This location unfortunately often has issues. I tell myself I won't go back and I do and put myself through a new bad experience. This time I went before the 12:00 lunch rush hour. I waited for 30 minutes! One worker said to pickup the order by the counter. The woman behind the counter was overwhelmed and annoyed with everyone asking for their meals, that she snapped and said pick up orders on the other side. Just poor communication between staff. They continued to take orders but failed to tell new guest they were 30mins behind on orders. For people stopping in on their lunch break they should know so they can go somewhere else. Once I received my order which was teriyaki bowl. It was not even half full. Every thing was dumped in. It was horrible and looked like a left over dinner. I'm sorry Panera you cannot continue operate this way and think we will continue to come back. Something had got to change. read more

I've been frequenting this location because my pup's vet is across the street....i usually pick up a coffee and the apple-cinnamon crunch muffin which is yummy. Simple, no nonsense....staff always friendly and quick, place clean and convenient. Coffee here is always hot and like other locations, offer a hazelnut flavor....counter freshly stocked with milk, half-n-half, sugar, syrup, etc...never an issue. And if I'm around for lunch, i'll opt for the Pick Two items...that way you get to try the different sandwiches, salads and soups without committing to a large portion but ALL the salads are yummy....can't vouch for the soups as my go-to soup is the tomato or southwestern. YUM! Plenty of outdoor seating so you can bring your doggie and dine comfortably. read more

Should've read the reviews on this place before coming here, but that's what you get when you're hungry and in a hurry. Ordered a chipotle chicken breakfast wrap to with about five orders in front of me. Waited almost 20 minutes to get it. While I was waiting, one of the women ahead of me in line was talking to an employee about how others who ordered after her got their orders before her-- and when her order finally did come out, it was wrong. Food was mediocre. The chipotle sauce was strangely sweet but it was otherwise okay. I guess I won't come back if I'm pressed for time. read more

One, acknowledge people when they walk in. Don't stare like they are an inconvenience and ignore them. About the young man wearing a hat wearing his plastic gloves and playing with his hair and adjusting his hat...stop that.You work around food you should know better. Too bad about all of this.This is not the first time things have been way off in this location. read more

I don't understand panera's employee logic. My husband and I went to Panera this morning. It was about 11:35am. They had about 9 soufflés left. We wanted to buy a few and they would not sell them to us because it was after 11:30. Half the time I go in there they don't even have them and today I was so excited they had so many. Only to be disappointed they would not sell them. :( read more

On this insanely hot summer day (105F in Dublin today :/ ) I was looking to get some light and refreshing lunch. Panera's curbside pickup worked out excellent! Ordered the Fuji Apple and chicken salad using the website and order was ready in 10 mins. Waited at the curbside pick up area in the parking lot and I was handed my salad by a lovely employee (wearing a mask to abide by the Covid rules). Ah, never having to leave the blasting AC in my car was ideal. And the salad was delicious!! Exactly what I wanted. The combination of apple chips, pecans, gorgonzola cheese, and perfectly cooked savory chicken with the sweet white balsamic vinaigrette hit the spot. read more

It's okay. Before, when I visited, it seemed to be a bit ghetto. They had a broken table and the bathroom wasn't very clean. But it looks much better now. You can bypass the line and order at these touch panels to the right. I got 1/2 tuna salad sandwich. It was fine. Bread was fresh, but a little too dense. Tuna salad tasted as expected. Tomato was okay, lettuce was fresh. Not too exciting. Side salad with vinaigrette was also as expected. Like that they have many different combos...each item has many custom options. For example, I added grilled onions and cucumbers to my sandwich. And it worked nicely. DH got a soba broth bowl with chicken. This item is no longer available. I couldn't find it on Panera's website. He says, "It's a nice change from a sandwich". He also had to endure my teasing. Who goes to Panera to order a soba noodle bowl? Lol. DH says, "It was perfectly acceptable for being at Panera." read more

Placed an order 9/27/22 around 9:30am and my bagel came with no cheese and the worker claimed it had cheese but it was just mayo! the other breakfast sandwich lacked chipotle sauce and tasted so dry! I told them scramble egg on sandwich and instead they put sunny side eggs! Too many mistakes and the Latte wasn't good either! Worker was rude! I will not go there anymore!! Placed an online order for a large brocolli mac and cheese at this location along with two other items. Collected my order and found out that they gave me a cup of brocolli and cheese soup instead of the brocolli mac and cheese. So called them and they asked me to come back and get the right ordered item. So went back in, spoke to a lady "Anna" who looked at my online order receipt and said you didn't order a large brocollic mac and cheese. Made it sound as though I was wrong and she was doing me a favor by giving me a large brocolli mac and cheese. At no point did she acknowledge or say sorry that they gave me the wrong order and inconvenienced by making me drive 5 miles back and forth 2 times to collect the order. Not sure what kind of customer service this is where the restaurant messes up the order and makes you feel that you are in the wrong for asking them to correct the order. This is not what I expected from Panera bread. read more

