I thought the burger and the milkshake were absolutely fabulous, super flavorful and delicious, but the fries were awful, wet and so soggy and kind of cold. We came in on a really busy evening so it took a little while for our order, but the weight wasn't too bad. They had people waiting for food. The staff was super friendly in the restaurant was pretty clean. Overall, I would probably come back again, but I would not get the fries.

From the moment we walked in, the restaurant appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The dining area looked run-down, and the overall cleanliness was concerning. The food preparation and presentation were subpar, and the staff appeared disorganized and slow. The kitchen was visible from our table, and it did not appear to be clean or well-kept. After only a few bites of our meals, we decided to throw the food away and leave. This restaurant came highly recommended, which made the experience even more disappointing. We ordered french fries with cheese sauce on the side a holiday cookie shake, which is sugar cookie, frozen custard top with whipped cream and sprinkles, a big Shack and a regular Shack burger. Everything was delicious, but I do have to say that I ordered my burger well done and I noticed it wasn't, but that's okay. I also really like in Henrietta that they have a drive-through, but they're lacking here in Greece which is sad. This place is a fast casual restaurant that focuses on a variety of themed hot dogs, as well as garbage plates, including a famous vegan plate. The hot dog combos are all named after dog breeds. While there are tables inside, I've never seen it less than 100% full. There is also a cute patio area out front for outdoor dining. The variety of hot dogs are so creative and unique, and they are all delicious!
