We decided to go to Red Lobster the day BEFORE Valentine's Day. While waiting in the lobby to be seated, we learned that was a good idea. We overheard many callers being told that the restaurant was already booked for Valentine's Day and that no more reservations were being taken. A lesson to be remembered. We shared a Lobster Lobster spinach & artichoke dip, 3-cheese blend with tortilla chips, and salsa. Yummy. I ordered the Lobster topped baked potato, and of course the meal came with their famous biscuits. Even though it was very good, I was disappointed because it seem to have half-the size less than the photo. I did pointed it out to our waiter, and showed him the 'before' and 'after photo' to compare what I'm talking about. He said: 'they weighed them'. DH on the other hand ordered the Create Your Own Lobster Feast. He had a Maine Lobster Tail, Grilled Sirloin steak, Shrimp Alfredo, and coconut shrimp, with coleslaw and a baked potato on the side. I augmented my baked potato with bites from DH's plate. With all the times this restaurant has created these dishes, you would expect them to be very good - and they were! The one exception was the steak- why is it so hard for restaurants to cook a sirloin steak that is both flavorful and tender? The restroom was clean, even during dinner time!

We came over for lunch on Monday. Ordered the Southwest shrimp bowl and Shrimp your way 2. The Shrimp your way you can choose 2 different options of shrimp with side. My sister ordered shrimp scampi and shrimp linguine Alfredo with rice as side. The cheddar bay biscuits came out quickly. Very hot. Our lunch came out soon after. It wasn't too busy at lunch. About 4 tables were eating. The food was delicious. My Southwest shrimp bowl is like a salad with rice and shrimp. Delicious.

Chain restaurants get a bad rap, oftentimes deservedly so. But for this Red Lobster, the current 3.3 Yelp rating is way too low in my opinion. We've carried out here before but this was our 1st dine in experience here and it was well worth it. Nice ambiance for a Red Lobster which means nautical-themed and a little dimly lit. Plenty of booths but also a small bar seating area if you need sports on TV. The best, I mean best waitress We've had in years. Friendly without being fake nor forced. Helpful about the menu and about new technology ( yes, they now have touchless pay stations at the table). I felt I was at a family dinner being served by my tech-savvy sister. The other servers were great too. My wife had the daily special: one pound of snow crab ($24) that had 2 "hands" of crab legs. The little that she offered me was very good dipped in the ramekin filled with garlic butter. Of course several famous cheesy garlic biscuits were served at the start of our meal. I ordered the limited time endless shrimp special ($20) and proceeded to devour maybe 3 dozen! They had 7 different styles to choose but my favorite was the grilled skewers, juicy and cooked to perfection. The scampi and coconut offerings were good also-rans. Shrimp size ranged from 45 CT. in the Alfredo to 15 CT. for the butterflied options (Rangoon & coconut). I had no hesitation in asking for more and the staff were not hesitant in bringing out more. And excellent all-around meal, a better experience than I've encountered paying 2 or 3 times more at other fancier yet more pretentious establishments.

I had the Riptide 'Rita and it was so good! - A transparent glass contains a clear beverage with ice, lemon, and lime wedges, placed on a wooden table at a restaurant.

The food was good but pricey. The service was good. The restaurant was nice and clean. Im not a sea food person but they had some items on the menu that I would eat. I also thought the place would smell like sea food but it did not which I was happy about lol

Ventured in with Mom for her to enjoy a restaurant meal for her birthday. It was a quiet night with just a few other diners within. The server did an ok job, however I didn't see any of the servers wearing masks as the restaurant info here states. Unfortunately, I did feel as though the server talked too loudly & listening to his conversation with the diners in the next booth before their departure was not anything I wanted to hear- loudly. The drink Mom ordered from the bar was weak & watered down she said. As for the meal, we both had the Create Your Own Holiday trio & whew! - it did not disappoint! I had a Cesar salad to start, but the cheddar bay biscuits very promptly brought to the table (no butter provided) were dry :( As for our Lobster tails- well, to begin with the lobster meat had not been "lifted" from the shell, so I had to do that first & not too easily done; it's a good thing the lobster was not steaming hot, but by the time I got to eat some, it was barely warm & was chewy from overcooking. :( The Coconut Shrimp was delightful! :) The baked potato & Shrimp Alfredo linguini was good! :) There was soooo much food! Yes, take home leftovers were necessary. And the complimentary birthday dessert for Mom was well presented! :) I don't know that I'll suggest a return to this restaurant, as I've had a better meal at other Red Lobster restaurants than this location.

Red Lobster is a chain that offers a mediocre dining experience with mediocre food and high prices. I went here for a work holiday event, and it is pretty telling when most of dialog afterwards is about "how great the biscuits were" (and they really weren't that great). Shockingly, the service we received was far better than most places, especially considering that we had a table of 11 people. This gave it an extra star on the rating. If you wan't good seafood, go elsewhere. If you're in the neighborhood anyway, and you don't have to pay out of your own pocket, then you'll probably be OK dining here.

