First order, they didn't have the ingrediants to make it as adveretised so they just did without all ingredients (at no cost reduction). 2nd energy drink order, okay but not better than regular ice tea drinksd so will not order again. Very disappointing experience at this Panera. After purchasing an additional mac & cheese, I noticed the bread that was supposed to come with it was missing. When I asked the employee at the pickup counter for the bread and showed her my receipt, she retrieved it and literally shoved/threw it across the countertop toward me before walking away. I brought it to the manager's attention and received no apology and she just that she would "talk to them." I understand restaurants get busy and everyone has bad days, but throwing a customer's food across the counter is completely unacceptable. No soup today. On the road, I wanted something that I can eat while driving. I decided to get a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a pastry. I got the ham and cheese croissant and a Asiago sausage and egg bagel. I really didn't need two sandwiches since each were both filling. The bread for both was warm and each sandwich was okay. Took a break from going to Panera due to the small portions, higher prices than expected, and poor customer service. We were surprised that the restaurant seemed a lot more dialed in. Very clean, spacious dining room, complete with a fireplace, which was especially nice yesterday when I was there and it was cold and raining outside. I ordered through the kiosk, just inside the front door, which I found intuitive and easy to do. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was amazingly fresh and delicious. I also ordered coffee, but would have preferred the option of getting my coffee cup (for the self-serve coffee station) before waiting for my sandwich to be prepared. Prices are reasonable, even though in my opinion coffee could be offered for a little less. The sandwich had so much bacon, I was shocked. Probably had 6 strips on it ; really generous with the bacon. Also appreciated that they have real cheese instead of that American "cheese"nonsense that many places offer. The broccoli cheese soup while oversalted was tepid. When I said something to a manager, I was told "we have a microwave over there if you want to heat it up." I am appalled that I should have to heat up soup freshly delivered from the kitchen. Secondly, when I went to wash my hands, the soap dispenser was empty. The paper towel dispenser was hanging out of the wall, and there were no paper towel towels. And when I said something about that to the same Manager, I was told " we can't help it if people go in there and mess up the bathroom. Parking: We parked at the Tesla chargers and walked on over. This place also has plenty of parking nearby. Environment: Pretty quiet when we arrived for breakfast. We placed our order ahead of time using our Panera app, but you could also order at the counter or use one of their order kiosks. The left of the building is the dining area and there were plenty of open spots. Restrooms are also located in this section, not too far from the fountain drinks station. You'll also see the Rapid Pick Up cubbies not too far from there. What was ordered: - Hot tea (it was a cold morning and hot tea was just what I needed) - Asiago Bagel (soft and warm cheesy bagel) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. Things are pretty much self serve. Short wait before our order was ready. We picked up our bagels at the rapid pick up cubbies and brought our cups over to the tea area to make our own teas. Credit cards are accepted. read more

Used the drive through on a trip north. Spent over 30 mins in the drive through with maybe 4-5 cars ahead of us. The employee at the window said they were short staffed. I don't blame the employees but rather Panera and management for poor... management. Stopped at the Kelso Tesla supercharger on the way back to Seattle at exactly lunch time, so we decided to get something at Panera Bread, which is not one of my favorite spots, having never found anything excellent in the past. Decided to get a flatbread Margherita pizza and a caffè latte. I have to say that the flatbread was not bad at all, I really enjoyed it. Maybe that's because my expectations were a bit low, but I really liked it, I ate the whole thing. Tomato sauce is fresh and not overly seasoned, very simple, mozzarella is fresh and the flatbread is very well done. I imagine that the flatbread is precooked, since I got my food pretty quickly, which makes it even more surprising. Caffè latte was so and so. First off .... Your drive thru is impossible to hear server with all the highway traffic. Very frustrating. With our total being over $30 I was expecting good stuff....nope. It consisted of a sesame salad with grilled chicken. It was so freakin cold the chicken (very small amount) was about frozen and lettuce hurt my teeth to chew it. Also got a ham sandwich.
