    Soup and salad

This is a nice Panera Bread. Panera Bread is my go to place for fast healthy food. Love their duets and normally get the Greek salad and tomato soup. Very filing and they do great job here. Servers were friendly and kept the place clean. Atmosphere is nice indoors but my friend and I sat outside on a nice afternoon. My buddy got the chipolata chicken sandwich . Both of us enjoyed our meals. Decent value for the price. See pics. Pro Tip: Order from the kiosk for faster service. Panera Bread is located in busy area with shared free parking for several stores. We hiked nearby Umstead State Park which is good way to build up your appetite.

This is the new recipe for the toasted garden caprese. They need to work on something more than their recipes!?! Quality would be nice. I can't believe any employee would think this was sellable.

Though I have lived in Cary for over 20 years I seldom visit Panera for the reasons I encountered today. Basically they run out of stuff & don't tell you until after you've ordered & paid. Not a great customer experience at all & the food is meh. I ordered a soup, coffee & muffin for a total of $15.32! I used the kiosk for this order. Once completed my payment I grabbed a cup & poured what was warm coffee at best. I waited & my soup was ready rapidly. I was then informed that my pumpkin muffin was not available & I was asked if I wanted another treat. I commented no as that was for my daughter. The guy at the food counter said he would refund the $$ & within 24 hours it did go through. The time of my visit 3:29 pm. I'll avoid this Panera in the future as my experience today was very similar to past experiences. I'm not keen to pay top dollar for luke warm coffee & no muffin. I spoke with the team manager who said that it's normal for them to be out of stuff after the morning. He said I should see a refund within 24 hours. The girl at the front counter was on her phone & as I told her about my situation she was literally speechless. Maybe next time I should visit in the morning?

Gross and acted like it was no biggie. The salad which I unfortunately started to eat had a Ton of dressing and then this- so I was fine to cut my meal short

I gave it a 3 because of being quick. Now I think Panera needs to ramp up their food. We paid 20$ my husband got a tea I got a water I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup with a apple. Hubs ordered chicken avocado melt with chips. That's not much and if you see the sandwich they really put a thick slice of avocado but not enough chicken. Sadly we never come to Panera anymore or rarely because they just have not been up to par. This just showed us yet again why we rarely come here. Staff was friendly and nice. And fast and efficient.

WHAT THE HECK?! They are so nice here!! They actually anticipated my order at the drive through and were smiling at me when handing me my order at the window! I haven't experienced that at many other places so that says a lot how they select their staff. Small gestures go a long way to make someone's day. LOVE this Panera since they are SO ccommodating to folks with multiple food allergies! I am deathly allergic to nuts so eating out is hard. Also allergic to milk and avocado so options are limited. However they take the time to make choices that are are SAFE for me. Other Panera locations literally just said "just look online" and put little effort into helping. The staff seem to magically remember my order every morning really makes me feel valued and happy to support this business! Love their menu and how I can eat healthy foods even on a limited diet. Big fan of their Mediterranean sandwich without cheese and strawberry poppyseed salad without nuts! So beautiful too!

We finally got a chance to stop by Panera Bread to see what all the hype was about over their new Flatbread Marketing promotion that's on tv these days. Im also participating in their three month free coffee promotion which is an awesome deal by the way, so we went for it. The Chipotle Chicken and Bacon Flatbread did not disappoint. We ordered it through the drive through and it was ready in about 3-5 minutes after we got to the window. Id love to see how they are executing their flatbreads in the kitchen one of these days. Im going to have to go make friends with one of the managers LOL. It was a great flatbread, full of flavor, slightly crispy and quite enjoyable. Id recommend giving them a try. #eatingwithchefseanandre Its Gon Be Dope! #wefindthefood

    Trash under every table

Wow where to start! Terrible stench as we entered. Must be from the carpet. This place is filthy. Lots of trash under every table and doesn't look like they ever sweep. These pucks were during slow time when they could be cleaning but looks like they would prefer to just goof off in back. Will not be back. Permanently off our list.

I love Panera Bread! It's the perfect place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. I visited this location in the Park West shopping center on a Tuesday afternoon. I chose this location because I had an event later in the evening in the Cary area and I had a few hours of work to get done before hand, and Panera is a great place to get work done too. I tried the Baja Mac & Cheese for the first time as part of my pick two and loved it. They add the perfect amount of pico and avocado to pair with the Mac & Cheese. I also almost always get the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad, which is always delicious. Another great visit at Panera Bread!!

