The workers were talking & taking up so much time despite the long line behind me. Would not recommend this location if you want a quick meal or are in a rush. I guess I should've looked at the reviews. I ordered online and got the worst sandwich ever. Subway could've done better. Flavorless turkey, skimpy veggies, old tomato & wilted onion & a cold, hard piece of bacon. It was bad. The salad was good so I'm not sure why they couldn't just slap some of that on the sandwich. Not sure that would've helped. I've had this sandwich before and this wasn't even close. I also ordered a loaf of sourdough bread & it was hard as a rock. The chocolate croissant was hard as well but at least I was able to microwave it. I called several times and they didn't answer. I emailed and no reply. I reviewed this location in the past and this is an updated review. The main problem now is the time it takes to get your order. You can sit in the drive through and not move one car length for literally 10 minutes! Also, many times the sandwiches don't have much stuff on it. As an example, hardly any turkey, barely any tuna. For the prices they charge, put some stuff on it and move the lines along. Maybe short staffed but need to fix it. Updated review: The wait during lunchtime is still an issue. Also it seems like they go very cheap on how much they put on a sandwich. As an example, on the Tuna Salad sandwich, there is barely any Tuna on it. You basically taste tuna flavored bread... ugh. Put some more Tuna Salad on the sandwich!l and hire some more people of you can't keep up with the lunch rush. read more

Elsa (service staff) is by far the friendliest and most sweet person I have had the pleasure of meeting at this Panera Bread location. Elsa always greets me (by name) and with a huge smile. She will drop by to say hello and pick up your empty plate --but more than that she will lift your spirits and make you believe in the basic goodness of humanity. I recently visited this location for lunch. We ordered ahead on the app so it would be ready for pick up when I arrived. When I got there I saw our food sitting there with our name on it and thought it ready in full. When I got back to my wife, some 10 minutes later I noticed they forgot my pizza. I was very frustrated, mainly because I had to drive back to Panera, and by the time I got back to my wife my lemonade would be watered down. When I arrived at Panera, i shared my frustration that I did not get my pizza. I told them this was "unacceptable" and I wanted a discount for the inconvenience. The young lady that helped me apologized for messing my order up and went and visited with a manager. While I was waiting on the young lady to return I noticed a sign that said if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, Panera will do whatever they can to make it right. The young lady returned with a coupon for a free "pick two" and it expired in Dec. A few minutes later that same young lady brought me a free cookie. I was not happy that my order was wrong, but totally satisfied with how they made it right. Thank you Panera for admitting the wrong and being a business of integrity and making it right. read more

This is a good place to go when it's not lunch or dinner time. The drive through is busy quite a bit and this is the reason for the reduced stars. I feel like they should figure out how to be a little faster so people on their lunch breaks can get in and get out. Also, sometimes it seems like the meat they put on the sandwiches is very little. Also, sometimes the baguette they provide is very small, which other times it is adequate. The consistency of the location is not the greatest. The food is OK though. I hope to see some improvements. I have been inside a few times and the place seems clean and for the ambiance is what I would expect. I will still go but will probably not go if the drive through is too long. if they can fix that part it will go a long way. read more

Nice display of all the yummy goodness. I had my Wife order me the sausage and egg on brioche. I sat outside since it is a nice morning. One thing i noticed was this place was empty. At the time I only saw one other patron. The food came out fast. I dug in. The bread was super soft. It was like heaven. As I ate my sandwich, I did notice there was a Lack of flavor. How can sausage lack flavor? Good question. I ended up adding salt and some mayo and it fixed the issue. I have never had this issue with this sandwich. I love Panera Bread. This location is is very nice inside. What I hate about this location is the drive-thu . Takes forever. Also I hate that it's so expensive. I usually get the take2 for my daughters. They love the turkey bacon blt & the Broccoli cheddar soup. I get the Asian chicken sesame salad . ZERO STARS . Cashier read me back my order. Was correct. Once my food was ready I went to get it , and at the counter where you pick up there was 3 employees. Not training or new. Been coming here for a few a while now and they're very hit and miss. When they get it right they're really good. But when they get it wrong, like last night they're bad. Ordered two identical sandwiches which were made wrong and I had to look for the meat, maybe one ounce on each and they were on different breads! We were pretty much eating bread sandwiches. One sandwich wasn't wrapped very good and when I took it out of the bag one slice of bread fell out and onto the floor. At least the chocolate chip cookies were good this time. Went to Panera bread tonight for soup and bread. Was in the drive thru for 9 minutes. The photo shows a LARGE soup and LARGE Mac and cheese. Joke. $16. When I was finally presented my food, she said they ran out of baguettes and gave me dinner rolls. I was so mad. How does a bread store run out of bread? Why is it so expensive for the small bowls? If you eat inside, you get twice the amount for the same price. Dinner rolls were also stale on the bottom. Uggg. I also asked them to please give us butter. Got home, no butter. No napkins. Service sucks.The quality of the food is terrible the worst Panera around don't waste your time plus the drive thru is horrendous.

Ordered on line with the app because in a hurry. Asked for beagle to be toasted and sliced. When i picked it up bagels just thrown in a bag not toasted or sliced. Went to the counter and told her i asked for it sliced and toasted. She took the bag and walked it in the back. Waited over 5 mins for 2 beagles to be toasted. Finally when they were the girl behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. She just slid the bag across the counter to me. Not one person appoligized for having me wait or having our order wrong. The customer service and attention to detail is lacking greatly here. I would hope management would read this and do something to improve the customer service, but I am sure, like most managers in places like this they can care less as long as they get their pay checks.
