New American's 5 Spice Pork Belly Bahm Mi was among the best things I've ever eaten. Can't wait to try them again!

The Sisig Experience - Sisig pancit with pork, chicken lumpia

My first time trying this Filipino food truck and I'll definitely be back. The taste, portion size,…read moreand prices are INCREDIBLE! One portion is two meals for me and for $13!! I tried both the pork sisig (rice) and the sisig pancit (noodles), and the rice was definitely my favorite. The rice and pork were so flavorful and the lumpia perfectly crispy. The service was quick, we waited about 8 minutes for our food. The food truck is located in a parking lot of a store without any tables so you will have to take the food to-go. 10/10 this is my new favorite find!

I'm Filipino and crave authentic Filipino food. Came here from Cincinnati after my daughter…read moreperformed a skull session at Ohio State. Pulled up to the parking lot at 11:30 and their sign still said closed when online it said they opened at 11am. Their back door was open so my husband peeked in to ask if they were going to open and the owner had mention how his daughter had an emergency but had an order that needed to be cooked so he's only there to cook that. But immediately said that he should have extra and doesn't mind making our order. I told him I didn't want to keep him from leaving if there was an emergency and he said it's not a problem and that he would make it. Portion is big considering the price. I shared it with my 8yr old who also loves sisig and devoured the extra rice he gave. Definitely recommend!! Food has flavor and definitely tastes authentic! If you're the owner and you see this, thanks again for being so accommodating and friendly! Will be coming back here next time I'm in town again.

I was walking around Upper Arlington and right there in the Third Fifth Bank parking lot (or it…read moremight be Fifth Third Bank--I dont' know what happened to First, Second, and Fourth) was the Schmidt's Sausage Truck. I was cold and little perplexed. On my walk through the neighborhoods I saw several signs with the word ENOUGH. In smaller print was EqualUpperArlington.com. Okay. I was more cold than perplexed. UA is 88% white and 0.252% Aftrican-American. So ENOUGH what? I like places where I can walk around and find a frankfurter in a bank parking lot--even if the bank name is a little schizophrenic. I like that Schmidts doesn't subscribe to that Hot Dog business. It's a Frankfurter! I asked for a Frankfurter with onions and the dude put it together in about 4 seconds. I stuck it in my pocket and used it as a handwarmer on the way back to where I was staying. I ate it standing by a frozen birdbath in the backyard. Plump, juicy, with just a tiny hint of spice that seperated Schmidt from Oscar Myer. On my next walk around the neighborhood, I'm going to look for a Bourbon Truck. Now that would be ENOUGH.

Always a must do when in Columbus. There may be a wait, but there are a few shops nearby to browse…read moreand kill time. Save room for a half-pound cream puff for dessert.
