Stopped by for lunch with a coworker and it was pretty packed, but the line moved fast so the wait wasn't bad at all. The space isn't huge, but it's laid out well and didn't feel cramped. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout. I ordered the creamy chicken noodle soup with a half sandwich. The soup was really good and the portion was generous for the bowl size. I've now tried two sandwiches, the Zeus and the Patty Melt, and both were good choices. You can tell everything is made fresh to order. Definitely a spot I'd come back to again. read more

Good lunch for catered work events. Everyone in the office gets excited when word gets out that it's Lunch Box. However, when I go on my free time I feel a bit let down. I'm not really sure why. Service is nothing special but it's good. Clean food ingredients which is hard to come by too. Wouldn't say this is a MUST try sandwich spot, but is good for office/work catering. read more

The place was really cute. The food was good. I got the colonel which has chicken salad inside of it. It was tasty. I wasn't a fan of the Pasta Salad it did feel drowned in whatever dressing the used for it. Not Pictured was their enchilada soup which was really good. The girl/lady that took our order could have been a little nicer and helpful with us since it was our first time there. I have never been disappointed in anything that I have gotten from here. The chicken enchilada soup is my favorite soup. And the chicken salad salad is really good with some honey mustard. They make everything fresh, so it's not fast food. If you're in a hurry order before you get there and pick it up. I order a chicken caesar salad on my lunch break using their online ordering feature. It was simple and easy to use with no additional online fees. The salad was pretty good, plenty of dressing (on the side), plus I added boiled eggs and avocado for around $1.50 each for the additional toppings. It was well packaged, ready at the counter for me within 15 minutes of me ordering. The service was friendly. I came on a Monday around lunchtime. The place was packed with people so you know that means the food has to be good right? Let's start with the positives. The place is a pretty cute spot. It's got great new American vibes. Their online ordering system seemed pretty efficient. They had lots of people on the line getting stuff out relatively efficiently. The food itself was pretty good. The patty melt came with an au jus dip that paired surprisingly well. The tea didn't make it back to my office because it was so good. The soup was pretty hearty. I ordered their patty melt Monday special to go. I shilled out for the mint and honey tea as well as the soup. The total ended up being around $20. I was looking for a good sandwich in the area and like to try new places. The Lunch Box popped up on Google and it fit the bill. I ordered the Gobbler sub mayo (description read: turkey, Dijon mustard and swiss). What I didn't notice/realize until after I bit into the sandwich is the "LTO" at the bottom of the description meant lettuce tomato and onion. I hate onions so I was disappointed to find them on my sandwich. I would have taken it back but I figured it was my error in not noticing this on the menu above the register. Otherwise, the sandwich was fresh and tasty. The staff was very friendly, even making note of my name on my cc and asking me how my day was going. This small sandwich shop is built out like a chain, with a southern style decor, and Harley Davidson / Jack Daniels like colors: orange and black. Serving mostly sandwiches, soups and salads, they also make their own sweet tea. I ordered the special of the day (thursday), which is a southwest chicken sandwich, and added the soup of the day baked potato soup, since another reviewer indicated it was so fantastic and iced tea. Interesting how they have raw sugar and stevia packets to choose from, and I didn't see any regular, nutrasweet, or splenda packets. ...some ppl will like this, some wont. The meal was kinda pricy, I was expecting to stay under $10 by going to a sandwich shop, but ending up paying a little over $15. They don't list prices on the menu board when walking up to the registers, and apparently I chose the most expensive sandwich they offer at $10.49. It was good, but for a sandwich shop, I felt it should have been no more than $8 - $9. For the sandwich, my only complaint would be to use less mayo, if none at all. It was great when I tasted dijon, then tasted and saw the goopy mayo and thought it took away from the flavor. I'd even like it with honey mustard instead. read more

I like pretty much everything I've tried from this place. Some of my favorites are The Cubano and Southwestern Chicken Chile. The only thing I don't like at all is the plastic wrap they use to pack the sandwiches. The sandwich gets soggy and even though it doesn't affect the taste the texture is not pleasant in my opinion. One thing that would be really convenient is for them to open the drive thru window for pick up orders. I always order pick up and it's a hassle getting my kids in and out of the car. read more
