This makes me so sick I ordered from here a hand full of times since I lived in North Carolina and they are always messing up my order I made a complaint yesterday on how I wanted some things in my sandwich but they didn't put in I got the grilled chicken BLT i asked for extra aioli sauce and instead of Swiss I wanted provolone that did not happened but it's a extra fee so yes I am going to complain if I paid for it and it's not in there on top of that it comes with two sandwiches I ate one yesterday and saved the other for today as I eat it I start choking I spit the food up and it's a avocado peel that wasn't probably taken off the avocado in the sandwich I'm very disappointed from this Panera bread

Napa Chicken Salad with two lovely slices of tomatoes

I waited almost thirty minutes, blocking all those behind me in the drive-thru as someone else was already waiting in the pull forward area. I ordered at 1329 received food at 1355. I headed back across town to work and noticed the bag was dripping. The salad was on its side. When I opened the sandwich, the mayonnaise was also on top of the bread. It was more of a tomato sandwich than Napa Chicken. See photo. I realize restaurants are struggling with staffing, and I wasn't rude, just very disappointed as it took up most of my lunch hour for a spoonful of water salad. The drive-thru worker was lovely and offered a cookie after they almost gave me the wrong order ten minutes in. Come on, Panera your one of my favorites.

Great place with A LOT OF BREAD. The staff was nice and helpful. The broccoli and cheese soup I had was the best one I've ever had. Will be back.

    Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt

Those two pieces of chicken was what they gave me. They put only one slice of avocado, forgot my drink, and loaded our salad with excessive chipotle. There were only two pieces of avocado in the salad.. It may look like there is more than what is to be claimed but I assure you what ever crew is working tonight is either pressed for time or just skimping customers out in their money. I've had great times here before but this time around I am very disappointed

Two of the items checked I was missing! Please do better I love Panera but just can't keep coming with the lack of service
    Sheena D.

Every time I visited this Panera, they always forgot to add an included part of my order. Frozen Carmel coffee drink, green passion drink, and bakery item. I understand maybe twice, but I've visited this location multiple times, and it is always the same thing. Today I was missing 2 items from my order. What makes it worse is that the receipt comes with a worker check off that they check the bag and it has all the correct items with their initials. I think you need to get a new order check employee ASAP! It isn't acceptable

    Cup of vegetable soup. $5.99

I cannot find anything I like about Panera bread. I thought it may be just the one in Wilmington but no...it's here, too. I got a whole salad with three different dressings to try. The salad was $11.00 and had chicken, lettuce and a ton of wonton crisps. The dressings were not tasty at all and so I used Bragg's liquid amino spray which was delicious. I didn't want the carbs so I asked for the apples with it and it was a whole apple which I thought was strange. I also ordered a cup of vegetable soup. It was $5.99 for a cup!! I pay $5.99 for legit lobster bisque or clam chowder at fancy restaurants. The taste wasn't bad but what am I missing? Someone please tell me what makes this place so great. I have nothing.

I love panera bread!! All of their sandwiches, pastries, salads, and soups are so good!! The only downfall is their price :( this location is big and have a drive-thru. Plenty of space, seating, and parking. I found a good amount of tables with outlets for power. A great place to study!! I came to this location after my dentist appointment. It was very clean. They have a kiosk where you can order your food and I personally liked it because it showed me that I can add certain things without additional cost (SCORE!). I did the pick 2 -- Chicken Frontega Panini and the Asian Sesame Chicken Salad. The panini has very delicious taste. Even the bread is freaking good!! The sun-dried tomatoes really give it a ton of flavor. My only complain is that I wish they grilled it longer because my cheese wasn't melted :( the Asian sesame salad is to die for if you like a sweet and tangy flavor for your salad. The fried wontons really give it texture and taste. These two are always my go to. When I do explore outside the menu, I never regret it. Have free WiFi and outlets so you can come and study!!

This is how it came! Half full

Yummy food and lovely service. Sometimes the drive through takes a few minutes because it is a popular place, but well worth it.

The spring rolls and egg rolls were great (note they are not the same thing as you get in Chinese restaurants). We prefer Thai, Korean, Filipino and Vietnamese to most Chinese and Pho Le hit all the right notes. We also had good support staff, the host and waiter were fast and efficient. I had the combination Pho, medium size. I forgot to get a photo but I did get the shot of the fresh ingredients you add at the table. Yakitori house has really stepped up their game since the last time we were there a few years ago…read more I can't comment on service or ambiance because it was take out. But the food wonderful as "take out!" In the past 10 years, their Takoyaki was the only thing that kept the Yakitori House on our "list". Last Friday, because we wanted takoyaki, we decided to order for takeout a whole meal with appetizers (we like to have an assortment of things to taste). It was payday Friday, I couldn't get anyone on the phone to take my "pick up" order, so I went in person only 30 minutes after they had opened and found they were swamped! I waited in my car for 45 minutes for my order (ugh). Got, home and opened all the to-go boxes, and dug in. Oh my God! The food was amazing. You know the food is good when you both are smiling and making yummy noises, talking about the food nonstop and sharing it with each other. WELL DONE, Yakitori House for changing the business model and focusing on the food! We enjoyed it so much we ordered out again (this evening before Thanksgiving, just 5 days after we ordered out the last time). It just really good food that makes you happy! The food was wonderful again! But I have one note...I ordered the vegetable stir fry. What I got was steamed vegetables that had no flavor other than the flavor from the bare steamed vegetables, no nothing extra. That was disappointing, but I poured some of the Age Dashi sauce (I had leftover from my appetizer) over the steamed vegetables (that were supposed to be stir fried) and it was delicious! That Age Dashi sauce is delicious! New to us was Karaage, Japanese fried chicken with what looks like Yumyum sauce to dip it in...delicious. I tried the Bulgogi plate...tender strips of steak cooked in a savory and sweet sauce with rice, salad, soup, a dab of kimchi, and a few grapes. A delicious and delightful special entree! My husband loves the way they do Omurice now. He couldn't believe that every bite had a piece of chicken. I saw peas and shiitake. I wish Yakitori House would do the menu like they do in Japan. Their menus had pictures of every dish. I haven't been in Japan since 1997 but I never knew the names of the dishes I was eating. So now I have to google the items on the menu to see if I'd like it, ugh! Over all, Yakitori House is doing an amazing job creating wonderful flavorful food which is pleasing to the pallet and the eye even when it's in take out (I was impressed with that Bulgogi take-out plate)! I wish we had taken pics, but both times we were more interested in diving in.

