Staff was rude specially the cashier. I'm usually a bubbly person but her attitude and energy was giving me"I don't wanna be here". Ordered a bagel and it was sliced so thin on one side it didn't even complete a full circle and after it was toasted it was rock hard, might as well been a cracker. When I went up nicely saying "I don't wanna be that guy" but could you please make me another bagel because this one's not acceptable. She grab the bag out of my had throw it in the trash and said it's the slicer but I'll make you another. Then when I go to get the new bagel I say thank you and she just gave me the stink eye. This particular Panera is hit or miss. When they are good, they are REALLY good. When they are bad, they are terrible. Here are two examples: My food today was amazing. The Autumn Squash soup was amazing. The Mediterranean Veggie sandwich was perfect. 5 stars. Wonderful service. Fast. Two days ago: my Autumn Squash soup was burnt. It was literally brown and smelled charred. My roasted Turkey sandwich was completely wrong (I had actually ordered a BLT, so you get the idea). And I was shorted my side of bread. I highly recommend doing Rapid pickup over delivery. They never seem to get my order right with delivery. But the people are friendly and the manager really does care. The chicken sandwich has a chipotle-style mayo on it that I'd recommend you ask for on the side, whether you're dining in or carrying out. The homemade chicken noodle soup is made with bone broth and is exceptional. The french twisted pretzel-shaped pastry is like a cinnamon roll with pecans and icing weaved throughout the dough, which is a lighter, filough kind of dough. The food is excellent, the service decent, but the prices are very high for the quantity of food you get. This store we frequent in Lancaster is truly all about the quality, so be prepared for lighter portions. Other than that, it's excellent, high quality food. read more

Let me start by saying I really like Panera Bread and absolutely LOVE their Greek salad. However, this location constantly messes up your order - even when you're right in front of them. Today, I simply ordered a bagel and requested it to be toasted. He just put it through, I guess to hear it, and I asked that he toast to actually brown it. He put it back through and gave it to me with a smile. I get to my office and it's just not browned..it wasn't even toasted at all. This location was pretty dirty compared to other locations I've been to. It was pretty busy though. I had the green goddess salad for the first time and found it to be pretty good. Despite being busy they were pretty fast and efficient about taking orders and getting the food out. I would have given 3 stars for the messiness but I had to give an extra star because on the way out I realized they had iced coffee and they also had almond milk neither of which I knew. They gave me the whole carton of almond milk and told me to put in as much as I wanted. You can't beat that! read more

This Panera is fantastic. Every employee is friendly & efficient. They've had a lot of patience with me as a new reward, online gift card purchaser & coffee club member. It took me a couple check-outs to get the hang of all the benefits & proper way to check-out. Every person that has waited on me has had extreme patience with the process. They advise me of my coupon offers. My food & pastries are always yummy & fresh. My orders have ALWAYS been correct for take-out or dine-in. Including online orders. If they are busy they still wait on each customer with quickness & ease. If per chance no one is at the immediate register, I'm still acknowledged by staff that someone will be right with me. Thanks! Currently, and for the past seven years, this has been my most frequently visited Panera. This location is busy most times, yet not too busy. This Panera occasionally runs out of my favorite items such as the green tea, cherry pastry and everything bagel. This Panera is a little busier than other Panera's and sometimes it can be hard to find a decent seat indoors. The dining area is fairly clean, and most furniture is put back after business meetings etc. The parking is on two sides of this Panera which is on the end of a strip mall shopping center. The parking is a tight squeeze, and the traffic can be steady, so it's best to back into your parking spot. The staff are good about offering a 99 cent pastry when you order a meal with a drink, yet sometimes give you a baguette instead of offering the choice of baguette, apple or chips when a meal is ordered. read more

This is a quaint little coffee shop with wonderful little food items that give you a nice quiet peaceful place to eat or work on your computer or just sit and have a great conversation with a friend it has small portions for light lunches the menu is very interesting and it has a wide . The lemonades are my favorite, I recommend the blood orange lemonade. I've always disliked this chain. This visit has only solidified my feelings. I ordered the Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado. First off, I find the dishes here to be over priced. I only come here if my family insists. Anyway, the first salad I got had their balsamic dressing on it - I ordered it with the Poppyseed dressing on THE SIDE. Thus, I took it back up. The second one they gave me had no avocado on it. Took that one back up, too. I had to ask for extra avocado, simply because the worker put four tiny pieces on top. We had the new chicken sandwich it was beyond disappointing. It was a small thin over cooked piece of chicken that was smaller than the bun. Very dry, very little sauce. We frequent this Panera because we live rather close to it! The strawberry poppyseed salad could not be any better, and it is very low in calories! I recommend going early in the day because they do seem to run out of ingredients towards the end of the day. If you dine there sit in the back because it is next to a nail salon and you can smell the salon from the front of the store. With those two tips in mind I highly recommend this Panera for breakfast or lunch! read more

I have been to this Panera probably more than 10 times. I've never been disappointed! In general, I've found the food/drink options across different Paneras to be quite consistent. This location is no different. I've most often tried their Frontega Chicken and Thai Chicken Salad, which are my go to options at Panera. I've also tried some of the muffins and of course coffee! Everything has been pretty good. The only issue is that if you are like me and want to sit down and get some work done while at Panera, you have to come in prepared. It can be a little chilly in here! On a hot summer day, you can get out to get a little warmer, but it's not an option on a cold winter day! read more

Typically I would be happy with my meal at Panera Bread. However, poor customer service ruins things again. A busy Saturday morning at 9am and only two of four registers were manned. Then, when two more employees were brought out to help, they were both rude. Having employees that clearly do not want to work does not help the image of a restaurant. Not one of the employees smiled at they're customers and only one was asking people how they were doing. They did not put butter on our plates for bagels and we had to ask for that twice. I would have given this Panera Bread location 5 stars, had it not been for two reasons: 1. The layout is a bit awkward, and does not allow for maximum seating capacity. 2. There are only 4 electrical outlets, and they're positioned in weird spots along the walls. With limited additional power, make sure your devices are fully charged! Panera has great food but this panera never seems to get my order right. Every time i have been there in the past two years my order has been wrong. For example: tonight it took three people to try to figure out my sandwich and they did not even get it right. I ordered two baguettes and they gave me one.
