Actually I give a 3.5 stars rating. I like how this place is new and clean with great customer service. However, the parking is a little tough to enter and exit out of. It's a high traffic area. Also, the food takes awhile to come out since they are so busy. And lastly, do NOT order to go salads. I waited an extremely long time in the drive thru. There was literally one car ahead of me and it took forever for them to come to the speaker to there order. Then it took forever for me to the salad . And they charged for the wrong salad . I wanted half and they still charged for a full after I corrected them at the window . it's a no for me dawg . read more

After waiting a few minutes in an empty restaurant i finally saw a man walking from the back who screamed "Oh Shit" as he walked up to the register, didn't greet me or apologized he just stared at me. TJ was super Rude and awkward. I asked about the new recipe on the chicken Fortega and he was really bothered. The people working in the back were really nice and fast with my order. DO NOT COME HERE. This place had terrible customer service, and terrible food period. I have never been through a rougher time than I did with this place. First off, as I walked in, the place smelled dirty, it wasn't fresh nor clean. As I came in to order, the cashier was friendly, which I appreciated, especially when I came in it was night time. As I finished ordering at 8:00PM. I waited 20 minutes til I even asked one of the servers to check on my order. And as the lady nodded in acknowledgment, she continued to do something else for more minutes as if I wasn't her concern or if she just nodded to nod. By then, I asked for the cashier to check on my order and then he disappeared. He didn't come back to tell me when the order was going to be done. By then, my friends and I have been waiting for 30 minutes, and our food had still not came out. By the way, the place was EMPTY. They had no reason to take over 30-40 minutes to make two plates of the same dish. I stared at the workers as they were conversating and laughing as we waited for our food. There seemed to be five to seven workers that night, and it seemed like no one was doing anything! I was infuriated by then. I understand if if this many workers may cause a delay in orders, considering that they had a drive-thru but I had asked when my food was going to be done, and no one had answered. Fortunately, I find a man who seemed to be a manager, and I had complained to him our situation, and he apologizes, and guess what? I seen him making OUR FOOD. Meaning that I had been waiting for over 50 minutes, for nothing?! Anyways, by the time I get the food to the table. I was excited to try it. Unfortunately, the food was disgusting. The bread was cold, and the soup was cold-warm. Everything tasted and WAS stale. I got the cheese broccoli thing in the bread bowl, and normally it would taste good warm with hot bread, but this time.. no it was disgusting. I would never ever come back ever again. This panera location has a lot of wasted potential. i came in and asked the cashier for Half a salad and a bowl of soup. The total came out to almost $20 so i asked her exactly what i was paying for and she said that it was half a soup half a salad and a soup. i clarified twice that i did not want the pick two. i only wanted half of a salad. But the cashier completely ignored my order and rang me up as if i had ordered a pick two. When i corrected her mistake she said she was doing me a favor because it would be cheaper. How is $20 cheaper than the $11 that i paid for what i originally ordered? i'm not there to get recommendations from the cashier, im there to order exactly what i want and it is ridiculous that she switched up my order that I AM paying for without even asking me. After ordering, we were looking for a booth and everything was filthy. every booth has crumbs on the seats, and food on the tables. We finally found a booth that was semi-clean. Finally, our food is brought out with PLASTIC forks. are you serious? i'm pretty sure they do this because they're too lazy to clean. which explains why the whole restaurant was a complete mess. it's very difficult to eat croutons with a plastic fork. if im paying $10 for a salad the least you can do is give me silverware. This was my first time visiting this location. Everything was great until I received my food. When I asked for the side of bread I should have received with my baked potato soup, they told me they were out of bread. (It was still early in the evening) I then bit in my sandwich which was burnt. When I nicely asked if they could remake it, the person I spoke with got upset and was rude about it. Loved the environment, the place was super clean and nice, but it seemed like their employees were not happy to be there. Didn't receive very good customer service. read more

This location is not consistent with its service. They need to all get on the same page. Something is usually always wrong with my order. Minor things like miss the bread crumbs for my soup or not gong me a baguette or dresssing for my salad. They need to regroup! read more

This is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been to service sucks. Food sucks. Presentation of food sucks.

I was excited for this location to open, I just may have been there on their opening day. I work very close by and don't like the cafe at my work. I ordered the new "Four cheese grilled cheese" sandwich and a bowl of potato soup. The picture on the drive through looked yummy. Please see pics for what I got. I can only figure I got 2 sandwiches because they were so pathetic and they knew it. Don't people even know to put butter on the bread to grill it anymore? It wasn't even toasted, the bread was just singed. The soup was the smallest "bowl" of soup I've ever been served and I've had better Campbell's soup. I didn't even finish it after a few bites. It almost tasted burned, but how did they burn soup? And it cost me over $16!!! I'll never go back. Was hoping for a new place to grab lunch sometimes for working meetings as well but that's a big nope too. And yes, I should've taken this crap back. Recently ordered curbside and called upon arrival giving my name, 5+ minutes go by before someone comes out and asked "whats the name?" gave my name again and she went back inside, she then came back out to say the soup i want is out and i changed my order- she offers a pastry- we say no thank you we ordered cookies. We received the meal- no cookies. Go through drive through to get cookies and they out of those too, so the drive they attendant picks a random one I didn't want to give me. This all could have been avoided if they actually looked at my ticket when I arrived. And if the soup and cookies that were not available, we're not available online. Why order online if I have to wait 15 minutes to fix all the mistakes? The point of online ordering is to ensure you get the correct order in a time slot while also social distancing. I understand the stress during this time, but it makes it more stressful for customers and staff when all could have been avoided if they just read the order correctly the first time. read more

These people got my order completely WRONG, my husband is allergic to tomatoes and they took the AVOCADO off the sandwich instead of the tomatoes, how do you confuse the two? The big girl with vitiligo on her face that is working at the drive thru is RUDE AS HELL, she basically threw my order at me and didn't say a word to me as she took my money.
