I've been to this Panera multiple times and I usually do curbside order. Everytime I do, there is something missing in my order. The last time I was there, no one came outside. I waited for 20 minutes. Then went inside to see if it was left in the rapid pick up area. Not there. So the worker at the front went and brought me my food. I was missing my drink. Down here for work and went into Panera for lunch and was not feeling well. I asked the Cashier Denise what she recommends for a upset stomach and got the chicken soup. I'm usually very skeptical of chicken soup because my moms is the best but so far it is really good and has gotten me to feel a bit better. Usually I get the steak and arugula sandwich which is my absolute favorite; however, today they squashed the living daylights out of the sandwich wrapping it up that when I opened it, it fell apart and the bread was soggy. My husband went in to Panera Bread today to get me 2 pecan rolls and a scone for himself. He goes in there alot for the pecan rolls as I could eat them daily. Unfortunately they make only 5 a day and are out of them by the time he gets there. Why do they only make 5 a day? And usually they put them in a box, but today they put them in a bag with the scone in a smaller bag and put the scone on top of my pecan rolls! I prefer a box thank you. Plus one day they didn't have any, they said they were sold out. My husband said he'd be back the next day & asked to be sure "you still make them every day, right" and the lady assured him they do. So the next day nice and early he went in to get a couple pecan rolls only to be told they didn't even make any that day! What the hell? First off you only make 5 on days you actually make them, then you jerk customers around by skipping a day. The workers there know when my husband walks in he's there for pecan rolls, don't jerk him around, he goes in there often, but that can and will change. The pecan rolls are great. I really enjoy visiting this Panera. Everyone is always very friendly, always a smile on each face. When I get there it's usually after their morning rush, and still everyone has a perfect attitude for great service. I usually order a sesame bagel toasted with cream cheese, and a caramel latte. Nothing that's too hard to prepare. I never wait long. The seating area is clean and tidy. I have yet to walk in and see the tables have not been cleared. The floors area always free of garbage. The area where the hot coffee sit is kept free of spills, coffee fresh, and milk carafes are full. The only downer to this place is that their wi-fi is horribly slow. I like to come here to get some work done, and usually meet a friend for some collaborative brain storming, and we usually find that not a whole lot, where are computers are concerned, gets accomplished because of the slow wifi. Went through the excruciatingly long wait at the drive-thru (about 25 minutes) both times I've come. By the way, something HAS to be done about the parking lot/drive-thru situation since people parked in the lot can't get out of their spot to leave since the drive-thru line blocks them in. THEN, after you've gone through the drive-thru and gotten your food, you can't leave because the line of people trying to get in the drive-thru blocks everyone trying to leave. Steak & Blue Cheese Salad - Very good. Tender slices of thinly cut steak, fried onion pieces, blue cheese pieces & tomatoes. I think I would like a different dressing other than the one that accompanies it, though. Chipotle Chicken Panini - I don't call toasted white bread a panini, it needs to be pressed to form a nice exterior to be a panini. It was ok. It needed something to make it pop because the chipotle dominated everything. Cuban Panini - Although not traditional (sliced chicken instead of pork), it was very good. The ham was good and I liked the sauces, but mine was missing the pickles that were supposed to be on it. Kid's Grilled Cheese - 1 star out of 5. The cheese tasted fake, like a Kraft Single; and the bread wasn't toasted, it was soft. Would not order this again. Italian Combo - 3 stars out of 5. Their "special spread" was almost nonexistent, it had one tiny pepperoncini and a 1/2 slice of roast beef on top of a slab of salami & ham, which doesn't amount to a proportionate sandwich. Since you do get a choice, I would have liked it if they asked me if I wanted my kids meal to have an apple, baguette or yogurt instead of automatically throwing an apple in the order. Overall, it's nice to have some "fresh" food while going through the drive-thru - something that's been missing in this town. I do find Panera to be slightly skimpy on ingredients, but that's Panera-wide, not necessarily this location. read more

The employee was rude and the food was mediocre. We won't be trying it again. The portions are small and the prices are high. I honestly don't mind small portions and high prices if the food is great but this was not even good. My daughter got the tuna sandwich. She kept complaining it was nothing but bread. I took a look and sure enough there was barley any tuna on the bread. Our soups were bland and the bread that comes with it was almost too hard to chew even after soaking it in the soup. My husband had the Alfredo and it was half good and half dried out like it had been left uncovered in a fridge all day. The only thing we ordered that was good was the Mac and cheese. It had a good taste but was way over cooked so the noodles were almost mushy. I'm not exaggerating. It was all pretty bad. I ordered it all online and my hubs went to the drive through to pick it up. He arrived ten minutes early and was given attitude about being early. He wasn't upset the food wasn't ready at all but the lady seemed bothered he got there early. This is the worst Panera I have ever been too. It has to be under poor management. Every single time we go the order is wrong. We have started repeating the order back to make sure it's right and it still comes wrong. You wait in the drive thru sometimes for 30 minutes. And every order ALWAYS has something wrong. Most recently we ordered one full sandwich and two bowls of chicken noodle soup. The receipt had every item circled like they were all in the bag. Well... the whole sandwich wasn't in there. The bowls of soup were actually cups of soup with about one noodle and piece of chicken each in them. And we were given no utensils. The only thing that came right was the sides.
