    Papaya salad

Ordered food for pick up. I was able to call in my order ahead of time. Quick and easy. Went to pick up the order and the food was ready by the time I got there (and by the time they have me over the phone). They have quite a selection of foods and from what we ordered the food was absolutely delicious. The papaya salad had so much flavor and was packed November so all the juices didnt spill from the packaging. The noodles we got was fresh, topped nicely. I greatly enjoyed this dish. Also had an order of the Thai Tom yum. Flavor was okay. Although it mostly was broth and not enough meat or any veggies. Overall I thought this place was really good. Ill be back again.

Great service and great food. Will definitely be back for more of that fried rice. It's a small restaurant, but very clean and welcoming.

Once our family arrived we were instantly greeted by a sweet and friendly young lady. She guided us to our seat and handed us our menu. I was glad that they weren't too busy. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The food was delicious and the portion size was good. If we're in the area we would definitely come back.

This is Thaiburi in Turlock. Food looks nothing like pictures. Don't get fooled. Mango sticky rice looked sad. Tom kha was more on the sweeter side. Pad thai and squid yum was ok. Food presentation could've looked better. Overall 2.5/5

We were craving Thai food and remembered this quaint spot wasn't in the mood for a rowdy crowded atmosphere and this place was perfect . We got greeted right away and seated . Our waitress was very friendly and attentive and patient with us trying to decide what to eat and did recommend two different appetizers. So we tried their samosas and sausage both excellent. I ended up ordering pad Thai once again extra spicy chicken and tofu . My husband got the thick noodles with chicken and pork . We also ordered some hot Jasmine tea . Everything tasted great . Definitely will give their curry a try next time ,

Food was great. Spring rolls delicious. A bit pricey for seafood Tom Yum with 2 shrimp in whole pot and scallops were tiny and the calamari was ok.Chicken Pad Thai was amazing as well as the Jasmine tea and we got desert mango sticky rice amazing and fried bananas was good but thought more banana less fried stuff would have been better with vanilla ice cream.

I stopped here this evening to pick up dinner to take home, about 10 minutes away. I ordered the fresh spring rolls and the Pad Thai with chicken. I am extremely disappointed with both items. The spring rolls are basically all lettuce with a tiny piece of shrimp and a literal pinch of noodles. The Pad Thai was dry and flavorless and like a brick of noodles in the container. I had high hopes because the restaurant itself is beautiful and the pictures in the menu looked amazing. Sadly, this was not the case. I couldn't even finish either dish because it was so disappointing. The peanut sauce was the only good thing about my experience. I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone.

This is a fancier Thai place as compared to the others in town, no chopsticks instead gold utensils with cloth napkins. Beautiful decor Especially the walls which my wife wants to do something like that in our bedroom. Waitress was courteous, friendly and knew the menu well. She was right and a couple of the dishes were sweeter than my wife would prefer but I thought they were perfect. We had the pot stickers, pad Thai, yellow chicken curry with rice, and green papaya salad. Pot stickers were deep fried and crispy but we prefer Chinese style pan fried which are crispy but still have soft dumpling consistency in the top. Next time we will try the egg rolls. The papaya salad was incredibly fresh and the basil gives it a unique flavor, so good!! The yellow curry we ordered medium spice so I thought it was too spicy and wife not spicy enough. She thought it was a little too sweet but I loved it. Wife asked for more spice so they brought three golden bowls with dry chili peepers flakes, hot chili oil and chili paste which she put on everything, me? I just took the pic!! The curry broth was rich , creamy and so good that you could just eat that as a soup,. The chicken pad Thai came with the noodles, purple cabbage, carrots, scallions and sprouts separate and you mixed them together. Again little too sweet for the wife but perfectly delicious to me and yes she added more spice to that dish also. Overall we had a great. Lunch and can't wait to come back.

This is a new place in Modesto. It's a very good Thai place. The ambience is fancy and a bit posh (I like it). The server is very friendly. Service is super fast, and food is amazing. So there's nothing we didn't like. We ordered yellow and red curry, pad thai, pad see ew, mogu mogu (with orange). The yellow curry is very creamy and I can taste the coconut milk, as anyone supposed to. The red curry has a nice little spice kick to it, very well balanced dish comes with bunch of bell peppers. The pad see ew (one of the go-to) is very flavorful, comes with broccoli, carrots. Not the best pad see ew I have had but definitely in top 5. The pad Thai was my favorite here, the best part is they put crushed peanuts and sprouts on the side rather than on the top. Which is amazing as people will have option to top it as they want. The pad Thai noodles were very well seasoned, a must have at this location. We ordered everything with chicken, the chicken is a bit dry but which is pretty normal in Thai dishes (nothing to complaint about). Overall an amazing experience; love this place will go back for sure.

