Inside the bar, just head to the back inside window to order. They have a menu with some notes and updates, also. Seems chicken sandwiches will be back soon which might be the thing I try next. Also, on Saturdays, you can order a pound of chicharron for $20. A bit about costs: I think it's a bit expensive. A single empanada is $5. There are price breaks for larger quantities ordered. Italian sub and double patty burgers are each $13. The Appolonia Italian is a decent size, but the buger, even with double patty, felt small. The service is super friendly! The quality of their offerings is much higher than average. Everything tasted really good, no notes. The spicy Italian is a bit spicier than I prefer with their version of a giardiniera on it, but Mr loved it. All in all, a generous 4. The food was outstanding, we started with two Empanadas one of each chicken and beef. These are so good, and are a nice size. The sandwich was loaded with flavor had a small kick for the the meats but so tasty, It had capicola ham, salami, pepperoni, provolone cheese and all the sub toppings. However the real reason I wanted to stop here was for the Pork Belly Chicharron! I need to let you know these are some of the best. The box is huge and loaded full. I was super excited to have a few left over for later that night. Thet are getting ready to open an additional location soon, a stand alone and I can't wait to try the new location. He's the one who suggested Wario's Way for the steak sandwich last time. The restaurant was pretty full and the patio had many happy patrons! This sandwich is a foot long and nearly 4" wide! The first thing I smell when I open up the halves is the pickle of homemade giardinera, solid amount of lunch meat and nice crisp from the shreduce (iceberg lettuce) and the relish. Be ready to unhinge your jaw to eat this sandwich! This is not something you can eat and drive at the same time, it's messy, but that's what makes it delicious. A staff member helped me right away. I ordered the steak sandwich wario's way and the house spuds. It's a pretty hefty sandwich! My only issue was the cheese whiz. This is the typical way to eat Philly cheesesteaks, but I didn't love the flavor. Not a bad thing! Really just a preference thing! I've had cheesesteaks with provolone which is more of the flavor profile I'm looking for. The house spuds were phenomenal! Well seasoned, crunchy and it came with a nice savory mustard-like sauce. Seems like some of the other sandwiches are popular too. I would be interested in trying those out next time. They were featured in diners, drive ins, and dives. The menu when I stopped by recently at the Pearl Alley Market was limited to just three sandwiches: turkey bahn mi, ham and swiss, and their 21 day reserve corned beef. I had been kind of in the mood for a ruben even before I saw the cart, so it was like a sign from above. Corned beef it was. And boy was it delicious. Cut fairly thick, the sandwich had a hearty (but not obnoxious) measure of meat. It was griddled so that the cheese melted and held everything together. I opted for a roll instead of the rye bread on the menu. I'm not sure where they source the bread, but it was excellent with a nice crust and softer interior bite. The quality of the corned beef was top notch, some of the best I've had recently. I wouldn't hesitate to get it again. Nor would I hesitate to seek them out elsewhere. According to the operator of the cart, they also have a breakfast menu which they're currently serving on Saturdays at the Clintonville Farmers market. I've heard great things about the Paesano on an Italian sub bun with ham, hot capicola, pepperoni, provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, banana peppers, and Italian dressing (can be served hot or cold). A friend's favorite is the Figaboudit on grilled ciabatta with prosciutto, fig jam, goat cheese, and arugula. If you go, don't skip the homemade chips with the house-made sour cream and onion dip--it's easily my favorite thing on the menu and worth ordering as a side or appetizer.
