We have been coming to this Jersey Mike's for years and have never had issues. However, the last 3 times we've come it's been a terrible experience on repeat. Our little girl (6 years old) loves your kids turkey and cheese meal. My husband went the first two times and I went this last time and the experience surrounding getting a kids meal to go is honestly a mixture of laughable and frightening. The first time the "manager" refused to let us get a bottle of water, even though that is listed on the online ordering page. He argued with my husband and said bottled water cost too much and gave him a tiny styrofoam cup with no lid (remember it's a to go order) and said that's what he ordered. The next time my husband went, the worker accidentally made a "mini sub" and the "manager" (yet again) started arguing with my husband and said he needed to pay for a mini sub and again gave him the styrofoam cup. Through the course of the "manager" getting more and more escalated with my husband, the worker kept trying to interject and say he made a mistake on making a mini size and that my husband ordered correctly. The manager finally gave up and said "well, I guess you just want us to lose money". The final straw was today. I ordered the kids meal and again asked for a bottle of water. Was told no and was given the elusive stryofoam cup with no lid. I politely said I had a brand new car and wasn't taking a drink with no lid. The girl checked with the "manager" and said I couldn't have a bottle of water, but after a lot of deep sighs, eyes rolls and overall rude looks said "just give her a larger cup with a lid since she's making a big deal of it". Now, we have come here for years. We understand people can have off days - but three strikes and you are out. We will be taking our business to the Canal location, because if customers get treated like this by managers, then clearly there is a systemic issue with the ownership of this location. read more

I ordered online thinking it would be faster, I was wrong. Placed my order online at 6:30 and the confirmation told me it would be ready by 7:12. I thought wow they must be busy, so I was prepared for busy. I show up at 7:16 to see four customers sitting and waiting and a line of six customers. I stand there for ten minutes at the counter by the register and the line inside is serving its last customer but now there has been two more customers added to the "wait" list. Nobody has moved from waiting on anything online and I haven't even been addressed, so I'm upset. I admit I was rude I said "What is going on here", the young lady at the counter instantly gets rude back. If she wasn't working then hey I deserve it and some might still think I do, but every employee behind a counter is customer service. She says the online customers are waiting and you're going to wait. Yes that isn't everything we said from start to finish because she also kept mumbling under her breath at me but that's the gist of it. At 7:36 I finally got my sandwiches, so please tell me when the last time was you went anywhere and ordered food and waited an hour for that food to come and was happy about it. Becka should be fired or demoted to janitor i received Very Rude service from the store manager in Pickerington ohio. Becka was not helpful and extremely disrespectful. My husband loves their subs and had accumulated hundreds of points but this experience has left a bad taste. Becka doesn't deserve to be a manager. She didnt know how to do her job and didnt try. She left the transaction for another employee to finish. i had a gift card that she kept saying declined. i showed her my phone with the results of my card balance that i checked before coming into the store. instead of helping me she gave the card to someone else and backed away. that person entered the card info in manually and it worked. she had no interest in resolving the problem. only telling me it was my problem. my card was 2cent short on the total. my order cost $12.63 and my giftcard had $12.61. i asked did she have 2cent and she acted like i was a thief. she held up her entire line while i went to the car to get two pennies even though there was a change jar in front of the register. when i returned, she was in the back sweeping the floor while another cashier finished my order. I asked for the first persons name and she stopped sweeping and yelled out in front of the whole store " is there a problem". i said yes your attitude. she continued sweeping and i wrote down her name and asked the cashier who the manager was. she told me Becka (the lady with the attitude) was the manager. when i was leaving, she made a point to sarcastically yell at me to have a good day as i was out the door. Prices are rising and any money a person chooses to spend at their establishment should be appreciated. I've been coming to this location for several years. It used to be good. Over the last few years, the service has gotten worse and the quality has become terrible. Last