Most authentic Thai food in the area! Flavors were on point. I asked for medium spice on my green papaya salad but it was hot! So many Thai chilies! My mouth was burning but I enjoyed the taste. Once I picked out a few chilies it was a better spice level for me. The fresh spring rolls were large, cut into small pieces and fell apart once you bite it. I would have preferred if it was just cut in half. The pad kee Mao and prik khing had decent medium level spice and great flavor! Service was initially slow bc the restaurant was full but as people left, the service improved.

We were craving Thai food and this place had great reviews. We came in on a Tuesday morning, it quickly got busy during lunch time. The ambience was very calm and cool. Our waitress was awesome, very attentive. The dishes were exactly what we were craving, we had zero complaints. The prices were a little on the higher side but it was good quality food. We will be coming back here again.

Aww yes! Another Thai place has opened up in Modesto! I have to say, the interior of this place is gorgeous! I love the painted blue walls and minimalist look they put in the decor. Not a big fan of the chairs though. I personally feel like they're going to break on me, not a sturdy feel. I tried the crab Rangoon's, they were wonderful. No skimpy fillings I got the Panang curry. Good portion size but will say, it had a little too much onions. Tasty curry though. Other than that, decent place. Gorgeous interior and good food. I will say, avoid the bathroom though. Stanky lol

Came here on an afternoon with a friend! The restaurant had a cute aesthetic and presentation of the food was great! They were fair dishes but a little sweet. I had the pad Thai mild) and sticky rice It took forever to be tended so I do not recommend coming here if you are low on time. My friend and I were here for 3 hours due to the slow service. We had two waitresses during the time we were here. The first waitress was serving and working in the back kitchen. She did not know the location of the spices, pretty slow and was very young so it's not a slight on her, but maybe needs more training or help. The second waitress was very prompt - shoutout to Kiera!

Are the Pad Thai, pineapple rice and curry be prepared without being spicy? We are very sensitive to spicy foods.

I have requested no spicy at other restaurants before and have had no problems. I would be very intentional when ordering and let them know that you are very sensitive to spicy foods. They are very accommodating at this restaurant so you shouldn't… Read more

From the food to the service to the cozy atmosphere, everything is consistently top-notch. Garlic Fried Rice - So flavorful and fragrant! The texture is just right soft without being mushy and the egg is cooked perfectly. It paired beautifully with the moo yang. Moo Yang - Thinly sliced, tender, and packed with flavor. The dipping sauce on the side adds a nice touch without overpowering it. Thai Tea - Creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Just the way I like it. Drunken Noodles - OBSESSED. So light but full of flavor. The veggies are crisp and fresh, not soggy like at other places. I love that these aren't heavy on soy sauce like most spots around here. They're generous with the basil, and the noodles are super aromatic and delicious. It's hard to describe how good they are you just have to try them. The spice level is also on point, but they'll adjust it to your liking. Shrimp Tom Yum Soup - We ordered a small and it was the perfect size for sharing, with some left over. They even brought out little bowls for us. The broth had that ideal mix of sour, savory, and spicy comforting and flavorful. Water - Yes, I'm reviewing the water because it's that good. Ice cold, super refreshing, and served in real glasses not warm water in plastic cups like some places. It makes a difference when you're eating spicy food! The service is always amazing. The staff is so sweet and welcoming, and since it's family-owned, they really get to know you. The girls already know our order! I also love how spacious the restaurant is you're not crammed in next to other tables. If you're looking for incredible Thai food in Modesto, this is the place. You will not be disappointed.

This place had good reviews so I was excited since I haven't had great Vietnamese food in Fresno. Was hoping this would be a treat. But it wasn't. Service wasn't great. No one ever checked on us to see if we needed anything. It wasn't crazy busy in there either since we there at off hours. Ambiance is standard for this kinda place. Whatever. Pretty big menu tho. Decided to do appetizers for dinner. ORDER: Crispy Crab Cakes: There was no discernible crab in them. Not even fake crab. No real flavor inside. It just tasted of overly greasy crust. But it was crispy I'll say. Choked down 1 & gave up. Fried Rolls: Normally the thing I love most at Vietnamese restaurants. This was mushy inside & bland. Pork & Shrimp Spring Roll: Wasn't filled very much. Like barely there noodles. One section I ate had none but had white radish strips, so I thought it was just lettuce, pork, shrimp & radish. I don't like a ton ton of noodles but it needed triple the amt to be an avg amt of noodle. The best thing about this was the peanut sauce. I give them high marks for their peanut sauce. Fried got pork vermicelli & shrimp spring rolls. Her high praise was "they gave a lot of meat." But otherwise her reaction was "it's ok." Other friend got garlic butter chicken wings. I had one. There was no garlic flavor on the wings but there was a bit of garlic & onion on the plate w/them. Otherwise, they tasted like naked wings. I like naked wings & admit they were cooked well. She also got brisket & flank pho w/out noodles. She said meat was tender & delicious. I really really wanted to like them more than I did. This is only the 2nd or 3rd time I've ever reviewed something where I gave less than 4 stars. Not my cup of tea, but glad they seem to have found their audience since they don't have poor reviews overall. Happy for them. Still on the quest for good Central Valley Vietnamese!
