be pressed for time that morning so I placed an order, and paid for it, online the day before. The instructions said to pick up my order at the pick up counter when I arrived and that I would not have to wait in line. I scheduled the pick up for 6:20 am. When I arrived I went to the pick up counter. After a few minutes I finally got the attention of the person working behind the counter. He said I would have to pick up my order at the order counter. After waiting in line behind 5 people I still had to wait for my order to be made. I do not understand the point of online ordering if you still have to wait. What should have taken about 3 minutes took nearly 15 minutes. Very disappointed. read more

Where do I begin.....bottom line is don't stop here keep driving!!! When you walk in to a "bakery" type restaurant you would expect to be greeted with the aroma of bread baking but nope not here. As I walked closer to the counter to place my order I realized the smell that was consuming my nose was that of wet mildewy carpet! And yes as other reviews have mentioned - cashiers have not a clue of what customer service is much less giving it. That are literally clueless! I'll end my review with the famous ice machine - this ice machine has a very significant drip coming from the ice machine so that when you are filling your cup with Coke the water that has been streaming down the outside of the machine drips into your cup and not into the metal container they have carefully placed to catch the water. The drip is so fast it looks like they need to empty the container every 30 minutes. I felt nauseous at this water dripping in my cup so I threw it away. I asked the cashier for a new cup and explained why I wanted a new cup and she immediately gave it to me BUT with a funky look on her face. I thought she must not have understood the situation so I re-explained it and her expression did NOT change. Basically she didn't care or thought I was making a big deal out of nothing. She was 2 seconds from rolling her eyes at me. Although I usually let a manager know when I'm dissatisfied so they can know I just didn't want to waste my time trying to help when it is obvious they could care less.
