First time visit! What brought me in was a fundraiser for local Non-profit Echo-Ranch (THANK YOU for your support!). The restaurant had a decent amount of indoor seating with a few more table outside as well. Our server was friendly and attentive. I had the halibut fish and chips. The fish and fries were both delicious, but for the price the fish portions felt on the small side. With the amount of fries that came with it, I wasn't left hungry. My husband ordered the A1 burger, which he struggles to take bites of due to the height. He thought it was delicious and cleaned the whole plate. Our kids had the grilled cheese with fruit and the chicken strips with fries. Both enjoyed their meals very much (and dug in before I could snap pictures). Burnt! Service was good. But this is the food I had at Blue Pine, unfortunately. See pic below. This was my favorite: pork belly sandwich. For the server, please check the food before it is being served. It takes four eyeballs to serve a satisfying meal. If it is burnt, throw away the burnt one and make another one. In terms of ambiance, this place is a cut above the typical sports bar and grill with its large, open spaces, abundant expansive windows, and PNW decor. The food in establishments like this is so often mediocre, at best. Not here. We were very pleasantly surprised by how well executed both of our meals were- piping hot, and so delicious that we walked out just a wee bit on the uncomfortably full side. But I'm saving the best for last- the service. It was absolutely stellar! Our food came out very quickly, and the staff were especially friendly and attentive. Not once did any of our four glasses come close to going empty (2 waters, 2 coffees). It was like the servers had a sixth sense for this, and not one but two of them were seeing to it that we had everything we needed throughout the entire service. You. Just. Don't. Get. Service. Like. Can't believe I haven't reviewed this place yet. They only have breakfast on Saturday and Sunday, but it's one of the best in the entire metro. Everything is great. They operate with a small staff so the food can take a little bit if it's super busy, but they work extremely hard. The pancakes are genuinely the best I've ever had in my life. The workers here are pristine. They know you by name. I love coming here and knowing that that staff will talk to you like youre a person, NOT a customer. Pretty disappointing. Went for date night. 1. Food took FOREVER to get to the table. I think dinner took close to 2 hours which would have been fine on date night except we were hungry AND 2. It was quite loud and several young children (maybe 3-4 yo's) were running around the entire evening. Parents obvious and staff didn't care. At one time one actually crawled on the bench and climbed behind me, going back and forth. 3. We split a few things but the wild beast burger was incredibly dry and over cooked. Not good. read more

We got seated as we walked in. The dining area was clean. We ordered a 6-piece Mozzarella Sticks $9.00 (Good), Hummus Platter $15.00 (Good), Roast Beef Sandwich $17.00 (Yum), French Dip Sandwich $17.00 (Yum), Cheeseburger $14.00 (ok), Brunch Burger $17.00 (OK). The side of fries are ok. Our server was Leanne and she was pleasant and nice. We told her we wanted to share the Roast Beef Sandwich and she split the dish onto two plates. First time in. Interior is clean and uncluttered Server was very friendly and conscientious. We both tried burgers Wife tried the garlic mushroom burger. Nice burger, well cooked. Couldn't really taste any garlic though For me it was the pork belly burger on a GF bun. As usual experienced the way smaller than normal bun You get a tasty slab of pork belly on top. The first visit he got the philly sandwich with fries. He loved it. I could drink their delicious, salty au jus for breakfast every day. Delightful. I got the Mediterranean burger. Excellent. Much like a gyro, reincarnated as a burger. Feta cheese. Creamy tzatziki & kalamata olives. My second time solo, I went standard cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks. The char on this burger was heavenly, like I grilled it myself in our backyard. Really satisfying moment taking that first bite. Their side salad was fresh and well put together. The mozzarella sticks were a nice tag along to the burger. Staff is awesome and friendly! The atmosphere is laid back and very clean, even the bathrooms. Gorgeous foliage as soon as you walk in that almost touches their high ceiling. Video poker, Keno (we won $140!) and lots of flat screens.
