First time in. Very large space I ordered the pad Thai with beef, was fine. Very sweet. Wife had the Thai fried rice with chicken. This was fine also. Paid by credit card. On the way home glanced at my email and had a receipt from the restaurant showing my bill, etc.. How the hell did they get my email address. I never offered it to them. I guess it's just proves how much of your information is available to people. Some people might find this handy. I find it very intrusive. We had a wonderful experience! Mek was our server and he greeted us right when we came in the restaurant. We ordered the chicken pad Thai and the Panang curry with chicken. The curry comes with white rice, which was really nice! We ordered a level two spicy and it was just right. We wanted our noses to run just a little bit while still being able to enjoy our food and level two was great. Both meals were $15 each and I found that to be really good pricing! This place seems to have only one beef pho noodle soup which is called a Super Bowl at my regular PHO restaurant Pho Hung 82nd but it's Thanksgiving Day and this place was open. I had to stop eating after taking a bite at their cooked and sliced mystery meat which was "SPOILED"! Another thing is the hot tea other restaurants give for free, this place will charge you $3 for it, and their tea tastes like plastic! You know that burning plastic smell? That's what it tastes like! This place seems to sell Chinese and Thailand foods too and haven't tried them yet but make you wonder their business ethic if they're willing to serve spoiled meat into one item on their menu, what else are they willing to do? Great food and great service. One of the best Thai restaurants in Gresham (and surrounding areas...). One of the best things about the staff is that they are willing to make things not on the menu if they have the ingredients. Spice level? (0-5 as you wish). They have a large dining area that can accommodate 20+ guests, but call ahead for large groups. We eat there 2-3 times a month and are heading there as soon as I finish this review. read more

5 stars... because this place was so much better than the expected. It's odd to find a good Thai (fusion) restaurant around this location that has actual Thai spice. This location is a hole in the wall. I found out they've only been opened for about a month, so it was definitely a silent opening. I had a few friends try this location and vouched for the good food, so I brought a group of friends (7 total) to try it with me, and they all loved it! We got many varieties of dishes that I got pictures of minus the beef noodle, pepper salted squid and pad kee mao. I did sub the noodles in the boat noodles for fresh wide rice noodles. I was ecstatic when they said yes to the option when I asked!! Every dish had so much flavor that it tasted like home made meals to me. This is something I always look forward to finding in trying a new Asian restaurant. The restaurant was empty when we arrived on a Friday night around 6:30pm and had a couple customers trickle in after us. The inside of the restaurant is very wide and open. This location is located in the plaza with a Bi-Mart and Chase bank in the corner near the road. Not the most friendliest looking plaza, but plenty of room to park in the parking lot. Although it seemed slow, the customer service is great. They're very attentive and ensures that you're taken cared of. I've been to many restaurants where it is slow and it seemed so hard to reach the servers. There's no issue with this restaurant! I would definitely come back to try other dishes. read more

I live in the area and I'm a regular. I love how the restaurant is close by and food is good. I usually have to drive out to SE Portland to get really good Asian food. This restaurant is pretty good better than most in this area I would say. A lot of restaurants opened and there food is lacking flavor, quality or portion size. This restaurant is a good place to come and eat if you don't want to drive further to se Portland 82nd area. Have ordered from here on dozens of occasions. The food has always been great, and I always order a spice level 3. I recently ordered Pad Thai for my wife and I. spice 0 for her...3 for me... Well, it wasn't a 3...but more like a 4 or even a 5...several bites in, and my ears were sweating. Way too much and I couldn't eat any more. Just to try it we ordered our usual favorites, salad rolls, Tom Kha Gai soup and Fried Rice with chicken. We wanted to find a new place, maybe for Pho, so we tried this place. 'Surprised first off by the large room, with lots of seating. Our server came quickly--what a lovely and knowledgeable young lady! We decided on the Massaman with chicken and a Lemon Grass Chicken Pad Thai with Peanut Sauce, and an order of salad rolls. Oh, and Thai iced coffee, my favorite. The order was delivered quickly, and the Massaman was immediately my favorite since I can remember. The lemon grass chicken was excellent, though on the rich side (probably the peanut sauce, eh). We'll both enjoy reheated left-overs and look forward to returning. My to go Thai restaurant here in Gresham (for now if other places will beat it). I love their Pad Thai and Fried Rice. Their Pho is okay, I just think their slice of beef is a bit too thick. I had their Thai Boat once and it didn't really looked and tasted like Thai boat though. I like how they have a large size of Thai Tea option but the drink isn't sweet enough. This is a great place. Saw the pineapple curry on the menu and had to try something new. Spice levels 1-5, unless you're into pain, stay with 1. I love spice and 2 was intensely wonderful. So decided to try this fairly new place today and this review is only for the pho' and salad rolls. The place is large inside with tables scattered far apart. There were only 2 other customers at around 130pm on Thursday. I ordered the number 2 pho which was supposed to be tendon and round steak and shrimp salad rolls, the salad rolls were good, not alot of different things in it but they were fresh and peanut sauce was warm and tasty. My pho came in a big bowl that was half full but still a good portion. The garnish plate was bean sprouts, some jalapeño and Thai basil that had seen better days, it was very wilted. The broth was ok, but my biggest issue is that there was zero tendon in my soup and instead they put in sausages. The soup didn't have many ingredients therefore does not compare to the real pho placed in Portland. So I probably won't be back for pho but I may try other dishes sometime read more

Was intrigued when PCT opened in College Square as there are few Pho options in the Greater Gresham Area. With that said, this spot definitely deserves praise for its cleanliness, customer service, attention to detail and quality of food. Wow! Gresham's newest best kept secret is Pho Chang Thai for amazingly delicious and authentic southeast Asian cuisine. Having lived and traveled throughout Asia for a decade, I can tell you this is the best you can get. The pad thai chili was so flavorful and perfectly cooked -- not to mention it looked and smelled so delicious when it arrived at the table it took self control just to snap a pic before digging in. They have a large dining area with room for whole office parties or celebrations. The service was excellent and the food came out just as we finished out crab puff appetizer.