Horrible experience. This was my first time coming to the Panera on this side of Dublin and the broccoli cheddar soup was so old and jiggly not tasting any good what so ever. I went to the manager to see if I could get it replaced and she was straight up rude saying it wasn't old and she could give me a refund but I kept it since my son wanted to try it but he didn't like it so I went back to get my refund and she was so rude saying I should have done it the first time rolling her eyes at me. Overall never coming to this spot again. I guess I should just stick to my local Panera. read more

My wife enjoyed her grilled cheese and tomato soup, but the 'Spicy Take' chicken sandwich was expensive garbage. The chicken was rubbery and small. I think I had this same sandwich at Wendy's, done better, for half the price. read more

Yesterday I ordered 24 boxed lunches for my department and everything turned out perfectly! The food was ready on-time, the employees were friendly, every item was accounted for and the food was delicious! For $8.99 I got a scrumptious and substantial Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich, bag of chips, pickle and an enormous cookie. And, it sounds lame, but the box itself was really nice! I will absolutely use Panera's catering in the future. read more

One star for unsatisfactory service. On 5-6-20 @ 1:45 pm I ordered a sandwich online and was supposed to pick it up curbside. When I got to the store I was turned away by Dublin Police because apparently there was some sort of a crime scene going on around the building. I tried waiting for sometime for the cops to finish what they were doing but I ran out of time and I had to leave for work but an employee sitting outside said that she would take my order number and get my card refunded. Apparently that didn't happen because three days later I get a charge on my card. On 5-9-20 @ 6:45 pm I called the store and spoke with the manager who claimed he knew nothing about the incident and would only refund me or make me another sandwich if I show up in person at their store. That's kind of tough for me since I live in Southern California. I was in town for business. Three things I take issue with: 1) They have no problem taking my card online but I have to show up at the store for a refund? That's kind of sleazy. 2) Obviously my sandwich sat in the store unclaimed during this whole incident. Wouldn't a manager with an inkling of common sense figure out what just happened and be proactive about it? How lazy can one be. 3) The conscientious employee who tried to resolve the issue probably brought this up with the manager and the manager just didn't give a sh*t and just blew it off. This isn't about the money. My Fortune 500 employer will not miss the $14 that was put on their card. It's the whole uncaring, unhelpful, and don't give a sh*t attitude that these people put forth. If this is how they act in front of the house I shudder to think what goes on in the kitchen when no one is watching. read more

First let me say I have been patronizing Panera Bread long before they became the large chain they are today and was alway happy with my experience and would have meals with friends there on multiple occasions over the last 10 plus years. However It seems Panera bread is becoming like most fast casual dining experiences They don't seem to be more concerned about their customers dining experience. Tonight I ordered a You Pick two a a fountain drink. After receiving my electronic table tag from the cashier I go to get my drink ( I chose Panera because they offer non soda options ) but come to find out they have taken all the healthy Drink options down an hour before close. Next year order arrives ( Max n Cheese and half Cuban sandwich) I go to ask for butter for the included side of bread and told they are out of butter What Resatuarant/bakery runs out butter ? Really The whole dining experience was less than expected and wll make me think really hard before I visit Panera Bread again anytime soon. I guess it's time to look for a new go to place for cas read more

I love Panera bread and have eaten in dozens of locations around the United States. However, the Amador Plaza restaurant in Dublin Ca is unquestionably the worse run Panera I have ever eaten at. A few weeks ago, I ordered a coffee with a breakfast sandwich. ALL of the large coffee urns were empty. I informed an employee, waited a few minutes thinking I'd soon have coffee for my breakfast. They did nothing about it and pretended like I never said anything. At this point there is now another customer and I standing around waiting for the coffee to be refilled. 5 minutes later said something to another employee.. now there is 3 customers (including me) waiting for someone to brew more coffee)... another 10 minutes and I finally asked for a refund. 20 minutes from the time I informed the employees there still wasn't coffee. Noting the store was practically empty... it wasnt like they were super busy filling orders. I figured I'd give them another chance at breakfast this morning. Again only a few tables with customers, only one register open and no lines. I came to the restaurant craving a cup of coffee and a spinach-artichoke souffle (so good!). Thankfully there was coffee.... but two of the four breakfast souffles (inclined spinach-artichoke) were sold out (at 8:45am on a weekend!!). It then took 20 minutes to make the dang breakfast sandwhich in a mostly empty restaurant. Seriously??? The manager in this restaurant needs to be replaced and the employees retrained! read more

