The service is atrocious. Waited twenty minutes for two simple orders and then soup was barely warm. Restaurant was basically empty but they were busy with "bagging orders" instead of serving in store customers. The food was good. The cleaning woman kept sweeping around and under our table while we were eating and kept apologizing however kept doing it. This Panera is okay, nothing extraordinary. All but once, they get my order correct, and that one time I think I caused the confusion. The property is very clean and well kept and like all Panera's, they have outside seating, just it is along a busy road so a little noisy. If you go during busy hours, do yourself a favor and order ahead(long lines). So why the three stars and not more? Lately my food portions have been getting smaller and smaller, seems as if they are trying to maintain profit margins without having to raise price. read more

Typical Panera Bread restaurant. Food is similar to others. Place is crazy during lunch hours, so I would either go early or a little later to avoid the mad rush. The back counter area where you pick up your food gets so crowded that I would not go here during peak lunch time. Food is healthier then most other chains, so if you are watching your weight, this place is a good option. read more

I love the Green Goddess salad but maybe this location will one day get it right! Out of the 10 times I've gotten this salad (hoping for the best) MAYBE once it was correct. Panera Bread is definitely a better choice than a lot of places you could eat. The CEO recently announced that in the next several year they are going to be phasing out a lot of artificial ingredients and GMO. This is likely because people have been doing a lot of their own research on stuff and are demanding it as consumers. I have been doing the Pick 2 combos when I have gone their recently. I am steadily making my way through all the soup selections that I am interested in. (lemon chicken orzo was too lemony, the black bean with kale was really good) The service is usually fast-sometimes (and this was me when I had never been to a Panera and was not familiar with the menu) you get people on the line who ask a lot of questions and that seems to slow things down but once you order the food comes pretty quickly. read more

We showed up at about 11:30 for lunch. There were three people on register, then two, then one very, very slow cashier. He mumbled so I had to ask him several times what he was asking me. I ordered the Mediterranean veggie sandwich, which sounded really good. Tomato basil bread is my favorite, I was pretty excited. There were a few other people waiting for their food. The women running the food line seemed very agitated and too bothered to even call out people's names. The woman handing the food out slapped a platter down with what I guessed to be my sandwich. It was dripping from how much vinegar they put on it and was basically falling apart the entire time I ate it. Just a very messy meal. My friend and I both bought pastries, of which were extremely dry and hard. It was overall a disappointing meal. I had to wait in line for ten minutes (with just one person in front of me the entire time) to ask for a glass for water. Will most likely not return to this location. read more

When you order for pick up it's because you don't have time to wait so take advantage of the time and when you get there they don't find your order or order is completed and somebody else took it. Negatives: The Food Cold Cuts are terrible. The long long lines at lunchtime, and the waiting, the waiting... try to find a table...there are the same people over and over there hanging out using the WiFi with their long gone coffee, taking up space, and leaving people looking to just sit down with their meal! Management is non-existent, no one is paying attention! I haven't seen anyone come around to clean up or tell the WiFi time wasters to move along, move along... Pros: Good Tomato Soup with Rye Bread works for me, and the cherry pastry with hot coffee satisfies. read more

I placed my order online and when I got to the store it wasn't ready, but that's fine. it was busy. I get back to work and I am missing a baquette, supposed to be 4 only got 3. also missing the ladle to serve the soup into the smaller bowls.I called and the phone just rang and rang. I called back and finally someone answered, I asked for a manager and she answered the phone and told me she was taking orders and was busy. I have a issue and I need to speak to someone. big and beautiful place with outdoor tables. I work as a sub at a daycare nearby so my bus drops me off about 40 minutes early so I sit there, have a coffee and some food and walk out the door twenty minutes later, for my walk to my job. The workers were pleasant and the coffee always hot. Prices are so-so but atmosphere is worth it. read more

I love this Panera! The manager gave me a pretty good military discount (he mentioned the discount varies by store/managers). The long line went by pretty quick and our food was ready at a decent time. The manager even helped my sister bring one of our trays to our table. I overheard one of the employees who was wiping a table if he could get a seated customer a cup of water since she had an empty cup. The same employee also grabbed my empty tray as I got up to leave. I really wish I caught his name. He was definitely going beyond his job description! read more

I ordered Rapid Pick up but when I got there no one knew of my order. After 10 mins someone hesitantly started my order. I asked for the manager, I requested at least two people work on my order because now I was late for work. One worker tried to blame me for the mix up and seemed annoyed that I was waiting for my order. I caught this same worker making fun of me and the situation. Very poor customer service to say the least. I've had problems before here with simple orders but I've always tried to have patience. This Panera Bread gets really busy which is why I was showed to use the kias by a young lady with braces and blonde curly hair serving food to tables. The line was almost out the door and I was in a hurry to take my son to his karate practice. I asked the young lady for help and she kindly helped me use the kias to order my meal. I felt welcomed by the way she conversated with me after we finished ordering my meal and not rushed. She was really friendly to my son. I took a seat and waited for my meal which came in about 5-6 minutes. The young lady checked my bag and realized there was a soup missing soo she replaced it , Thank God because I wasn't going to be able to come back for it .The food was delicious and I made it on time for my sons practice. read more

I love Panera Bread. It's literally my go to place to eat. Today was my first day at this particular location and I literally waited my entire lunch break (30 minutes) for my food to be ready. I only ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad with an Apple. That's it. I understand that around lunch time it should be expected to wait a little more than usual, but 30 minutes? That's ridiculous. I like the food especially the pick 2 because you get a choice and it's much healthier than the pile of fries they give you at a diner whether you want them or not. But why do they treat butter like it was gold?! Panera comes from the Latin word for bread. What goes with bread? Butter! If you get bread as your side you have to ask for butter and half the time they forget to give it to you or tell you where to find it yourself but it isn't there. read more
