Turkey chili great flavor, VERY ENJOYABLE
    Brian R.

I haven't been at Panera Bread for a long time! First off our cashier at the front was awesome! Great personality! I like they way you order when you eat in, seems to me COVID safe and the ordering is simple and goes pretty quickly. You get a pager to let you know when your meal is ready. I got my meal in fairly decent time. I got the turkey Chili with the Cobb salad. The chili was really good , much appreciated for the cold Night I went in. The Cobb salad was also very good, and what I would call above average. I don't often go to Panera but this visit made me far more Likely to go back. Strongly recommended!!

Half of a Sesame chicken salad, my favorite!

I haven't been to a Panera in a while but my sister talked me into it and I was craving a salad anyways. A major change is that everyone orders from kiosks now rather than at the register. I guess that's fine but some people might not like that. I ordered the same thing I used to order in the past, half a sesame chicken salad and half of a toasted frontega turkey sandwich. Order took about 5 minutes to arrive and they call/text you when it's ready. The hardest part was finding a clean table to sit at, because every single table was either being used or was dirty but we eventually found a decent one. My food was good and exactly how I remembered it. The frontega chicken sandwich was skimpy but had good flavors. My order plus an iced green tea was $18 so it's a little pricey for what you get in my opinion. All and all we had a nice quick / semi healthy meal and left satisfied.

Autumn Squash soup with pumpkin seeds

My wife and I got home at night and we had a power outage so rather than sit in the dark and eat we went out to Panera bread! We both ordered the Autumn Squash soup and a sandwich. The soup was nice and creamy and hit the spot on a cold windy night. It was a little sweet though. I would've enjoyed it just as much without as much honey or whatever they put in there to sweeten it up. Still - it was creamy and tasty. The sandwich I ordered was a roasted turkey and avocado BLT. It was a good sandwich too - their food is so fresh that you really can't go wrong here. Mine came with a side of chips, an apple, or bread - I went with chips which were great. It had been a while since I had eaten at Panera- it's still great!

No problem n no worries. This is bout the baking position no problem n no worries at all. No sweat at all no sweat at all

Soufflés waiting to be cooked while everyone stands around talking.

The location in Greece is a mess. Soufflés are always available to be ordered via the app; however when you arrive to the location, they never have them available. My last encounter on 6/27/24 approx 0830, I ordered two soufflés via the app. I arrived to the location and was informed that they didn't have any soufflés available. It would take approx 20 minutes to bake more. Meanwhile the soufflés were sitting in the back waiting to be cooked and several team members just standing around chatting.

    Green Goddess sandwich
    Bridget L.

$10.99 for the green goddess sandwich , which was heavy on bread and light on everything else. There was more caprese on the very dirty carpet than on my sandwich. Slow service, only 1 of the kiosks was functional and only 1 person taking orders. The restaurant was filthy. Very disappointing.

I absolutely love their plain pizza. I really like their broccoli cheddar soup as well. It really hits the spot, and the flatbread pizza is even great reheated!

They did not give Briana her chicken on her chicken salad. And her bread was rock hard. :'(

My friend and I both got a small cup of gelato. I sampled the cookie butter flavor and it was amazing! I opted for two flavors in my bowl so I ended up with cookie butter and cake batter and it was soooo good! I was surprised they had been open for 16 years when I inquired. Before leaving I decided I could get a few cookies to go to bring home for my parents. The woman who served us was very personable and i learned she loved in Rocky Mount NC for 18 years! We bonded over the fact there is no good, authentic Italian food in the south. It was a cute atmosphere with amazing prices! I was sooo surprised to learn that they had a full menu bc the dessert displays were exceptional! Thanks for an awesome experience!

Order at the counter and your food will be brought to you at your indoor or outdoor table. There is a discount if paying in cash. Sometimes the service can be slow if they are busy - there is usually one person working, occasionally two. There is a large menu of Italian-American classics including pasta, salads, sandwiches, and meals like eggplant Parmesan. Portions are generous for the price. Don't forget the full case of cookies, cake slices, and arancini, all of which can be boxed up to go.

We ordered burgers, Tex-Mex and EJ's original, which were both very tasty. I loved the Avocado and pepper jack on mine, and the EJ's original had great flavor as well. Our orders came with a pickle and some fries. *Portion size here is huge. My BF and I could have easily split one burger. We sat in the bar/lounge area to eat, and the service was great! Would come back again if we ever stayed at this hotel in the future.

Lots of gold and beige with splashes of bright colors here and there. Kind of a warm contemporary feel. It is quiet and relaxing. A great place to go to eat great food and talk. The service, when I have been there, has always been great. The servers are welcoming and friendly. They serve complimentary hot rolls with whipped butter. Yum! The menu is small. Everything including appetizers, salads, entrees, and desserts fit on one page. This place is kind of pricey but, hey, it's a three star hotel restaurant. I expected that it would be pricey. An entree costs anywhere from $10-30. It is expensive but the food is great! They don't serve anything that you think would be fantastic but it is!! For example, I had the turkey blt. But this is no ordinary sandwich. It is served on toasted sourdough bread with this amazing lemon and herb mayonnaise that takes the sandwich to a whole other level. And they didn't skimp out on the bacon either! I don't know why this place has been getting such low reviews. Maybe I'm just not a picky eater at all but I thought the food, service, and atmosphere were great. I gave 4/5 stars because it is a little over priced.

We walked through the door, and you order and pay at the register before sitting. I don't mind this set up, butttt the register does ask you to tip. My husband wasn't sure how service would be, so he did 15%. A waitress did bring our drinks and food out to the patio! The patio was AWESOME! Nice and shady, umbrellas, light music playing. Great ambience and location! The wait was short, and definitely worth it! The food - amazing! Comically large plate of Italian Mac & Cheese made its way to me, and it was so good! Cheesy, crispy bread crumbs, cavatappi! Perfecto! My husband had the PLT sandwich, which was also huge, and so yummy! The pesto spread on the Prosciutto was amazing, fresh. Bread was crunchy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. My pre-schooler rounded out our meals with an order of garlic fries, which were crispy and loaded with garlic and cheese. Loved it! Definitely have plans to return already! The only thing I would change is paying at the end. Waitress kept my drink filled, and was working hard. Weird to tip in the beginning.

Overall, the friendly service really stood out, but I probably wouldn't go back.
