Panera on West Ridge Road is outstanding because of the employees they are so kind it's the employees that make me come back. The food choices are strange but it's still a fantastic restaurant it's clean well organized it's a stress relief. I do recommend going there for breakfast and try and the ciabatta scrambled egg cheese and bacon it's the best deal and it's real wholesome food. I will definitely be going back. Don't forget to use a Panera card because I found out that it gives you free cookies. read more

GREAT DELIVERY! I've ordered delivery about 7 times and they're so fast. I receive my order within a half hour. That being said it is a little pricey and sometimes the sandwiches don't taste as good as they do bought in store and the lettuce is wilted. Well, Panera did it again. Provided a great meal for 10 at a decent price but, once again shorted us on 2 items. We received delivery, which cost about 10% of your total order! When I complained that 2 employees didn't get a lunch today all I was told was "wow, we messed up". I was told they'll send a gift certificate to cover the missing items. When I told them "thank you since we've already paid for them" I received a "you're welcome, anything else I can help you with?" I was looking for a refund? How can you take money for something that you didn't deliver? Isn't that theft? Well, we'll never order from Panera again since, they obviously, dont have this delivery thing down . read more

Huge Panera fan. This one is nice and close to my house. I have stopped in several times since they opened. I also get them on GrubHub a lot. I don't have any complaints except there seems to never be enough seating; it is always so busy. I just discovered their Green Goddess salad dressing...in love. read more

The 24th was my daughter's birthday, so I decided to take advantage of Panera's free delivery. Unfortunately, I forgot to use the code and ended up having to pay. That was not the only unfortunate thing with my order. My daughter got the "classic grilled cheese." The picture of the sandwich looked great - unfortunately not the reality. Her sandwich was quite small and NOT grilled. Therefore, the cheese was NOT melted. Basically she got a piece of cheese between two pieces of bread. A first grader could have done better. The mac and cheese was equally gross. It was congealed with little clumps of macaroni throughout. It also had an odd taste. Lastly, the bread that accompanied the mac & cheese and soup was stale and hard as nails. All in all a horrible meal, a waste of money (over $40) and ruined a birthday experience. The food always taste fresh, the service is good, and it's a nice place to meet someone for a work meeting, or even to bring my laptop and get stuff done on my own. Wife & I are doing a cross country trip, visiting relatives. Stopped here, not the best or worst Panera we have been to, but... we had curt /rude? service from front area and food pickup. Items were forgotten and one item was the incorrect one ordered. I was not going to write any comments, but I went to get a second cup of coffee and the urns were empty. Hazelnut & dark were bone dry at 9 a.m. Lastly, no large lids for my wife's tea. Our travels on Interstate 40 were excellent at the Panera's we stopped at, I just hope our north route becomes better. read more

I like Panera and have been coming here casually for a few years. It's a good place to go with others, alone, to do work, or to meet clients. Overall, the food is very good. I think it's often overpriced (I usually order cheap stuff and it's still high in price), but it's high quality and I'm usually happy with whatever I order. I would highly recommend the broccoli and cheddar soup, as this is among the best soups I've ever had. It goes well with the french baguette. (Try it with Tabasco sauce too.) It's a calm, relaxed place to go and anyone is likely to find something they'd like on the menu. It's a nice place to go for coffee and dessert. They usually have an assortment of coffees and teas, and they each come with free refills. It's good quality too. The menu can be confusing. It's not clear which items go with what, how much it will cost, and what things can be combined with which. Their point system is also confusing. Every time I'm in Panera, someone is complaining about the menu's lack of clarity. I go often enough and even I have problems. Another complaint I have about this particular location is that it crowds easily. Its linear design makes it very hard to work around the people who are already seated, and usually doing anything (walking to the drink machine, finding a seat, grabbing your food, finding the garbage can) usually requires hiking through a crowd of people and tables. Also, you never know how many people will be there. If you go at any time, it could be almost empty (feeling like they're about to close even though it's 6:00pm), and sometimes it can be massively crowded. If someone is loud, the sound will carry throughout the restaurant, which is very annoying. read more

This Panera is pretty cool. I used to come here because my fiancee and my friend worked here and I would stop in and say hi. I didn't really care for the food at first because it wasn't anything I couldn't make in a snap myself and it tended to be mostly just cold cuts and salads. However, once I started coming more often, I found their menu had expanded and now included more items I enjoy. Their hazelnut coffee is very good. I usually get that as a beverage, although the crazy iced teas they have are awesome too. I hope people don't get the impression that the sandwiches and soups are any healthier than other moderately-fast food places. Most people neglect the sodium content, which is still quite high with their sandwiches. However, if you go out to eat, that's a factor you face... anyway I'll get off my nutrition soapbox and continue to objectively review this place... The location isn't the best as it can be somewhat difficult to access from Ridge Road and the parking lot gets pretty crowded. But at least it's a safe place. Just be careful in the winter. Coming up (or down) that ramp when it's slushy and icy can be a challenge. So I have no issues with this place except I've noticed that the table cleaning is a bit slower than expected. I've seen dirty tables go uncleaned for over an hour. Otherwise, I'm down to come here every now and then. read more