I definitely have a love/hate relationship with this place. When I have to drop my pup off at Banfield for a quick check up or something where I have to wait, I usually pop over for a quick meal or coffee. Either it's very busy here or it's practically empty. Last time I was here, there was someone in front of the cashier which I presumed was ordering something so I just checked around my phone waiting. After a few minutes, the conversation continued and I realized that it wasn't a customer. Either another employee or the cashier's friend was there chatting while a small line grew behind me. Now, I know to order via Rapid pick up or Order from table, no point waiting here as the front of the house is more busy with friends than customers. (This definitely wasn't the first time, normally the conversation pauses or the friend steps to the side for a customer to order - just not this past time I was there). Typically I like ordering a caramel latte and soup for the colder days or an iced caramel latte with a flatbread for the warm weather. The corn chowder or turkey chili is my favorite. Portion sizes here are my favorite as it's all in decent amounts (no giant portions). I really like the caramel latte here as it's not too sweet but still covers my sweet tooth + caffeine addiction. My favorite is to chill in the plush chair in the corner on my phone or laptop while enjoying a quick meal/coffee while waiting for the puppers (sorry buddy! It's for his own good!). Final Thoughts: Prices always decent (well it's set) and the MyPanera rewards program is nice. Whether it be a meal or a snack, there's something for every size of meal needed. No complaints of the food yet but definitely eh about the customer service for this Panera location. read more

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order they forget at least one thing, OR SEVERAL! GREAT, now some of my family can watch the other ones eat! Call and they say they use a 3rd party delivery person so there is nothing they can do- I can only come pick up the item they forgot to pack! Didn't order delivery because I had a way to get there myself d*mmy!! AND No other offered resolution! PLUS $100 ORDER AGAIN! FORGOTTEN ITEMS AGAIN! Terrible customer service AGAIN! YOU S*CK... I travel and have eaten at Panera all over the country. This is by far the worst. I placed a curb side order and was left waiting. When I went inside, multiple employees were playing on their cell phones. On another trip, I placed a pick up order that included a salad. They forgot the dressing. When I called to see if there was a delivery service, the employee acted as if it wasn't his problem. He was down right rude, as if I interrupted him on an order they messed up. I like Panera, but suggest you avoid this particular restaurant. read more

Panera Bread is great because so many ways to order and the curbside or sidewalk delivery works well during the pandemic. It is quicker to go inside to pickup but if you have trouble getting out of a car, have young kids, or a pre-existing condition the delivery may be the way to go. read more

The food was good after I microwaved it. I ordered this from Doordash. It's was pretty cold when it arrived however that may have been because Doordash took longer on their part. I'm rating this as two stars because they didn't or maybe forgot to include the bread. On a side note I wanted to order a bread bowl and there was no option to do so on the Doordash website. read more

This place makes me sad. The quality of food and service have definitely gone down the drain. I used to come here all the time for lunch, because 1) they have a pretty wide variety of items to choose from (for those days where I'm starving, but just don't know what I want) and 2) their super convenient app that allows me to make the most of my 1 hour lunch. My most recent visit, yesterday, will most probably be my last visit ever. I ordered my food using their app. Just half a sandwich with a bag of chips. I received the confirmation e-mail with a pick up time of 12:35 PM. When I got there, I kid you not, there must have been AT LEAST 20 people standing and waiting around in the "Rapid Pick-Up" area. I have never seen it that busy. Customers who were seated for "for-here" orders were flagging down workers, asking for an ETA of their food, too. I understand that they get extremely busy during lunch, but omg. When an order was ready, the staff would walk around calling out the order, looking for who it belonged to. I don't see why they couldn't just put it on the "Rapid Pick-Up" shelf and move on? There was no real sense of urgency at all. I had to get back to work, so I went to the register at around 1:05 PM and asked if I could just get a refund (..which I'm still awaiting to hit my bank account). At that point, the employees were telling people who just walked in that there was a 40 minute wait. And if I'm being honest, a 40 minute wait for Panera just isn't worth it- not even on a good day lol. read more

I usually love Panera Bread! Especially love their options for lunch. Today when I was out and about running errands around lunch time, I happened to be close to this Panera location and decided to pick up quick lunch. I understand that it's lunch time and bound to be a little busy but the staff here is not competent at all and ended up taking more than half an hour for a single order. And when the food arrived, it definitely was sub par compared to normal standards. I mean what's the point of a fast food chain if you can't be fast? Highly disappointed with the whole experience. Avoid this location if you can! read more

The spice was very clumpy and changed the texture of the pork. I would have preferred if they had an option with beef (I know that's probably not traditional but I just don't love pork after a while lol). All in all I'd come back and try something else. I was wondering how tasty chow mein with those wide flat noodles would taste. I saw another review mentioning OK noodle, which we live near. I've only tried that place once but didn't think much of it. Might have to go back and see if it's any better than this place.

