Pretty good experience here. I thought he atmosphere/style was pretty cool. Nice and open. They had a decent selection of drinks and food but was a little on the spendy side. Our server was nice and greeted us right away. I ordered the the grilled chicken pesto burger and added bacon and got a side salad and my friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger with egg. They were both good sized but VERY juicy. The flavor was good and I left satisfied. Because of the price point this wouldn't be my go to place for a bar type atmosphere but I will go back again. read more

After an afternoon of biking with the family on the Springwater trail- we Yelped and we decided to pick this establishment. Our teenagers loved as well as myself and my wife. I got the veggie burger, which was very tasty. My wife got the chicken pesto sandwich with soup- which was chili. She said the chicken sandwich was amazing- especially the ciabatta roll was the best she had ever had. My daughter,14, got the chicken strip, which were giant- she also had a bite of my veggie burger and said it was amazing. My son, 16, got the club sandwich and was really impressed. Thus I have to give this place a 6-star rating. Atmosphere was very industrial with high ceilings. Very noisy to the point where my companion directly in front of me couldn't hear me. I cannot say enough about this place. I'm a contractor who works all over this city. On a 3 day job I discovered Blue Pine Grill by accident. So many restaurants try to save money by going cheap with smaller portions and cheaper food.. this place is the exact OPPOSITE! I ate lunch there 3 days in a row, tried something different each day and it was awesome!!! EVERYTHING was fresh.. even the side salad was fresh and generous. I'm pretty sure they make a lot of their sauces from scratch but I cant be sure. Anyway... even though it's far from home I'm actually looking forward to the next time I work out that way again.. cause I know where to go for lunch and also where I can get my money's worth. There was barely any meat on them. They looked akin to a mummy. My friend's burger, the mushroom burger, was so soggy and flavorless. You'd think if it was soaked in all that sauce/butter/oil, it would have the most wonderful flavor...but none. The side salad was pretty basic. It was lettuce and cheese. I got a club sandwich with turkey, less the bacon. I asked for mustard, not mayo. They missed that, but brought me a new sandwich. The sandwich was very good, though very overpriced. This place is clean and the food is pretty dang good!! We've been in here a few times and the only thing I take a star off for was consistency. The French Dip is the best in the city, that is no joke. The second time we ordered it though, it was on almost like a hoagie roll and was served with a cup of beef gravy or something. They are so so. It seems like because this is the only eatery around that people want it to do well. Acoustics in the venue aren't great, feels more like a sports bar than a grill. If you are ANYONE else... just don't. Beer selection is minimal (and marginal). The sandwiches are... You know how you see abstract art in a museum and think, "My 5-year-old could do that!"? OK... that's how the menu here was created and the food products sourced. The problem is, you know, the 5-year-old's art actually ISN'T as good as the one i nthe museum. So... expect gross LUNCH MEAT when you order turkey. Expect fatty bacon on your Club. Expect cheese the quality of Velveeta. Sorry.