Spent roughly 30 minutes waiting on my order AFTER my buzzer went off (Yes, I had gone up to inquire twice.) At that point they STILL hadn't made it. They had made orders before mine and after, and those people had gotten their food. The girl said she saw the ticket, then moved on. Waited another 15 minutes for them to FINALLY make my food. Paper for breakfast anyone?? That's what I got...paper in my sandwich baked into the cheese. Definitely had to get my money back. Sure am glad I waisted 45 minutes here this morning...NOT! (The bad thing is that they weren't even busy...I've been here when they've been MUCH busier.)

I had already looked at the menu online and knew what I wanted: shoyu ramen. The order was served with a spoon, a side plate and a paper towel. There was 1 soft-boiled cut into two halves and ample amounts of scallion, menma and braised pork belly. The latter had a rich flavor, helped in no small part by the pork and chicken broth. Not only that, the broth complimented the rest of the ingredients; the egg was enjoyable. My only (minor) complaint is the portion size of the ramen itself. It was smaller than I would like. The lady that served me was probably (best guess) the owner. Her service was impeccable. In addition, Kinoko has a pleasing amenity not found in most restaurants: an AC outlet at every table that was by the wall. This was very handy for a heavy user of laptops and phones like myself. Although there was music playing in the background, it wasn't loud. The server and I were able to hear each other, and I could also hear the voices of others at the bar. The restroom had an interesting decor of newspapers for wallpaper. That was something I didn't see elsewhere. If you love good ramen, come to Kinoko Ramen. If you like a quiet place to dine in, come to Kinoko Ramen. Perfect scores in food, service and atmosphere.

It wasn't crowded, but it was doing a lot of takeout for a ramen spot (generally a food best enjoyed fresh). The mala ramen (a mix of spicy and tingly sensations) that I sought delivered on the premise. It was a fascinating flavor mix, with some harsh notes that would be a discovery for those that haven't had mala before working well because of the balance of salty and savory flavors and some nice greens and sweet corn. It was unique and I enjoyed it. They had some appetizers and things that I wasn't hungry enough for, but I did wash it down with tea. It was a very reasonable price given how the hipster ramen market has gone. And they had enough menu options that returning would be worthwhile. I ended up going to the other local ramen place anyway the next day, and I would say that both were really good. You can't go wrong.

Best ramen in the area…read more We are from Southern California and we finally found a quality tonkatsu. This pork broth is one of the longer broths to make and you can tell they did it right. Great service, quick and happy to serve! They do not skimp on amount of food either. The price you pay here is great compared to west coast. Lots of thick pork, charred, and lots of noodles and toppings. High quality blended chili oil was also a surprise. We'll be back! I ordered Spicy #2 but I think a great order is to try the tonkatsu regular and the spicy #3, order the side of chili oil! Thanks team! Very good job

The flavors here are rich and comforting, especially when it's cold outside. My go-to orders are the Spicy Tan Tan and the Tonkotsu, both of which are packed with flavor and always hit the spot. The broth is satisfying, the noodles are well-cooked, and it's exactly the kind of meal you crave on a chilly day. This would have been a five-star review for me in the past, but I've knocked it down slightly because the prices have been creeping up. It's starting to feel a bit steep for what used to be an easy, go-to lunch spot, even though the quality is still there. That said, the food itself remains excellent, and I'll absolutely continue coming back, just a little less often for lunch than I used to. Food comes very quickly but very limited seating so keep that in mind if going during peak dining hours. Still a top-tier ramen option in Raleigh.

My favorite order is The Wreck! it's loaded with all the meats and always hits the spot. One of Potbelly's biggest strengths is the ability to pile on condiments, veggies, and dressings, which makes it easy to tailor your sandwich exactly how you like it (also a big fan of their hot peppers). That flexibility goes a long way in keeping things interesting even if you order the same sandwich regularly. We've also used Potbelly for office catering, and it's been a consistently good experience. Orders are straightforward, food travels well, and it's a crowd-pleaser for a group with different preferences. It's not trying to be gourmet, but it's dependable, filling, and well-executed. It made for a hectic afternoon, but I saved nearly half what I would have spent at Potbelly and the food was just as good.