time I was there I ordered my wife and I our two subs. Got home and my wife's sub was made wrong. They put Mayo on it and she doesn't like Mayo. I was trying to watch the girl making the subs but, was rushed by the cashier who felt like he had to hurry up and ring me up to pay for my subs. Today we go in and the lettuce looked all brown and wilted. So I asked the girl if they had any fresh lettuce? She goes in the back & came out with a full container of lettuce. When she opened it, the lettuce was terrible looking. Not fresh like it should be. It was brown and wilted and looked like it had been sitting out for days. I told her forget it no lettuce. I wouldn't serve that lettuce to a dog who was starving! That's Terrible quality and I would give them zero stars if I could but, this app doesn't let you do that! Date and time of event: 6/27/2021 @ 8:45pm Server: Becca Went in tonight to order two subs. There were two gentleman in line before I got there. One was a younger kid who looked like he had been playing baseball all day and was pretty exhausted. They ordered their subs and sat down in front of the front window and this is where the problems started to begin. One of the workers came out from the back and said loudly and in a condescending tone that " We ain't suppose to let people sit in here after 830." This was intentionally said so the two gentleman could hear it as she rolled her eyes at them. Then said we need to put a sign on the door just as loud. How awkward for these two people who purchased food from their establishment. She was obviously distraught and it showed while making my subs. We ordered, and she states we don't have turkey. No sorry we are out of turkey, can we get you something else, but just stood there staring at me. After another awkward moment I said ham will be fine and she threw the sub together as if her whole night was ruined. Sloshed about a gallon of oil on it half ass wrapped it up as it dripped out of the bag as I was carrying it to my truck. Honestly I am an understanding person who understand that sometimes we let our emotions get the best of us but this was beyond ridiculous. This is not acceptable if you work in hospitality or customer service. I personally will not go back to this Jersey Mike's due to this. Not only was I uncomfortable but I could not have even imagined how the other two people felt in that moment. Over having to clean a single table. Again, this was totally unacceptable. Amazing staff, sometimes it can be rough working in food service especially during these hard times. Every time I come in I'm greeted with a smile and a happy attitudes! Sometimes if you come in at night the line is really long and there are customers that complain about it but I'd rather wait in line and my food be right because there taking there time rather than them rush and mess it up, wouldn't you? Everytime I have come the staff has been friendly. Location has been cleaned. Lunch time long lines. Off times they are right on your order. I do not have anything negative to report. Food is what you would expect from its chain. Main factors they seem to be right on it. I love there #13 Italian sub made mikes way. I also enjoy there chipotle chicken philly.. and Ive done there grilled chicken ceasar wrap added some grilled onions and tomatoes a couple of times. Shift change, short staffed, hiring teenagers, not an excuse for bad customer service regardless. The end result was asking me how she could make it right! Not sure what is going on, I have been eating here since they opened and never had an issue. Walked in today and the meat cooler was filthy and only had what appeared to be two types of meat and a block of cheese, even the glass window of the meat cooler was filthy. I ordered the tuna on white which is one of my usual's there, tuna was very, very fishy tasting and smelling. I ate some but just couldn't do it. I have never had tuna there that tasted FISHY to the point I suspected it may have been bad. Very disappointed in where has been a good place to eat. I use to frequent this joint lots as I was growing up. The I got stuck on the Subway train. Finally got off that and moved on to Penn Station. I still do go hear every once and a great while - usually it's only if I'm with family, and they have a craving. The subs here are made fresh to order. Obviously not as fast as McDonald's, but good quality. I always go with their Philly Chicken sub, if I find myself here. Light Mayo and lettuce to top. Keep it simple. Sometimes there can be a line here, just to warn. Customers get a number when they order, so the waiting time can vary. read more

Usually I love Jersey Mikes, but this one left me wanting more. I asked for a #20, (Reuben). The girl wanted to know if I wanted the dressing & the kraut on it too. First time trying any of their locations. The meat and cheese is sliced to order. The club was fairly tasty... but the bread is mediocre and cut all the way through so things tend to slide out.