I generally avoid roast duck at restaurants because of how fatty it is, but the one here was surprisingly good. We understood that items can sometimes run out, so we let that go. The biggest problem was the service and atmosphere after we received our food. It was very difficult to get the attention of the staff because everyone seemed to be rushing around cleaning. We genuinely felt like we were a burden simply because we were still eating. What was especially inappropriate was that while customers were still dining, the staff began putting chairs up on the tables. I even took a picture because I believe management should be aware of what was happening. If the restaurant is still open and customers are still eating, this is not the kind of atmosphere customers should be subjected to. Even worse, it appeared that the AC was turned off while we were still eating, even though it was not yet closing time. With hot pot already being a very warm meal, we were literally sweating while trying to eat. Unfortunately, this was our first experience with Tasty Pot, and it will most likely be our last. We were hoping to enjoy the food and understand why my sister recommended it, but the poor service and uncomfortable atmosphere completely ruined the experience. With hot pot, the food is already hot enough. There's no need for the customers to leave with a boiling-hot temper because of the service. Very disappointing, and definitely not a place I would recommend based on this experience.

The restaurant had only one server handling an all-you-can-eat operation, so every dish took forever to arrive, and even getting the check took an incredibly long time. Finally, the restroom smelled so terrible that it completely killed what little appetite I had left. It was difficult to even walk inside because of the odor. The other flavors have been pretty consistent, but it's disappointing that my favorite item hasn't been. Service has also been quite slow on several visits. I really hope they improve because I'd love to support this location. But if the Cheesling wings continue to be this inconsistent, I'll probably just make the drive to one of the other Bay Area locations whenever I'm craving them.

Mmm, there's nothing like a veggie sandwich on a hot day! I love this place, it's so convenient & the atmosphere is nice too, I love the outdoor seating area & they're pet friendly here too! They've never messed up my order at this location & the veggies are always crisp & fresh, they put more pesto sauce on my sandwiches here too, which is awesome! I think the need more small one person sized tables though, for the idiots that take up an entire table or booth just to sit on their laptop for 3hrs & not even eat anything. I could have come on an off day, but it's going to be a while before I return. Jersey Mikes, Ikes, and Crust offer much better sandwiches in the area. When we showed it to the staff, the male employee claimed it came from a mushroom and said it was "totally fine to eat," which made no sense and felt very dismissive given the situation. When we first raised the issue, there was no immediate apology. Instead of showing concern, the staff seemed defensive. The woman wearing glasses appeared visibly annoyed that we even complained. When we were given a refund, it was handed to us in a very rude manner, as if we were being told to "take the money and leave," rather than receiving a sincere apology.

The fries tasted like they had been refried, and the bacon on my sandwich was so overcooked that it was extremely hard. What really affected our experience, though, was how rushed we felt. Since the restaurant is open 24 hours, I expected to be able to finish our meal comfortably. I completely understand that staff need to clean, but having employees repeatedly walk around our table while cleaning and seeing coworkers nod in our direction, as if signaling someone to bring us the check, made us feel like we were being hurried out. It came across as unwelcoming and a bit rude. Overall, while the service from our waiter was great, the quality of the food and the atmosphere at the end of our visit left a disappointing impression. I don't think I would return.

Tonight the guy that helped do my order and the one to give me the food was ERIC. Dude was friendly and I watched almost every interaction he had with a new person that walked up. He made sure he was smiling and genuinely was efficient and helpful. Restaurant work can be rough and you're always expected to have a good attitude on the job but we are human. ERIC was friendly, smiling, and helpful to everyone I watched him interact with and it was almost 10pm at night. Great job bro thank you

On the way to San Jose decided to stop by real quick to fill the tank. Well that was a huge mistake…read moreon a Saturday afternoon. The line was long and the wait time was 26 mins. Ouch. Made all of us hangrier. While waiting we noticed a bunch of teens just making tik toks or something, they were pretty loud and at that moment I realized, this is the spot where cooked generations come to eat. Just kidding, it's always a good signs when businesses are busy like this. We finally got our food and it was all delicious as usual for In-N-Out. Havent had bad experiences for food quality at any of these locations. One thing is for sure is that I will avoid this location unless my pregnant wife craves it. Just too long of a wait.
