Consistently missing items on delivery and pick up orders. Sometimes I call and sometimes I order online, but almost every time there are items missing. Mayo packets and chips are the common missing items. First tried this place in Kansas City and became an instant fan. Since then, it's one of my favorite sub shops and a frequent order of mine while working in Hebron. I started with the largest, the JJ Gargantuan and find it hard to deviate when I visit. I did have the tuna sandwich, which was delicious, but I have have trouble ordering something I can make at home. Give me the JJG! I'm a bread eater and I can't resist their fresh-baked French bread. It "chews" perfectly and truly compliments the meats within. They're definitely one-up on the other sandwich shops in this category. They also have an incredible gourmet cookie in their Oatmeal Raisin. Soft and yummy, dude. You HAVE to get one. read more

This is our favorite Jimmy Johns locations due to the fact that every-time we order here the order is always correct. They always put the meat to the end of the bun and the topping are always exactly how you order them. The constancy is the key to a great rating for us. We normally order around 1-2 times a week due to the kids sports schedule. We keep coming back and will continue to utilize this location. The staff is always super friendly and they always know that when I come in I order a loaf of bread and a side of bacon for our oldest so. This was an odd order at first but they always accommodate me since he is a super picky eater. Definitely a go to location if you're ever in the area. My other favorite thing is that all of their veggies are fresh/local and they cut their meet fresh. Perfect! read more

Ever had that feeling the food here isn't as good as it could be? That the store itself isn't as clean as it could be, or that the staff wasn't as welcoming as they could be? We'll it's probably because it wasn't as good as it could be. I've seen first hand how this store is run, what kind of people manage and prepare the food here. I've witnessed workers pick food off the ground and use it, or be in the back washing dishes, then just throw on gloves to start prep without washing their hands. I've seen them use only cold water for washing dishes, and a bunch of bleach marks all over the tubs they use for holding food. If you take off the nozzles on the soda machine, there's black mold that the workers refuse to clean on a daily basis. The slicer has a thick layer of green old grease that the workers clean with only cold water. The slicer smells like old grease and metal, and I've seen the workers not clean down the machine inbetween slicing different meats. I've seen the manager cuss at his coworkers on the clock, I've seen the GM saying derogatory comments about women that come in to buy food, and I've heard the workers say things like "since when did we start caring about people?" Do yaself a favor and look for literally any other sub place, or even another Jimmy John's in the area, and avoid this one. The people working/managing do not have the decency to try and do the bare minimum in a food service environment. read more

Friend of mine told me how good the sandwiches were so wanted to give them a try. I'm a real fan of Subway, this did not change my mind. The service was freaky fast. The sandwich was freaky boring. Nothing that I couldn't make at home. The bread was just Ok. It was fresh, and toppings were also fresh, but still not up to the level of Subways bread and toppings. They do not deliver to my neighborhood, they only offer one kind of bread and do not toast or heat the sandwich. Ii see no reason to return. read more

Awful experience.. I ordered Jimmy Johns through doordash but apparently they have their own drivers. I specifically put "HAND IT TO ME". My neighborhood is not the best and people take and break things here all the time so I never have food "left on the porch". Nobody handed me anything and they said they knocked. I didn't hear anything and at the very least they could've called. And again if they did leave it on the porch it was definitely stolen and wouldn't have been a first time that's happened in my neighborhood. So they clearly didn't follow direction. They tried to tell me they delivered my order twice after I called in about the first order not being received. Mind you I ordered around 5:30pm and didn't receive my food until an hour later. Yet of course I didn't receive my drink I ordered either. They coped an attitude with me on the phone when I tried to explain the situation too. AWFULL.... Only nice thing I have to say is the driver that finally got me my food at least apologized and was nice about it. read more

Not Freaky Fast! How do you run out of bread during lunch rush? I was told they were out of bread and it would take 15 mins for it to come out of the oven. I went back to my car and waited 15mins. When I came back in they told me that it still wasn't out of the oven and when it comes out of the oven it has to cool down another 15 mins before they can make sandwiches with it! Me and my family went to Jimmy Johns for lunch at 1:30. We walked in to order and they were out of bread! How does a sandwich place make sandwiches with no bread??? Very disappointing. We went to Subway instead. I am pretty sure they will have bread. read more

Love your sandwiches but this location is run by a bunch of rude kids. If your to go bags and napkins are "self-serve" perhaps take them out from behind the counter. This might help with your staff's rude remarks and customer confusion. read more

Very glad you all decided to find a place in Pickerington! We used to drive to the one downtown so when I saw the sign I was elated. My husband loves the Pepe and I usually get the Vito. I have eaten at many Jimmy John's and have always been impressed with how fresh everything was until I ate at the Pickerington Jimmy John's. The bread was so stale I couldn't even bite into it. The tomatoes were mushy and the lettuce was dark green and slimy. This is the second time I have been there and the second time I have been burned. I threw them away they were so bad. 14 bucks I won't get back. Called for the manager and the girl who answered yelled "who wants to be the manager".
