It's fine but overpriced for what you get. The salad was fresh but portion felt small. My order was correct and service was okay. Nothing really stood out as great or terrible. Just your average Panera. Probably won't go out of my way to come back to this location. read more

I was really pleasantly surprised by the "new design" of Panera when I stopped by this Coppell location. It was very nice and light and airy feeling. I was craving one of my all-time favorites, their Four Cheese Soufflé. There was a time when I was recovering from damage to my mouth and throat from radiation that this was the only solid food I could handle. In trying to put that time in my past, I had bony had one, or even been to a Panera Bread since then, so today was especially meaningful to me. It was as delicious as ever and even prettier than they used to be! The customer service was good at this location, the staff was friendly and engaging, especially for a place that like some other places has moved to the customer placing their own order and paying at an unmanned kiosk. Here they made it clear they were there for you whether you chose to use a kiosk or preferred to order with a real person. read more

This Panera is very clean and great service. The sandwiches were delicious. A better experience than many other Paneras.

Came here for lunch on a weekend. The prices have definitely gone up a lot in the past few years. All of us were content with the food. It took a while to come out even though it wasn't crowded. The warm bowl was ok. The BLT sandwich was pretty good. My dad enjoyed the pepperoni melt but I didn't think it was very good. read more

The cashier did not know the menu or how to operate the POS and clearly had not been trained at all, the coffee I bought was quite bad and not worth drinking, and five minutes into my stay they began blasting music with heavy bass. When I walked in, the place was basically empty and they looked surprised to see a customer at all. Meanwhile quite close by the Dunkin' Donuts was extremely busy. read more

Time for the Sip Membership refill. Yeah! The tea is always good. This location is nice, convenient, and very large! Largest one I've seen so far. The membership helps keep the costs down, as the food is decent but getting more costly. Tho today we didn't venture into the menu. Staff was nice and friendly. Not only was the food bomb!!! It has Amazing customer service. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The location looks brand new, it's clean and organized. However, I was unable to get the Avocado BLT sandwich because the avocados were too hard and there was no avocados in my green goddess Cobb salad yet they didn't deduct any money from the price. The salad was okay, I've had better green goddess dressing and the tomatoes were cut in huge quarter chunks that I had to cut down. I haven't been to Panera in a while and this has been one of the worst experiences as far as the quality of the food. The French bread was stale and that's usually my favorite part but the bread was just hard. I ended up getting the southwest chicken melt which was okay, not amazing. Service was nice. read more

Great staff and great food! Was surprised to find this new location that is super convenient to the Freeway and airport. The staff was awesome about adding my extra pickles and mayo. Unfortunately they were out of the usual greens that come on their turkey sandwich, but they were able to substitute that for spinach. I definitely will be back!! Go Panera!! read more

I'm here quite a bit since i'm a Realtor at Century 21 and in college for Management and Finance today was probably the busiest I've seen it and the employees were very on top of it. The food was also good considering that there was about 80 people here and togos and people still ordering. 10/10 to the employees for being able to keep up. read more

I'm in my chicken, fish and salad phase until I carve/cleave off enough weight to get back to half marathons and 30 mile hikes. I was thrilled to see this new location open up! Even more to see they have a drive thru! (I get very board standing in a line.) This new location on the NW corner of Beltline and 635 in Coppell has a huge parking lot! A very large seating area inside with huge windows. On this drive thru trip it was for the Green Goddess Cobb Salad (Sliced chicken, arugula, romaine, kale and radicchio blend, vine-ripened tomato and pickled red onions tossed with freshly made Green Goddess dressing and topped with avocado, bacon, and hard-boiled egg. Well, at least that is what the menu says as mine didn't have romaine and not sure it had kale. The tomatoes were the tiny ones and they were thinly sliced. I'm not sure I saw or tasted bacon. The arugula had the longest stems I ever saw. Guess the stems have a lot of fiber so I won't complain. I had the whole order and it came with a piece of amazing fresh bread and 2 small soft chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were in a small wax paper bag and the bread was loose in the large paper sack. They included a fork and 3 of the current trend eco friendly thin brown napkins (you know, the kind that dissolve when wet ;) ) Wish they included a knife to cut the chicken slices,egg halves, avocado slices and arugula. The drive thru and window service was super friendly plus efficient. I was almost sad I didn't get to interact more! The taste and freshness was fantastic! Plenty of complimentary flavors with enough spice and tartness to keep it interesting! The price is very reasonable for the quality and freshness. I'll be a regular. read more