My wife and I went on a busy Saturday during lunch time. We ordered on the in-house kiosk and got ourselves a seat on a crowded day where hardly any tables were vacant. We both chose to go for Take 2 or Pick 2 option on the menu. My wife ordered the French Onion Soup and Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich. I ordered the Chicken n Wild Rice soup and Mediterranean Chicken flatbread. The order took a long time to be ready, almost 25 or 30 minutes. However, the wait was worth it because the food was of high quality - in terms of taste and freshness. We also ordered a blueberry muffin which was OK, not so good, but not so bad. I've had a better blueberry muffin at a Perkins restaurant. Tip: Customize your sandwich and avoid tomatoes if you want to avoid getting your sandwich dripping all of the tomato juices onto the plate. It becomes a mess while eating. The chicken flatbread was excellent as was the chicken n wild rice soup. My wife couldn't finish her french onion soup because it had more than sufficient onions in it and she's not that much a great fan of eating a lot of onions in a soup. Her sandwich was good. Bonus: We got a surprise in the form of 2 chocolate chip cookies which were given COMPLETELY FREE. I guess it was given as a COMPLIMENTARY item to us because of the long wait time that we faced to get our food. We will definitely try Panera at a nearby location from our home (we went to this one for some personal work). I know that there is one in Brighton. Do try it out if you want to have a healthy soup and sandwich combo. read more

I'll start by saying it's a major FAIL that Panera moved about 1 block from a location with crappy parking (next to Party City) to building a new site (still in front of the Mall) which unfortunately came with - crappy parking. Again. Two thumbs up on a Drive-thru though. The inside is spacious but again, where are these people parking? We all know Panera is overpriced but it's also so delicious. I had a half Turkey/Apple/Cheddar sandwich on Cranberry Nut Bread and it was OUTSTANDING. I had a side of Mac & Cheese and while delicious and creamy, it wasn't hot enough. I come here a couple times a month for lunch because it is nearby my workplace. I always phone in my order and usually never have a delay. The only thing I get here is the frontega chicken sandwich (tip: ask for extra chipotle mayo on the side - Delish!) There is usually a pretty long line because I go around lunchtime, but I skip the order line and usually talk to Joshua in catering to pay for my order. The downside of Panera is always the price of their food. I cringe a little each time I get cashed out as I think about what kind of profit margins this place must have and how I am another sucker who is paying too much for a small sandwich and cup of soup. read more

For the second time in a month I drove thru the take out window to pick up an order that was placed on line. Or the second time it was wrong when I got back to my office. This time, when I went back, I asked to talk to the manager. They found the order I was supposed to pick up and then said that the name I was picking it up for "Scarlata" was close to the name they gave me "Giardalo". And that's why they screwed it up. No apology, just an excuse. Don't remember what the excuse was last time but bad customer service. And btw, I used to go there three times a week for their chicken noodle soup (Wright watchers 3 point meal!). They now have a "new and improved" soup which is not good at all. This panera sucks. I got rapid pickup they forgot my smoothie then gave me the wrong one. No napkins or silverware and no baguette that I paid for. Asked for extra dressing and it came with a 1/2 tiny cup of dressing. Ive been to the Henrietta webster and Brighton locations and they've never fucked up my orders. The greece location always does. Hated this Panera's, usually since I'm not from here I don't order here, I usually do a different Panera's. This Panera's that I'm reviewing deserves 1 star, theyre food was like a McDonald's, I ordered something simple (a grilled cheese) and it smelled weird, look disgusting and greasy, all the other Panera's I go to don't do this so I have to throw shade at this Panera's, it was nasty, so my advice to you is don't go to this Panera's, it's disgusting, I don't know about other Panera's near here because I'm out of town but they can't be worse than this one, Panera's has very high standards but I guess they didn't apply them to this one. read more

I normally love Panera. I come here prob 3 to 4 times a week. and my favorites are the orange scone and mango smoothie. although this past visit when ordering a smoothie. I watched this employee make my smoothie using a unclean container with dirty spoons and everything. she half rinsed it and I could still see the remainants of the last smoothie in there. gross makes me double think ordering even though its my all time favorite place to eat. makes me sad. :( read more

Ordered in the drive thru and noticed half our order missing when we arrived at home. Called and complained and the manager stated a voucher would be mailed to us. Five weeks later and still nothing. Went back and complained at drive thru and was given my next order for free... Opened bag and that order was missing things as well. The old saying comes into play.