The fellas and I dropped in on a Monday evening for endless shrimp. Everything was fantastic. The drinks were not watered down. All the food was piping hot and looked just like the commercials. Even with all the shrimp I could eat I was still jealous of the "3 by the sea" fish and chips being enjoyed by my accomplice. The friendly staff kept us stocked with biscuits and refills. We felt like kings of the sea. The coconut shrimp sauce was a miss. Kinda tasted like cake batter. The shrimp were much better with cocktail sauce or on their own. Fred Lobster should have known better.

Super dry steak (ordered rare got this) - A steak cooked rare with a brown, seared exterior and a pink interior, served with mashed potatoes and a cheesy dish.

Got the surf and turf. Waited about 35 minutes for our order. Waited 20 minutes for 2 drinks and water. The waiter was nice, but spent more time with the table behind us because the customer ended up finding out that her daughter knew the waiter. She held him up by talking his ear off about anything and everything so much so that another customer came to the bar to get his drink because he said he was waiting 20 minutes for a beer he ordered. Once our food finally got to us, my steak which I ordered rare came out medium well, medium at best. The lobster was beyond overcooked. Rubbery and flavorless. The mashed potatoes were crusty on the top. Only thing that was "decent" was the Mac and cheese. Used to love the food and then guest but pretty much gonna opt out of eating there again. Definitely not worth the 145.00 we paid. Ambience is run down to say the least. Old interior.

I have been to this Red Lobster over a decade ago. I went with a former friend (he's deceased) who wanted a To Go order of Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I waited with him while his order was packed. Recently Schmoopie wanted to have an alternative to the regular dinner that he usually orders at a different restaurant. He ordered the Three Shrimp Combination. He likes that dinner or meal. I ordered the Crab Stuffed Flounder. It's listed in the menu as "Stuffed Flounder." The server did a good job. There was another person who asked me if I wanted a refill before my glass was empty. I told that person no... because refills aren't complimentary on half cranberry half pineapple juice. There isn't a full bar. I didn't ask if there was grapefruit juice... but maybe next time I will. There was plenty of seats at the bar (which is 21 years and older only). There weren't any little kids that I could see inside this Red Lobster... maybe they were in a different section though. When it was time to pay the bill on the device sitting on the table... I had to alert the server that there was an error. There was another table's drinks and meals on the display or tablet part. She swiped her card (probably an employee override card) and the correct items were displayed. Schmoopie and I paid... the light was green... and we left. I asked for a box for the rest of my meal. I didn't touch the coleslaw (which was one of the sides I ordered with my entree). I boxed up two of Schmoopie's garlic shrimp as well. Schmoopie and I noticed that some of the pictures and flags were still up from when I was inside this Red Lobster over a decade ago. I think it was about 2005 or so when I was first inside this Red Lobster. There were four Asian women who left before Schmoopie and myself. One of the elderly Asian women touched some of the red leaves on the poinsettia plant that was near the server's station in the middle of the restaurant. After a larger group left the section that Schmoopie and I were seated in... the restaurant wasn't loud. I think there were about eight or nine people seated at that back table or half table half booth. I recommend the Stuffed Flounder. We will be back.

Lots of mature patrons. ie. not young. Wife ordered the Denver omelette, I did the ribeye steak breakfast. Steak is marked as market price. At this time it means $29.95. Food came out pretty quickly. Sadly we had some problems. The ribeye cut is pretty thin. First time out came out raw in the middle, the refire cooked it too much. Quite a bit of fat on the cut. Not a huge fan and wouldn't order it again. Hash browns were not super warm, over easy eggs were fine. They offer two sizes of omelette, wife was going to get the full and take some home. Didn't specify and server didn't ask. Ended up getting the half omelette, evidently. OK. Don't really cook the veggies much and they were pretty crunchy. Again hash browns just warm. With tip meal was north of $55. Servers were friendly and accommodating Not sure we will return. Bummer

It's a nice family atmosphere here. I just felt welcome the min I came in. The simple decoration with messages written on a black board gave the place a homely feel. The friendly welcome I got from all the staff and the food. The menu made me think with I wanted. And the portions made me regret what I ordered. Not really I regretted I didn't have a bigger stomach. ;) There was no way I could finish my food in one setting. I got good old biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs. I feel I got a potful of sausage and gravy instead of a ladleful. I couldn't find my biscuits for a few seconds. I also got a side order of sausage. Yea it was too much. Overall five stars. Great tasting stick to your bones meal. Even when it's reheated. The service was on the spot. She worked hard and kept smiling the whole time. And for the price well, well, WELL worth it.
