My husband politely asked if they were closing, and the young woman responded bluntly (and quite rudely), "No, we're open, but our lobby closes at 6." Lobby hours? That was news to us. There was no signage posted about the lobby closing earlier, and even a quick Google search didn't show anything about separate lobby hours. To make matters worse, when my daughter attempted to use the restroom, she was told they were already closed as well. Between the rudeness, the lack of any visible communication about lobby hours, and the very uncomfortable, unwelcoming atmosphere, we decided to leave. Thankfully, we went to Jersey Mike's, where we were greeted kindly and treated professionally. We understand policies exist -- but the way they're communicated (or not) and the way customers are treated makes a big difference. We won't be returning to this location.
