Panera has lost me for sure as a customer!! I came to use my so called reward because I haven't been to Panera since they took out my Napa Almond chicken sandwich and my green goddess salad. The price of soufflé is utterly ridiculous!! This location had an employee that seemed to really not want to be there and everyone wanted to order at the register. I tried to do the kiosk but it wasn't giving my reward yet it was there to click on but was still charging it. Same thing happened at the register but that was after back and forth trying to find something I wanted just to redeem the reward. The guy that didn't seem to want to be there just left and no was at the register at all. I had to ask people in the back to come up and help. Yet the manager of the day was the one that rang me I still didn't get the reward which was a free bakery treat with a $10 purchase. They gave me a baguette that I did not even want. I would've chosen the chips instead, but that wasn't even offered so what a waste of bread and I had to get a refund for my reward because it was still charged!! I had to use the bathroom and the line was getting long and I had been there already awhile just trying to find something that was $10 or more. When I was in the bathroom I thought to myself the price seemed off and when I looked at the receipt I was charged. Now it was refunded but I still need to check my bank just to know for sure it was. The price for the bread bowl was just crazy while their deal on some soup is ok ,it will not go with the reward. I will never be coming to any Panera ever again. FYI to used their bathroom you need to ask for a code. Finally sat inside to eat lunch. I started it with their New Mexican Street Corn Chowder, wow this was really good, hot and creamy with plenty of corn served with a baguette. I also ordered a Turkey Avocado BLT sandwich. I added red onions, spinach, Gouda Cheese with Spicy Mustard and Garlic Aioli (couldn't taste it). Bread is soft with the best crust. The nice thing about Panera Bread is that they offer good healthy food for reasonable prices. However, this particular location turned out to be somewhat disappointing. When I arrived there was a sign posted on the door saying that they were out of bread and all bakery items. As it turned out they said they did have some white bread, so I was able to order a "U Pick 2" with a sandwich and salad. It was dinner time on a weeknight, and the place was basically deserted and not well staffed. Quick drive through visit so this review is based on drive thru only. Person took my order tuna sandwich and ten vegetable soup. This is a special they offer for $5.99. Very good price for a decent meal that is filling. They never asked if I wanted a drink. Did ask for my phone number for rewards and that was a good thing but distracted me from the drink do I ended up with none. Quick service as I waited less than five minutes after my order was placed and I was already leaving the drive thru with my food. The bread as you can see in the photos was a large piece(yay) but had huge holes in it! Probably better for me as I don't need the extra carbs anyways.. lol Sandwich had A LOT of lettuce. Too much for my personal opinion. I took some off and it was all good. Speed in drive thru: 10 Quality of food: 9 Customer service: 7 Value : 10 ( only because I got the special as in general Panera can be little tad bit pricey for fast food in comparison to the others) Overall score :9 I give two points for each star so this is a 4 1/2 star review for Panera drive through. This is the slowest Panera on the face of the planet. They are never busy and it takes forever to get your order.

Yesterday I entered the drive-thru and had to wait a considerable amount of time. I waited (with only two cars having ordered), for 5 minutes. It took another 3 minutes to take the order of the car in front of me. I was then asked to wait for about 3 minutes, my order was taken, but the computer system was down so the worker said she would just give me the drink from my Sip club account. Once I ordered, it was another five minutes and no movement from the car at the very front. We are now at the 16 minutes and the same car at the window. I actually got out of my car and walked up to the window to ask what was holding the line up - thinking it may have been the driver. The worker said there was only three (3) people running the entire store. I said, "you gotta get this moving," and as I returned to my car each of the drivers wanted to know what the holdup was. Even the lady behind me asked. Then, when I finally got up to the window at the 20 minute mark, one of the workers whispered back to "Jordan" that "this is the one." Jordan proceeded to ask me for my Sipclub number, and I told her at 20 minutes and already stating the drink would be processed, taking longer is ridiculous. She said the drive-thru is always impacted and they were doing their best and relented. First it was a lack of staffing, and now it is three cars and 20 minutes is impossible to get their drive-thru efficiently moving. I asked for the "store manager's name", and she told me Eduardo, I believe. When I got home, I called the store and asked for him. The girl who answered said "he's asking for the manager." Then, Jordan gets on the phone. I recognized her voice. I stated I wanted the store manager and would call back. This is all to say that staffing, drive-thru performance, and intelligent decision-making can make or break a location. If they are understaffed, close the drive-thru. If they are inefficient, figure out how to speed things up like others have - or use those parking spots and signs for drive-thru orders that slow it down. It's not rocket science, but it seems Jordan is stuck on solid ground and will be until she is properly trained. read more

