Soup leaking through bag

I guess it's my fault for trying to get some food while I'm sick. I should have cooked a meal for myself while I'm sick. I spent $20 on food from Panera, drove home and realized the soup completely soaked through and ruined my car seat. I rushed back to Panera to get a refund because now I have to pay for my car to get cleaned and they only refunded me for the soup. I didn't eat the sandwich or the pastry I BOUGHT. The drink had so much ice in it I practically had 1 1/2 sips. I spent $20 on food that I didn't eat and haven't gotten a refund yet for. I spent $30 cleaning my car because I had to get it professionally don't after the tomato soup leaked. And now I haven't eaten in two days because I don't have money to pay for any more food, thanks Panera :) I love getting Panera when I'm sick! And I love not eating since I got Panera when I'm sick.

Apple

They gave me a bad apple. I am genuinely concerned to try my other items. I am very disappointed.

Got a half a cup os Creamy Tomato Soup - Group
Natalie G.

I ordered a cup of soup with my sandwich and got a half a cup of soup when I opened the bag when I got home! What the heck?! And also tipped them $2 on the app. Disappointing. UPDATE: I updated to 2 stars because I submitted my complaint on the app and got a quick response from guest services and offer to rectify the experience. That is very much appreciated. I hope the manager can let their employees know not to fill the cup of soup halfway.

I've had Panera 3 days in a row. A colleague bought everyone breakfast sandwiches and I was in love w the sandwiches that I had to try the other ones w my kids. The Chipotle chicken w egg, avocado and gouda on ciabatta is bomb!! Full of flavor and that sauce is delicious!! The Avocado, egg white, tomatoes, and spinach on sprouted grain bagel is so good and light!! The bread here is always good. I don't feel sluggish or blehh after eating here. I love that they don't put other unnecessary ingredients in their breads. The strawberry lemon-mint drink is delicious too!! Very refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. This location always brings your orders out fast. Tables are always clean and employees are friendly. Highly recommend!!

Checking and signing only to still have items missing, and my drink spilling onto me as she hands it to me. No napkins no utensils.

Interesting place. Various breads, sandwiches, salads, drinks, pies, cookies, donuts, and bagels. The breads are quite delicious, and the toasted baguette sandwich with mozzarella and pepperoni was very crunchy and good. And paired well with a Cesar salad and iced tea. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere! Recommend for breakfast or lunch

Love Panera bread but it's hard to enjoy the food when they forget to put it in your bag! Make sure to check your bag before you leave... :/

Our daughter, son-in-law, grandson, my husband and I came for another divine dining experience. We were seated right away as it wasn't too crowded. We noticed they rearranged the tables and seating. It's still so cozy and pristine with low lighting giving off an intimate vibe. The food was amazing as usual and it came out quickly! Never a bad meal here. Unfortunately, one star off for the service. We have come to expect the high caliber of service offered from Robin & Francesca from past visits. Our server Jessica was nice enough but not very attentive. We had to keep asking for our drinks to be refilled although it was very obvious that our glasses were empty. And there weren't a lot of people there. So our server really missed the mark. Thankfully, the food is consistently outstanding and mediocre service won't dissuade us from returning.

Mei was truly a light and exactly the kind of person this world needs more of. Her warmth, kindness, and genuine spirit made such an impression on us, and she turned an already wonderful meal into an experience we'll remember. Now let me get to dessert. Toffee Sticky Pudding is my all-time favorite dessert but no one ever serves it. I was surprised to see this on the menu because the standard dessert at Thai restaurants in mango sticky rice. The toffee pudding was excellent. It was moist and covered in a wonderful toffee that was not too sweet! I live an hour away but I will stop here every chance I get. I now have a reason to stop in Murrietta.

