I buy the regular barbecue sauce by the bottle at my local grocery store however I've never had the Polynesian and they have it at the same store so I figure a couple little packets to make sure I like it. Place was nice and clean, the men's room was out of paper towels however I told the guy behind the counter and he immediately went back there and fixed it so that's a good thing. I was there at 10:00 in the morning, and I didn't have any idea that they actually serve breakfast at Chick-fil-A. I get up at 1:00 in the morning so at 10:00 a.m. I'm ready for lunch anyways, so I ordered a chicken sandwich. Wasn't until they actually had it made for me before I realized, when I saw the sign, that they serve breakfast until 10:30. I'm bringing this up because I have been at a McDonald's for example in the past and tried to order a fish fillet at 9:30 a.m. while breakfast was still going on and they wouldn't do it. I don't know if that is still a thing or not however chick-fil-A apparently it isn't because I was able to score lunch during the breakfast hours. Of course not knowing that they actually serve breakfast I have to go back now and try a couple sandwiches. But anyway overall a good experience, I didn't read any other reviews on this particular location to figure out why they've only got less than three stars however as far as I'm concerned everything was good. The music blaring from the speaker over our table was fine but not really conducive to pleasant dining and certainly not what we would expect at an Italian restaurant. We had to raise our voices to be heard over the bar chatter. I think that we hit this place under some bad circumstances so I wouldn't write them off. Give them a try and you might have better luck than we did.