Decided to stop by for my usual tea and went inside to pay. Got my free monthly drink and paid for another one. Grabbed my cups and all the lemonades were not in there dispensers but in plastic tubs just sitting in the counter with no lids. Had to go to the back counter and ask for help. She filled one of my cups up in the back and then proceeded to come to see if there were lemonades and saw the plastic containers. She grabbed a plastic cup dipped it into the container that had no lid and pours it Into my cup. Seriously? Has all food safety handling gone out the door? I'm not sure if he was the drive thru manager but whoever he was he was rude and a POS!!! I waited in the drive thru for the cars to pull forward and when they finally did he was like ummm yeah we closed a minute ago... he was probably in a hurry to go see his boyfriend or something. So we had to wait for the vehicles ahead of us while we couldn't order anything. F this place and I will never support another Panera again, and yes one POS can leave an everlasting impression on the establishment!!! read more

Can't go wrong with Panera! The customer service at this location is above average. I think my mom might have forgotten to customize her salad with the dressing on the side, and even so, the manager was kind of enough to have it remade for us and gave us a to go container for the one we were going to send back! I absolutely love the wild rice soup and came to order a few. I've visited twice this week--while the food is great, it's a bit pricey. Unfortunately, the service has been disappointing. Both times I came around 7 PM after school meetings, and the drive-thru experience was unpleasant. The cashier, a girl named Araceli (I believe that was her name, as it was on the receipt, but she sounded like a man at first--just to clarify, I don't mean to offend, but that's how I can best describe her), was slow and didn't acknowledge us when handing over our food. We stopped in for coffee and lunch today. I was so impressed by the service from the General Manager, Emerald. Really great. He was happy to serve and provided great customer service. And he walked around often making sure the restaurant was clean and things were taken care of. It's really nice when you get good service these days. I'd consider supporting this location due to the management. I was set to interview as cashier role at this Panera. All was well, it was a pleasure speaking with Israel Alonso (Team Manager) whom I had my first interview with, then I had my following interview with the Assistant General Manager Sokhum Thoeun. My interview was scheduled and confirmed but I didn't speak to Sokhum Thoeun until 40 minutes after the scheduled time. It was hardly an interview once she did have the time for me but a chit chat that went on for almost an hour where the AGM barely asked any related questions about this position and a rant about previous experiences she had with customers. I was respectful and attentive but still was not considered for this position. It's understandable that the company wants to move forward with other candidates but it was a complete waste of time. read more

Came to Panera after not visiting for awhile. Ordered the pick two with water and a cookie. Cost was $20.13!!!! For a half salad, small Mac n cheese, and water. Hmmm! First let me say they have really great tasting food, what little of the food they actually put on your sandwich. It tasted great however it was more of a very small toddlers sandwich than an actual adult size proportion. The pastries are very good here but the price is high, they are sort of fresh but they way they store them really doesn't keep them fresh. The have good coffee but for a company asking to have a monthly subscription for coffee you would think they would offer more than half and half and almond milk for creamer selections. If you go after 2pm your coffee will not be fresh. The staff is friendly and helpful. The overall cleanliness of this place is nasty. This review is for 2 visits to this store. Our first visit was a Friday night around 5:30. I ordered a pick 2, soup and sandwich. My soup was warm, not hot. I told the kid, he left and came back (assuming he went to ask what answer to give me). He returned and told me, I could use the the microwave to heat it up and offered to show me where it was. Ummmmm....what?!?! Seriously? Second visit, same day, same time. 2 out of 4 of us received the wrong items. The shift manager offered to fix the items, which she did. She was very kind and generous! I'm sorry I didn't get her name.If only all of the workers were like her! We left about 6:15, there were pro\baby 6 people in the restaurant. Not a good sign.... We won't be returning! read more