At first I was thinking Pad Thai or Pad See Ew Noodles because I've had both dishes before at other restaurants. I wanted to try something new and chose the Thai Style Beef Salad with medium heat. The marinade on the beef slices was something I haven't tried before. It was tangy, a bit spicy and ultimately delicious. The salad had lettuce, cabbage, grape tomatoes, decorative cucumbers, and carrots. There were red onion slices, cilantro and scallions garnished over the top of the meat. The service was great and our drinks were consistently refilled. For dessert, we ordered the mango sticky rice and I loved how creamy the rice was which paired well with the sweet and soft mangoes. I cannot wait to go back and try something different on their menu. This salad was delicious and fresh and I'd order it again. Just had their pad thai and mango sticky rice. I have been on the hunt for the best mango sticky rice in SoCal so if you have an idea where I can find it, puhlease let me know! As you can see, the mango sticky rice is very soupy and cereal-like. I've never had it presented this way. Didn't taste great either. My issue with the pad thai was it was like 99.9% noodles and hardly any tofu. I mean, it's tofu, not the more pricey seafood or other protein. Other than that, this was far from my fav pad thai. I'd be willing to stop by again and try their curry or another dish but not for either of these.

I came here craving soup after being sick and ordered the pork soon tofu, while my wife ordered the bulgogi. The meat in both dishes was noticeably tough and difficult to chew compared to other Korean tofu restaurants we've visited. Because I wasn't feeling well, I couldn't fully taste the food, but my wife and daughter both immediately noticed that the bulgogi tasted sour. When we brought it to the staff's attention, they kindly offered to replace the meat, so we requested teriyaki chicken instead. Unfortunately, another serving of bulgogi was brought out instead. By that point, my wife and daughter had already finished eating and gone to the car, so I simply asked for it to be boxed up. After getting home, we decided to throw it away because we didn't feel comfortable taking a chance on meat that tasted off. The side dishes also didn't seem fresh, which matched what I had seen mentioned in other reviews. While I can't say for certain what caused the sour taste, it left us without confidence in the meal. Another thing worth mentioning is that there was no air conditioning on a very hot summer day, which made it uncomfortable to enjoy a steaming bowl of soup. Also, the dishes were served on hot plates, but nothing arrived sizzling or boiling the way you would normally expect at a Korean tofu restaurant. I genuinely want local family-owned restaurants to succeed, which is why writing this review isn't easy. Every restaurant can have an off day, and hopefully that's what happened here. Unfortunately, this visit didn't meet our expectations, and based on our experience, I'd encourage others to use their own judgment when deciding to dine here.

We ordered four different items, and not a single one disappointed--everything was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. 10/10 across the board! I ordered the áp chảo, thinking it would be soft, stir-fried rice noodles, but it actually came with deep-fried crispy noodles. Our server was so kind and took the time to explain it to us. Even better, they brought out an extra side of soft noodles for our daughters. Such a thoughtful gesture and truly appreciated! Our toddler ended up LOVING the crunchy noodles--and honestly, so did we! This was my first time having áp chảo this way, and it was surprisingly delicious. Definitely something I'll be craving again! The restaurant is also spacious, clean, and has plenty of comfortable seating, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Highly recommend giving Pho Minh a try! We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu when we're in town!

When we came here it was during the FIFA World Cup so the owners and workers weren't providing their best customer service since all their attentions were to the tv. What seemed to be the owner was even yelling, shouting, then cheering loudly sitting the middle table in the midst of customers eating. She did eventually move when it got busier and tables were needed. I thought that gave it a mom/pop shop feel and felt family owned but I also didn't like how they were not attentive to customers such as myself. We all ordered the same kind of pho which was house specialty that comes with just about almost everything. The pho was good. No complaints. We all ordered meat on the side along with the accompaniments of sliced onions and green onions in oil. I was surprised they generously provided us all with individual sliced onion plates. They did forget our vegetables like beansprouts and basils since they were so busy watching the game so I had to remind them. Other than that the portions are generous and the pricing is affordable. I like how they are also served in metal bowls to keep warm.
