My favorite sandwich shop ever! Everyone who works here is so friendly, and for made to order sandwiches you never have to wait very long. I can't recommend the Cuban sandwich enough, between the homemade pickles and special mustard sauce, I promise it's like no Cuban you've had before!!

Absolutely outstanding! 10/10. The staff are beautiful and friendly. The restaurant is incredibly clean and really relaxing. Food was fresh, fast, very reasonably priced and absolutely delicious. So glad I stopped in! Loved every bite.

Randomly found this place while in the area last week and in need of a quick lunch. It was packed so you knew it was going to be good. Great old school deli sandwich. Bread was soft and fresh and all the ingredients were proportionate to the sandwich. Trying to find a reason to be back in the area so I can stop there for lunch again.

I guess I just got the wrong sandwich last time. This place makes great sandwiches. I love their pimiento cheese -- it's like I use to make, but don't get the poboy, the innards squeeze out. I've come here for it 3 times in the last couple of months and it's an 8 mile drive. Their egg salad sandwich is also good. As always it could do with a little more seasoning (relish) but it's good anyway. Next time I'm going to try their deviled eggs.

I really enjoyed having a Reuben for the first time here. It was profoundly good and made me craving for another one. On top of that of craving a deli sandwich it made me tell everyone I knew about it. I was proud to say where I got my Reuben from, but now.. I'm rethinking all of that. It seems the Reuben's are not consistent at all. That is something that I dislike saying and hearing myself say. So, I came in one evening when "girls" were out. The girls are considered as the sandwich makers. The same exact "girl" who prepared my first Reuben. All that was left was the owners, Donna & David. Donna prepared two of the Reuben's I asked for one Pastrami & a Corned Beef. After this experience, It will be my last time coming here. Donna wasn't very kitchen ready nor sanitary. She was sick. She sniffed & coughed around my sandwiches. Not once, but twice. She touched everything with her plastic glove even the microwave, fridgerator door, plastic containers (where the meat was kept in) and the cheese & the sandwiches. Both sandwiches were soggy and the ends were hard. Both sandwiches had less meat and more sauerkraut. It tasted nasty and disappointing. The Reuben's on the menu were $6.49 & she charged me $6.99 each for both of them. All I ordered was the sandwiches by it self, no chips, drink, or dessert. The first Reuben gave me that bite me back vibe. But dang, those two were scraped together. I will not be back! Waste of money. Highly disappointed.

My husband and I love coming here. On the rare occasion we get to have lunch together we always come here. It's a small little place but they have the most amazing food. The employees are always so friendly. We tried the Gumbo today and it is awesome! Definitely one of my new favorites here. We have tried several items from the menu and we haven't ever been disappointed. If you are in the area you need to check this place out!

Stopped in celebrating our 3rd anniversary! We will be back! Roast beef was delicious and great service . Tony & Crystal!

A sandwich sounded good and I liked that I saw online the place was locally owned and star wars / sci-fi themed! Upon arrival I walked up on nice quaint corner shop with patio tables and trees out front. I went inside and saw all the cool decor and happy faces. I ended up ordering their weekly special because i love tomato soup and it didn't disappoint. The ambiance on the patio was great as they had nice music playing and lots of trees with natural sunlight peaking through in a gated private area. I had also ordered a Custom Rye sandwich with Hand shredded turkey, fresh sliced ham, mayo and pesto spread, lettuce and fresh onions, with oil and red wine vinegar, herbs and salt and pepper. And boy oh boy did it steal the show! Upon my first bite my eyes lit up with excitement as my taste buds danced for joy! I was not expecting it to be that dang good! I'm super happy I tried this spot today as I will be a repeat customer! I can't wait to show some friends about it. They were also pretty quick with the service and the lady up front was very sweet!

The parking was a bit of a challenge, but it was easy enough because it was a calm Tuesday morning. To get from the parking area to the store, you just take the elevator one level down, and then you're right inside. This place is surprisingly big, filled with all kinds of snacks, cookies, and coffee. The highlight for me was their shawarma breakfast wrap. It was top-notch and exactly what I needed. You choose between whole wheat or white pita, and it's filled with scrambled eggs, your choice of fresh or sautéed spinach, and they add potatoes as well. Then they top it with shawarma chicken, tomato, and a delicious sauce. For $8.5 it was worth every bite. Hands down, a five out of five. I also tried their coffee, which was just a standard brew sitting in ice for hours and nothing special. At $2.50, it was fine, but nothing to write home about. The real stars were the cookies. I got a coconut pecan cookie and an almond crunch cookie, and both were absolutely delicious. I didn't have time to explore the whole store, but there was a great selection of fresh produce, chocolates, and all sorts of small treats. Overall, the staff were really friendly, and the entire visit was smooth. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Five out of five stars!

We were looking forward to trying this restaurant while staying at a hotel in Houston for medical treatments. We had it delivered to our hotel and sadly it wasn't the best experience. When we got our order to the room we were missing one side that we ordered. We got Mac n cheese, green beans and potato salad with a brisket/smoked chicken combo and a brisket/ribs. I was shocked to see two pieces of brisket and a chicken breast for $28. Maybe it was an off night but the quality just wasn't there. All the food was cold (our fault bc we ordered it for delivery) and was lacking flavor. I called about 10 minutes before closing today and I had the pleasure of talking with Joseph the owner. I had no idea he was the owner, but he was so nice over the phone. I asked if it was OK if I was ordering right before they close and he was like no problem at all. Just a great nice person answering the phone. It was such a pleasure to talk with him because that type of service these days is kind of a lost Art. So when I get there, we start to talk he shook my hand, asked my name treated me like family. Very personable nice guy running this establishment. Their entire family are just top-notch professionals and they understand how to treat people the right way. This is a lost Art. Food: I went with the deluxe, which is with their special. Absolutely amazing. Fresh bread, all the flavor with their homemade aïoli sauce. The meats were real good as well. I elected for the olives, which were great. Great food I will definitely come back here and try several things off their menu. Being that I live in downtown, this is gonna be one of my go to Spots. I had originally wanted to come because I saw that they sold steaks for purchase you can bring home to cook. However, since it was lunchtime and we were already hungry, we decided to grab some lunch as well. We got the 3 meat combo with chicken, brisket, and ribs. It came with two sides and we chose coleslaw and chicken salad. I thought it was nice they had extra protein choices as sides. They also had a tuna salad and egg salad in addition to pasta salad, beans, potato salad and other options. The food came out quickly and the meats were all very tender. However, they just tasted salty. I had a hard time tasting any other spices/flavors which is what I'm accustomed to at other bbq places. The chicken salad was salty as well. It would've been tastier in a sandwich with some crisp greens versus just by itself. Coleslaw was average. Edible but nothing special. Husband thought it was too sweet. I do have to say the service was very friendly. The worker behind the counter gave us the impression that he really wanted to help and make us comfortable. When I found out they only sold bottled water, he offered to go to the back and grabbed us two cups of tap water, which was a nice gesture because he didn't have to. We ended up not getting any other meats because the unpackaged steaks looked dried out and sad in fridge. I wasn't sure if those were the pieces they would sell you or if they were just for display. But for $34.99/lb, I didn't want to risk them giving me the dried out looking steak. Overall, it seemed like people really like this place . The person in front of my husband said this place has the best burgers! And lots of people kept coming in and out. However, for us, this isn't our favorite.
