My friend and I were torn between Pizza Hut and Five Guys. I'm so glad we went with Pizza Hut. Pick up was easy and friendly with the drive through window. We used the Large 3 topping deal on a pan pizza. Omg! It was perfectly cooked with a generous amount of cheese and toppings. The crust was melt in your mouth good. I love Pizza Hut. But tonight I had the worse encounter with a young male working the front counter. I returned 2 pizzas that had been made with pan crust (I requested thin); Initially, he was helpful then became agitated because I thought he was making me reorder and repay for the redo order. Then he refused to return my money. Said he would do at the end of the night, but wouldn't provide me any refund proof. Plus, he kept the pizzas. The pizza is standard Pizza Hut pizza. I will not continue my business with this location due to the lack of proper management. I ordered Garlic sauce to go along with my pizza (an additional $2). When the delivery man came he brought icing instead of garlic sauce. He told me he would credit my card $2 for the garlic sauce. I was honestly a little sad bc I did want the garlic sauce to go along with my pizza. A few days later the money was debited from my account at the original price. I called to store to explain the situation and the manager said it not his job to refund me. The delivery man should of at the door. I told the manager that it's only $2 so I wasn't going to be going any further with the complaint, as he was unable to help. If you're going to order, carry out. $3 delivery charge for cold pizza that is always at least 30 minutes late and a rude delivery person is hardly worth it for me. We ordered when they opened at 11, the estimated delivery time was 11:58, however the time was updated to a later time and we did not receive a call or notice. 12:32 the driver pulls up doesn't say anything and then leaves. Honestly, I've had multiple great experiences from this Pizza Hut. HOWEVER, last night and this morning... not so much. Last night, my food arrived within a timely fashion, but it was cold. Didn't bother to call back because it was late and it had already taken an hour. Why should my food have been cold if this company is advertising the "hot box?" This morning I called back just inform them of such not looking for a single thing. The manager starts yelling about how he pulled the call logs to see if I called, they were open until midnight, and blah blah blah. This is where we have an issue. Those games are for kids, so I just let my money do the talking and inform the public of the rude, disrespectful, insensitive, and down right horrible way I was just talked to 7 minutes ago. I'm a paying customer, and I don't give one FLIP about your call log. When I call you with a concern, address it and move on. I literally wanted nothing other than to inform him.