This is a fairly new location. Not much traffic due to social distancing. They have tables marked to sit at. We ordered grilled cheese with ham and broccoli cheese soup. Also green goddess salad. The agave lemonade s delicious. The tables are not cleaned after being used. Our table wasn't for sure but we wiped it down ourselves. Two other groups ate and left and joined wiped turn the table. They were busy talking and wasting time. We had to interrupt to get a refill. Hope they can do better. Really like their food. read more

The fist time I went to a Panera I had a terrible experience (not this location) so I've always refused to go back or even acknowledged them... then came the grilled mac and cheese. Anyway I had to try it and while I was there I had to try their pizzas too! The grilled mac and cheese is just toast with Mac and cheese in the middle, it needs to be cheesier, but whatever! The star of this experience was the pepperoni and sausage pizza... that thing killed! A perfect crust, right amount of toppings, and the flavor explodes!!! Never call Dominos again, get a these pizzas/ flat breads/ whatever they are because they're delicious! Serious though step up to he mac and cheese game! read more

It is SO sad that things are SO expensive now. The three of us had one Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt sandwich cut in two and one/half of the same sandwich and one 12 Oz bowl of chicken noodle soup, plus three 1 Oz bags of chips... and three glasses of water. Total? $27.45. No wonder restaurants are empty. The service was okay, but could not get a paper menu for my 93-year mother.... Had to walk back and forth to share what was listed. I am a frequent Panera customer, come here often for myself and my kids. Usually order online and pick up. Today I decided to go in -- wanted a quick dessert to wrap up my lunch that I purchased next door at the Thai place. I walked in, no one in line. Everyone using the kiosks to order. I thought, perfect I'll just stand here in front of register, ask for my candy cookie and leave. Let me tell you, no one ever came to the register. I stayed there for 3-5 minutes and no one came. I was in a hurry so I just ended up leaving. This is so sad. Someone in the kitchen saw me waiting but I guess thought it was appropriate that I continue to wait at the register for an employee? Complete Rip Off! I drove through and ordered a Napa Almond Chicken Sandwich. I got home and they didn't put any chicken salad on the sandwich! It was just extremely spicy mustard, feta, chopped cucumbers, lettuce and tomatoes on bread!. I called and they wouldn't refund my money. I was very disappointed with my visit today. First of all, I could not find any parking and had to park almost behind the building. Then I ordered food to eat there and my Chai tea was placed in a to go cup which it was a quarter less filled and then I found a bug floating in it. (See pic below) My sandwich I ordered had a glob of mustard in the middle instead of spreading it so no taste in the beginning or the end of it and they had forgotten to add the cheese I ordered. I was there a week ago and ask for Quiche which they ran out by 10am. I did not see any chocolate croissants either. Is this a partial Panera? Ordered Rapid Pick up at 5:50 pm on a Friday night. Not a complicated order - 2 salads, You Pick 2 soup and 1/2 sandwich, and a petite cookie bag. When we got home, the order was printed correctly on the receipt, but we received 2 salads, a half salad we didn't order, one 1/2 sandwich that we ordered, and one that we didn't order, 3 baguettes, and no cookies or soup. I called the store to ask for the correct items to be delivered, but the recorded message said this was their busy time and to call back later. We chose this Panera over the one in Irving because they usually get our order wrong there. We'll have to take a break from here too. read more
