Panera has a sweet spot in my heart since I spend a lot of time here for work. They always have plenty of seating so you will have no problem getting stuff done. The food isn't as bad as people think. They have a bunch of different pastries too including cookies/croissants/muffins etc. I like the soup and salads for lunch. The good news is you can get decent food at a good price. You probably won't be wow'd but who cares. Its Panera.

It took 1 hour to prepare my $90 order for 7 people! At least my food was ready on time and decently put together, for a change. If you haven't noticed, the salad bowls have gotten shallow, while the price has gone up. The Greek salad for which I paid $8.19 was pathetic! Panera continues to set the example in poor value for the money!

Their idea of a Cuban sandwich. They were out of ham.

Not a huge fan. I'm disappointed because they are often out of main ingredients and they take a long time to fill orders. I've ordered ahead with the app a few times in the past two months, and most of the time that 8 minutes stretches to a half hour. I ordered a Cuban sandwich, they were out of ham. I ordered the poppyseed salad, they were out of mandarins. One day they lost my order completely & I had to show it to them on my phone. A lady who was there waiting had the same issue, but she didn't have the confirmation with her because a coworker had placed the order. By the time the coworker was able to get the email confirmation over to her, their meeting was over. I keep hoping things will improve because I like their soups & salads, but the Paramus location is much more customer savvy.

This Panera used to ALWAYS mess up something about my order. I found this amusing, since they have to give a free pastry when this happens. Why lose money instead of doing your job correctly? The soups are very good, but the temperatures can vary. The chicken on their chipotle chicken sandwiches is absolutely disgusting. This only recently became an issue, so I'm not sure what happened. It's comparable to rubber; no exaggerations. The pastries range from fresh to stale. I've had much better experiences at Panera's in Paramus and Manhattan.

Plastic mixed in with the noodles and veggies of the home style chicken noodle soup

I ordered a you pick two combo. I ate the Sandwich first, at this point I kind of wish I didn't. The reason I say that is because while eating my soup, I found plastic wrap in it. The plastic was mixed in with noodles and veggies, luckily I saw it before I ate it. The chicken noodle soup was also terrible. I'm not sure if they changed the recipe or what, but it was absolutely disgusting. Some may say "it's only a piece of plastic", or "it's probably part of the packaging" but for me any time I find anything in my food that's not suppose to be there I throw it out. I will not be returning to this Panera

$12 for a bread and two slices of meat? Is this a joke? I see other reviews with similar complaints and pics to back it up. Only go here if you're looking to get ripped off. Literally fraudsters.

Imagine paying 7 bucks for 2 slices of American sliced bread and a bit of cheese. But hey, if your rich, that won't be a problem.

It was delicious! The pulled chicken was flavorful, and the pickled onions and cucumbers added a perfect crunch and zest that complemented the brown rice and kale beautifully. I chose to order directly from the staff instead of using the kiosks since it was my first visit, and I'm glad I did! They were incredibly friendly and helpful, even wiping down the outdoor tables for me. The prices are pretty standard for a fast-casual spot.

Their tag line of "Eat Juicy Chicken" compelled us in. Unfortunately, our first time was a bit of a flop. First, the positives. Placing your order is a cinch, either with one of many kiosks or with the folks at the counter. We opted for the latter since it was our first visit and we were paying with cash. Service at the counter was warm and friendly. While waiting for our meal, we also took notice of the wide array of pumps by the drink dispenser. They're all free sauces you can get to dress up your meal. But that was precisely where things kind of went meh. My husband's boneless breast meal was heavily sauced and rendered the whole thing a little too salty. My chicken Caesar salad was just fine, but I craved more texture (some croutons would've killed). I keep comparing our ho-hum experience to others who've raved about their meals here, and I think our mistake was two-fold: 1) We didn't order a chicken sandwich. I should've known better - when most of the signature items on a menu gravitate toward one type of item, it's a restaurant's way of hinting at their strengths. Opting to order a salad and a grilled chicken at a fried chicken place was a bad start. Learn from my mistakes. 2) We paired a saucy chicken with saucy sides. All three items in my husband's order - the meat, the Brussel sprouts, and the potatoes - were generously drizzled with a sauce. It's no wonder our taste buds breathed a sigh of relief whenever we had a bite of undressed crinkle cut fries; we were assaulting our mouths with salt and flavor. If you're a saucy person, have at it ; otherwise, I'd recommend creating a more balanced plate and ordering a few things without sauce so you can appreciate the cooking. Because in my heart of hearts, I believe items are well-prepared here; they're just doused in too much covering to be appreciated.

Solid brunch spot with happy vibes…read more Some friends and I came for brunch, and one of our gluten-free friends suggested this spot because it's such a vegan/vegetarian/GF-friendly spot. The menu is deep and it's easy to get lost in the pages of choices. At a friend's recommendation, I tried the short rib hash. It's a bed of crispy tater tots, blanketed with tender short ribs, two eggs (prepared however you'd like), and a drizzle of three different sauces: hollandaise, sriracha aioli, and a cheese sauce. This was rich and decadent and the first few bites were fantastic. As you can imagine, the underlying tater tots got a little soggy towards the end and all the sauces felt a tad rich to truly finish the whole thing. Service was all right, though it was interesting how order deliveries were divvied up. We had a main server who took care of most of our needs, but several others who dropped by to deliver drinks and still another to bus tables. In the mix, some of our drink orders got mixed up and only the people in our party who explicitly asked for waters got them. Inside, the space is brightly lit and attractive. There's a good amount of seating, but on a Sunday lunch hour there was a small wait so it might be worth calling ahead if you're expecting to arrive during a heavy mealtime or coming with a large party. Bite is located in a larger complex with plenty of parking, but since there are so many other eateries and cafes, things can get a little tight around weekend lunch or dinner hours.

This vibrant culinary tapestry weaves together indigenous ingredients, European techniques, African traditions, and Asian influences to create some of the world's most exciting and diverse food experiences. We've passed this restaurant many times on a busy River Road in Fair Lawn and decided to stop in. Upon entering this warm and cozy interior without a reservation as first-timers, my partner and I managed to locate a table outside on this summer-like day. Juany's Cafe is a cozy, family-run establishment making a great impression as a place for brunch on locals and visitors. The owner is Peruvian, and the Mexican cook began in the kitchens of his homeland, known for its authentic Latin-inspired cuisine. We decided on the Latin bowl with marinated steak accompanied by black beans, sautéed veggies, avocado, and sweet plantains & Grilled Chicken Burritos with Sweet Potato Fries. Complimentary fruit salad started our meal. All ingredients were fresh, and the seasonings were unique with their bold flavors. There was a wait time for food as everything was homemade, made to order, and well presented. The prices were more than reasonable considering the quality of the food. Our server was friendly and accommodating. The service was a bit slow due to a large party group. Brunch is the norm here, but we can't wait to try it out for dinner.
