I will confess, however, that the nuggets were very tasty and seasoned well. Also very tender, I didn't come across even one gristly/hard piece (big bonus). I tried a few of their waffle fries - hot as fluff out of the oil, and they were lightly salted and crispy edges; very good. Word to the wise: this CFA is pretty much always packed with customers. Being just down from a busy hospital, they definitely warrant the right to be open 24/7. Inside ordering, you place yours at the register and they take your name down to call when your foods ready. That system is a bit of a mess, as it was super backed up in the drive- thru, so I went inside and ordered to-go, but there was a steady stream of waiters, having people standing around up and down the table aisles. I live right down the street from this Chik-Fil-A and if you are in a hurry this is NOT the place to go. The best time to go if you are in a hurry is EARLY in the morning and the hour before they close. I rarely go to Chick-fil-A but this last week I've gone twice. I don't know WHO is in charge of managing this place. I went there in the evening last week, I went inside. The person took my order and I moved to the pick up line. Two registers away from where people order is an open space where they put the to go orders. Someone had spilled some tea. That tea was sitting there for about 5 minutes. They definitely weren't that busy this time of night, most of the staff were chatting and walking back and forth. ALL of the staff walked right past that tea, INCLUDING the person taking orders who HAD to see this. Finally a manager saw it and told one of the stuff to clean it up. I was thinking how absolutely pitiful that all these people walked passed this tea and no one was proactive enough to clean it up. Clean restaurant and what I like about chick-Fil-a is that they have products with no Higj Fructose Corn Syrup. It is clearly labeled on their condiment packages. Their spicy chicken sandwhich has a good kick to it and beats the Wendy's spicy chicken sandwhich by a long shot. Another cool tidbit is they offer regular and diet lemonade..diet used Splenda. I've never seen that type of offering before! The kids meals are actually on the very healthy side if you order the grilled chicken pieces (4pc or 7pc$ with the 6pc only has 80-100 calories! You can opt to have fruit, apple sauce or fries and a drink. The kids love this place as they like the chicken and the small play place tucked in the corner. For my sandwich alone, I wasn't pleased because I literally got the thinnest chicken sandwich imaginable (the big girl in me ain't too happy about that! ) , they forgot my chik sauce, I asked for extra pickles and literally got ONLY 3, annndddd my meat was (meh!) like it had been sitting ! The ordering team was offering in store pickup, curbside deliveries and the standard multi parking lot loop drive thru. The ordering process on the app was flawless with a fast confirmation email. Chick-fil-A has always been a convenient and a great experience in Georgia, Texas, Florida, North Carolina,...etc. This restaurant is by far the worse Chick-fi-A I have ever experienced. I've been there for breakfast, lunch and dinner since I've moved to Reynoldsburg in January 2020. I've had breakfast sandwiches with cold bread, the cheese wasn't melted, and questionable chicken flavor. The drive thru was out of service so I attempted to order on the app, however I kept getting an error message and it was saying to come inside (line was really long). Ordered one deluxe Chick-fil-A, no pickles; one Spicy Deluxe; two small diet Cokes; ketchup & mayo packets. To be honest it would be nice if they had more locations around though. Was my first time trying Door Dash. Ordered from Chick Fil a ordering was easy 2 chicken sandwiches 2 fries and 1 Cobb salad. The sandwichs were cold as were the fries but warmed them up no problem but the Cobb Salad was a joke! We waited at our table patiently for several minutes while other people around us had their food brought to them. My husband went back up to the counter and was told by the kitchen staff that our order disappeared from the screen. They apologized for the inconvenience they caused and our food was at our table in just a few minutes, albeit slightly cold. My reason for the 2 stars is not only due to this incompetence, but also to the lack of cleanliness in the dining area. When breakfast is supposed to be served until 10:30 and that's just a waste of a 30 minute drive. Playplace. That is all any traveling parent needs to know. We have stopped in here on two occasions and my daughter has had a chance to utilize the playplace. We usually visit the Easton location but gave this one a shot and were glad we did! We had the sweetest cashier, Katie, who made our lunch feel special! I have gone here twice on my lunch break from work. Both times the drive thru was lined all the way around the building, however, it only took minutes for me to get my food and head back to work. Immediately upon arriving back at work, I open my chicken sandwich and am ready to get my smash on!! I take a bite and am highly disappointed. The chicken lacks flavor (both times). I don't get it. It's their specialty. I will not be back. Next time I get a fast food chicken sandwich it will be from Wendy's. Their spicy chicken sandwich is super tasty.
