Four bites of soup for $9 never again
    Traci K.

My four bites of Mac and cheese that I paid $18 for with a small tiny sandwich was awesome (sarcasm) done Panera what happened???

Over $7 for a salad that is the size of the bread side ... the cream cheese is more expensive then the bagels. The quality is comparable to a subway... fresh but not like straight from the farm. Food was okay, customer service was slow but friendly. The full size salad would have been over $9 and is certainly not double the size of the half.

My Bacon Avocado Melt half sandwich.

Normally it's hard for me to find anything wrong with the food at Panera. Not today. I ordered the new Bacon Avocado Melt. It looked so good in the ad. And yes I know the ad pics are always better. What I got was a toasted sort of cheese sandwich. The bacon was a joke. So disappointing.

Why not attempt to fill this all the way? It's a little more than half full. That seems like theft.

I ordered a 13.00 sandwich and this is what I got!! First timmer and will never order again!! they suck!!

Breakfast sandwiches are high quality, but the coffee is the worst I've ever had. Tasted old, burnt and stale.

Food is decent. Place needs a remodel. Service and staff are friendly, if a bit forgetful at times. I'd go back.

This is a very nice Panera. The staff are friendly, there is plenty of parking, and of course Panera has great food.

TL;DR - Momma G's soups are worth it, if only they gave us just a little more. 5/5 due to the…read morequality of the soups. Food - African Peanut (5/5) Seriously, this soup is a hidden gem. It's creamy, slightly spicy and so comforting! (I've been here a few times and this has been my go to for something warm on a cold, rainy day). My only issue is that the portions feel so small compared to typical American fare. - Hungarian Mushroom (5/5) Tasty, rich and packed thick with mushrooms. It's a higher quality mushroom soup! - Big T Sandwich (4/5) Very filling turkey sandwich, freshly made. It was good, but it's also just a turkey sandwich. Service (4/5) - This is basically felt like service from a food cart. Nothing over the top, but nothing under either. I do wish that the meal came with more napkins than the tiny thin folded one included with the prepackaged utensils. Ambiance - This is located in the Rockwood Market Hall which has spots that are freezing and spots that are under big heaters (making them super hot). It's basically a food court that doesn't have insulation, so bring a jacket, or not, depending on where you sit. NOTE: I'm not including the ambiance in my overall rating.

We ordered two of our old favorites: African peanut soup and Hungarian mushroom soup. The African peanut soup was not like the one I remembered from the Rockwood location. It was a tomato broth with chicken, and then I watched the server sprinkle a handful of peanuts on it. That didn't seem like peanut soup to me and it did not taste like peanuts. My partner said the mushroom soup was average but OK. She also ordered an Arancini that she liked a lot. It's a rice ball with fillings. I ordered a grilled caprese sandwich that was very good. We ordered a large Loaded Potato Soup to go, but when we got home and checked it, it looked like a medium-size soup. Not much for $8.25. I hope that Momma G's hasn't had to cut so many corners in the new space that it will the quantity and quality of food to decline. We will try it again.

One of the best tofu banh mi sandwiches I've had. Vegan Pho (4/5) A hearty bowl with noodles, mushrooms, tofu, carrots, broccoli, baby corn, and bok choy in a vegetable broth. Very flavorful and delicious. Service (3/5): Good and patient. The staff were willing to help us split both the banh mi and the pho, which we really appreciated. Ambiance: Booth seating with cubicle-style walls that feel festive and cozy. It gives some privacy while still feeling casual and fun. Come back for the banh mi. It is literally one of the best.

The staff is rude and respond with attitude any time you ask for something. What really upset me was watching one of the servers carry two large bowls of hot pho directly over my toddler's head. I could clearly see he was struggling to hold them. I told him he was way too close to my daughter with hot food, and he completely ignored me and continued struggling over her -- no apology, no acknowledgment, just attitude. That is a serious safety concern. This is the second time I've given this place a chance, and both experiences were terrible. The first time I went, I was told they didn't have high chairs. This time, suddenly they do? The inconsistency and lack of professionalism is disappointing. Great food, but the service and safety issues make it hard to want to come back.

We arrived on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and there were already some customers, but overall it was not busy. The staff greeted us right away and took us to our booth. The ladies were very accommodating with my friend's toddler by helping us get a child seat, a kid's drink, and a cute set of Peppa Pig training chopsticks. Needless to say, the kid loved it. One thing worth mentioning is their decoration. It's definitely meant to be maximally decorated with cuteness. On their feature wall, they had floor-to-ceiling shelves displaying Dragon Ball figurines. The rest of the restaurant was decorated with a lot of cute cat decorations. Also, there's no way you would miss the moving ramen advertising light box as it pulls the noodles up and down, grabbing your full attention. Seriously, I could stare at that machine for days. We ordered a black garlic ramen, miso ramen, and a chicken stir-fried noodle, and liked them all. The black garlic ramen has a layer of black garlic oil on top, making it look much darker and intimidating. To our surprise, the garlic flavor was subtle, so it was easy to eat. My miso ramen had a rich broth with two generous portions of chashu, with various toppings including corn, bamboo, wood ear mushrooms, and green onion. I had no problem finishing the entire bowl. We also got a bowl of stir-fried chicken noodles, and it was very generously portioned and tasted good. It was savory with a bit of sweetness. It was a big hit with my friend's toddler, as she kept asking for more. Overall, we liked this ramen shop. Not only does it have good food, it also has fun decorations to keep your eyes busy. If you are in the area and craving some ramen, we would recommend Muteki Ramen and Izakaya!
