Meat and I are very off and on. Right now we're on. I was craving a delicious deli sandwich on crusty bread with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and mustard. I'm trying all the sandwich shoppes near me and it was Jersey Mike's time. I think it is my first time trying this chain and I was not disappointed. I ordered a club sandwich with ham, Turkey, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato. They gave me a good serving of mayo too. I ordered a regular but could have gotten away with a mini. I did not want the bacon on it. I also grabbed a bag of salt & vinegar chips to put in my sandwich. The white bread is soft and a bit crunchy. It tastes good, delicious. I have dinner for two days. Went to redeem a BOGO and got way more than expected. Upon walking in Jamie, the manager greets us immediately and answers all the questions. To get the Philly instead of the Turkey provolone and she had no problem taking off the jalapeños from the big Kahuna. Just great customer service and I appreciate that. The sandwiches were so fresh. If you want a sandwich from here its probably smart to plan your night around it because it will take that long. I ordered on Uber Eats and showed up in 15 mins for pickup, and waited an additional 25 mins at the shop while I watch my sandwich sit there and get passed over by, and I kid you not, 7 other sandwiches. First time I have been at this Jersey Mikes and not a good experience. Just after noon, I was all expecting to be greeted or see a sign indicating "order here". Neither happened. A group in front of me had 6 people ranging from sixty-ish to 3 or 4-ish. No indication if they were inline, waiting or whatever. After several minutes, maybe the manager says "steak or chicken" and I say number 9 regular. He says "he'll do it" referring to the next employee down the line. No acknowledgment from the next guy. Many minutes later the "manager" says "white bread" in my general direction, so I say yes please. Several more meats are sliced and put on several bread slices -- seems they were the orders for the people randomly wandering around the restaurant. Finally I pay for my sandwich and chips, not yet seeing any sandwich that looks like a number 9! Manager guy comes over, opens the sandwich and says "did you want mayonnaise and bacon " which is part of the description on the menu board, so I say yes please. Very poor organization. Best deli sandwiches of all and I've tried them all. I always get the #8 club "Mike's Way" (lettuce, tomato, onion, and juice) and it's the best sandwich I've had. My wife always gets the #7 (turkey and provolone) but she isn't a fan of the "juice" (balsamic vinegar and oil). I think it gives the sandwich another layer of flavor and softens the bread. Staff is always friendly and professional. I always leave feeling like the employees really seem to enjoy working there. Not so at most fast food places. Tables inside and outside but small. Quiet with most people getting food to go. I I use the app which gives points for future free sandwiches. I literally won't go anywhere else now. I hope the other Jersey Mike's have the same standards. read more

My low rating isn't a reflection of this location, rather Jersey Mikes in general. The food is consistently fine, but the PRICES have become ridiculous. Look, this place has always been a little on the high price side with two 8" sandwiches running about $20. You add chips or whatever and you'll be at about $25 for TWO sandwiches. Ok, but my justification for paying it has been my Chicken philly is fresh and delicious. Right? Yesterday, my 8" chicken philly was $12.25!! No chips, drink or anything else. $12.25??? I enjoy coming to Jersey Mike's and each time the employees has been super friendly! I always order the #7 which is the Turkey and Provolone but I never add the oil and vinegar as that can make the bread very soggy. I will continue to keep coming here as I haven't had any issues with the food but they should consider switching to Coke products because the Pepsi isn't so great. read more

Nice restaurant. The bread tasted fresh. I ordered a hot sub, #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak which I will say to avoid. It was pretty awful. Honestly left feeling a bit cheated as the meal was $11 and I threw half the sandwich away. It was a sloppy mess. The cheese was like liquid and mixed with the sauce it became this soggy dripping mess. There was little to no onions, bell peppers etc. Because the bread was good and the store was clean, I still rated this as an a-ok place. I learned about their grand opening when one of their staff members came by yesterday to pass along free subs passes. This place is really close to my workplace so my co-workers and I decided to try it out today. My co-workers and I enjoyed their subs. They were actually delicious. My co-workers told me that the bread is very good. It taste like a french bread but the texture of it is softer. As for me, I had the sub in the tub (meaning no bread and just tons of lettuce) number 13 mike's way. Which just means original italian (Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni in a tub of lettuce and Mike's Way with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and oregano. How they make it impresses me. They slice the meat and cheese infront of you. It's not already sliced like some sub places (i.e. Subway) which I think keeps the cheese and meats fresh. I will definitely come back to this place for lunch. Thumbs up! (Of course, its great for anytime but since I don't live near here...this will just be my lunch place... LOL) read more

So I just ordered a turkey sub through UberEats from this location. The sub tasted terrible. It was poorly put together and had entirely too much mustard. The sub was very messy and very soggy. We got there and they are making to-go sandwiches and don't say anything but after a minute, mid-sandwich making, she says "ready when you are" not "hi welcome what can get you" but made it feel like it was our fault that we were waiting. Then they rushed through our sandwich orders and before we could tell them all we wanted on ours, the guy at the register is trying to ring us up. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THERE. Just me and my wife. Alvin's (Owner) infectious smile, coupled with a winning attitude and friendly demeanor, make it no wonder his teammates like Miracle and others are equally approachable ecetera. The location is exceptionally clean and easily accessible from Westheimer, Briarforrest, Hwy 6, and I-10 to name a few, as it is located on Eldridge Parkway. You can order on-line or over-the-phone, preferably on-line or in-person (my favorite). They also have a customer rewards/points program, as well as, a military discount. This new addition to my neighborhood now claims the "Restaurant Most Likely to Kill Me" award. I grew up in Philly and I'm always longing for a taste of home. The cheesesteaks are not by the book, but they're not bad at all. The buns are soft and the meat is seasoned decently. It's a tight squeeze since there's still a buzz around the grand opening. So be prepared to get intimate with your neighbor in line for now. I like the open preparation. They grill the steaks in front of you and for cold subs they use a meat slicer right there on the counter. If they added whiz, I might upgrade this place to 4 stars. read more