just really excellent Filipino food in an unexpected place like Jacksonville, North Carolina at…read moreslightly unreasonable value (great for the customer, but makes one question if the business can sustain it when charging so little for so much food). It was the first of three Filipino restaurants we visited on my wife's/my Carolina week long visit, and was the best out of all of them, even though by far it was the least expensive. Driving from Durham NC to Myrtle Beach, my wife and I took a longer route so we could eat at this 'Point-Point' steam table restaurant deep in the South. Steam table means everything is pre-cooked and sitting at a buffet station. The food can suffer in the same way that a buffet can: the food gets old fast and it definitely tastes different if you can get a fresh(er) batch vs one that has been sitting out for a while. We got there about 45 minutes before opening (opens at noon on a Sunday). It's in an isolated strip mall (seemingly in the middle of nowhere), with plenty of parking. As we waited in the car, we saw many prospective customers trying to get in. The doors opened promptly at 12 pm, and we were the 3rd party in line. The order taking process is intentionally slowed to allow the serving of the food to take place not long after it has been ordered and (pre)paid. This did mean that the line went out the door for our entire dine-in visit, and we got to see the make up of the regulars. Everyone was patient: it was very clear that it was mostly locals, coming not because they wanted Filipino food, but because they wanted good tasting food at a good price. It's a small dining area, but the vast majority of people were doing carry-out so there was always some seating available. They use Clover as the POS, and identify themselves as 'Filipino Cuisine'. We got the 3 choice combo plate ($16.99), served with white rice along with a can of coke ($1.99...no soda machine here) and a side of Ukoy ($2.50). There is a 4% surcharge for credit card use. Each choice was the size of a small a la carte portion, and one would have been enough for the two of us for lunch. The food was delivered to your table, and they will bus (or one can self-bus since a garbage can is available and everything is served in disposable containers). Ukoy - shrimp and vegetable fritter - really big piece and made that morning, so was still crispy. I really like vegetable fritters and this version was OK, a bit dry but that's what the accompanying vinegar dipping sauce was for. Pork Adobo - very tender meat, not too much fat, with added onions (what you would expect in a biftek). The amount of saltiness went perfectly with the white rice. Biftek - this had the sabaw of biftek, but the cut was cubed, meaning closer to caldereta. The beef cuts were just excellent (little gristle), very tender. This amount of beef would easily be $20 in a 'nice' Filipino restaurant. Pork Sinigang - really good, just the way I like it. Wasn't overly sour, with plenty of vegetables and generous amount of pork. The broth had definitely been skimmed of grease, resulting in a dish that was more homemade (where time is taken to do the skimming) than other turo-turo places I've been. Looking over the menu can tell you about the competition in the area, and it looks like Vietnamese Pho is pretty rare in Jacksonville. Turo Turo has Pho on their menu, and even modified their name to highlight it. I've found that many Filipinos like their dishes with all the extracted fat remaining, which makes much of their soup inedible for me (in that context, it's grease, not flavor-enhancing fat). But as noted, their sinigang was good, with most of the pork fat skimmed off the broth...so thinking their Pho is probably pretty good too. We've eaten at many, many Turo-Turo places (so many around where we live), and this place has to be near the top in terms of value and taste. Funny that it's in a place that we wouldn't expect, serving locals that one would expect in the area. Both of us really liked this restaurant, and the plentiful leftovers became our dinner that night with no regrets.

Simply great food! Once you get a taste for Filipino food, especially from natives you will find…read moreyourself wanting more. We like everything we have tried and were so glad to find this place since we recently moved to the area. From mild to to spicy hot they have evert range anyone could want. Portions are fair and we ended up taking some home from our lunch. Areas they could improve; I don't know if we hit them on a bad day, but it was really hot inside, since the food is also hot I tend not to want to eat if I get over heated. We were uncomfortably hot and sweating even before our food came out. Canned soda. Buy or lease a soda dispenser. You make more profits and can keep costs down. I really dislike restraints that serve only soda in cans, charge too much, then you have to ask for a cup and ice and there are no refills or larger portions.
